My experiences have been very disappointing. The first time, we had purchased so many items they covered the counter. And the entire time the clerk, just stared blankly, didnt offer us bags for our items... as we gathered our own items and left. The second time, someone was being trained and she had told me the total was one thing, then when I handed her 20 bucks, the register claimed she owed me more change then necessary. She realized that it wasnt right, then got the attention of another employee. She handed him the final receipt. He peered over it and said, she clearly messed up...the total was probably more and that I owed him more money. And I explained the events, so they got ANOTHER employee. I explained myself, yet again....for them to conclude that they have to void the ticket and start over. In that process they had misplaced the original receipt, and fumbled over the counter looking for it. And the trainee clerk, glared at me and said, do you have it? And sufficed to say, after having stood at the register for 15 minutes I lost my cool and said, no why would I have it? Youre the ones that have been looking at it. And she walked away to the other register. I understand being new, but have some apologetic undertones. Then they voided the ticket, RE-RUNG my 10 items. And then ASKED me for the new total. I said, well I should only owe the difference since you still have my cash from the FIRST transaction. In conclusion, this should NOT have taken 20 minutes to figure this mistake out.

I just called to ask if they offered a military discount, because the Bellevue store does, and a VERY rude male answered the phone, and before I could even FINISH ASKING the question, he said I dont know, I can transfer you to them I said, No this is a questions about your store, do you offer discounts for military? He AGAIN said, I dont know, Ill transfer you to the Bellevue store So I hung up. Get your employees in line, and teach them a little about the establishment they work at.

The store was very cold and empty. I recall them pricing a dated stereo system at $189. Their furniture was also priced very high along with many other things. I just feel like a store that is ran exclusively by donations for charity and targeted towards lower class citizens shouldnt price their used goods the way they should. I like to hit all the thrift stores around town as a college student and this one particularly stands out to me as a place not to come back to.

The workers are rude. Very snappy. One worker will say something to try to help and within seconds another worker is trying to correct what the other had said just so neither worker has to help. Very unorganized. Looks like things are just piled on the shelves. Very over prized. Pants with holes in the crotch area are $7. Why? Those should have been thrown away.

This place does have bad prices but the workers are actually recovering addicts to many things. I have to give them kudos for what they do every day. Its never easy to give something up that has been an addiction.

THIS location does have a lot to go through but the prices here are the worst and some of the employees here are not to approachable what so ever.

They have a lot of clothes, but the racks are so packed that its hard to go through everything. Great selection of purses, too.

Lots of stuff but no video games which is odd since its a hub for donations. Lots of clothing and other items still pricy.
