Worst Service I HAVE EVER RECEIVED - SAVE THE TIME AND HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I had a terrible experience for the past two weeks with your 2920 Spring TX location. I purchased two tires and came back Friday July 30th, 2017 to get a censor replaced. After waiting for two hours the gentlemen assisting me prompted to explain to me that my new tire popped in the process of removing the old censor. The employees then tell me that the tire would not be in stock until Monday. They proceeded to place a tire and rim until Monday July 31st. I wait over the weekend and return the following Monday. Waited an hour until they (employee) tell me that the tire has not been ordered because of the employees wrote off the order and that they would have to re-order the tire and they would give me a call for Wednesday August 2nd, 2017. I never received a call so I returned the following day on Thursday August 3rd. After waiting around for an hour and a half your employees then tell me that the tire is a used/after market tire and that my hub caps didnt fit. They suggested going out and buying new hubcaps for the tire AFTER I just spent $300+ at your store. It is now been a week and some days waiting around for a new tire. The gentlemen said that it will take another additional 4 days to receive the tire. At this point, I am fed up and exhausted - I will not recommend this store to any of my peers in the future. I feel disrespected as a customer, and flat out lied to. Please advise if there is a return policy for the tires and censor - at this point it should have been fixed almost a week ago and here I am driving around without the right tire and no rim on my vehicle. This is absolutely mediocre service at its finest.

Recently bought two new front tires at woodlands location and turns out one had a nail in it. They didnt have the tire so put on the spare until it arrived and I did have roadside coverage. When returned given old tire still on rim and new tire unmounted. Seriously?? Isnt it their job to put it on? Returned and was forced to pay another road hazard fee and wouldnt even mount the wheel on the car. Absolutely crazy! Finally mounted it, left cap off and in trunk and left trunk a disaster. Stay away from this location. I have never had a bad experience at Discount but this was an absolute fiasco, definition of incompetence and lack of customer service. Will never return to this location again and suggest you stay away.

My experience with Discount Tire was honestly less than par. I was quoted for 2 tires and placed the order around noon. The friendly staff member that took my phone call and placed my order failed to tell me that they have a cut off time for orders. I was told my tires would be there around 4. the time kept moving and no calls or updates which to me, any business should do when dealing with paying customers.... but HEY! we all cant be great right? needless to say i am having to wait an extra day for tires i was told would be there today. Not only putting me in a terrible position time wise but also making it less than easy to deal with them.

Very very disappointed with this location i scheduled a rotation balance and air check as I usually do every 6 plus months the guy behind the counter checked my car then proceeded to ask do you have your tires here i said sarcastically well since Im getting a rotate and balance and i have the vehicle here i would assume i have the tires here he replied yea do you have them here i then took my keys and walked out he staired at me with a blank look i wasnt about to let them work on my car god only knows what they would have done

One of the best discount tire store i have ever been to. I has problem with the tpms on my 16 4runner with aftermarket wheels. Swapped with a good set of tpms but still didnt be able to register them with the car due to the way the wheels are made. The tech guy dismounted all the tires again and was be able to get the tpms registered. I love how the tech guy and the store went above and beyond to get everything straight out for my car. Definitely coming back when i need my tires done.

Went for one new tire the guy convinced me i needed 3 new tires and got me to do a rebate package to save some extra money. Well after getting the car back all 4 tires had inconsistant air pressure to what my car recomend.(3 had to much air 1 had to little) I just feel after giving the company 1200$ they could of atleast done that right. Other than that it was good service just pricey, seeing i bought my car for only 8000$ why should i be spending an eighth of that on tires and wheels

Came in for a plug because of a nail. These are factory tires on my new truck and I didnt buy them at discount. It was 5 minutes before closing and I wasnt sure if they would be able to help. They got me fixed up in no time and no charge. I even offered to come back since it was so close to closing time but they wouldnt hear of it. Sales and Manager here are incredibly professional and polite. When I replace these tires I am coming back here.

I had a problem with NTB forgetting to order my new tires so I went to Discount Tire. John order my tires for next day and then they didnt come in as expected. I thought I was reliving the NTB incident but John worked through it and made my wife a priority even though they were slammed Saturday morning and he went above and beyond to get the tires on the car. It is nice to have someone do what they said they would do. Nice work John

Knowledgeable and very helpful staff. They were able to get the tires that I had decided on (fairly rare size) overnight and at the best price available even compared to online prices. Road hazard warranties are a must now a days, and they never have a problem fixing or replacing a damaged tire immediately. The wait time isnt bad in comparison to other places as well. Ask for Joe.

He is one of the smartest guys when it comes to tires and he will steer you right helping you find the best tires for you. Discount Tire should be proud to have Chad Bowser on their team. He is an oustanding person also. I will never go anywhere else to buy my tires in the future.

Came in to get my front tires balanced and one of the techs discovered one wheel was bent and the other had a crack in the spoke. The did whatever the could to get to a wheel repair shop safely and I will definitely be returning to then in the future. This ladies in gentlemen, is world class service!

I spoke with Logan on the phone, and he found me exactly what I needed for considerably less than I was expecting. They even remembered to put the best old tire in the trunk, which was only casually mentioned in our conversation. Professional service that finished 10 minutes sooner than promised.
