Atrocious experience. Find another dealer! Beware when they will not let you test a bike before you sign the paperwork and own the bike!! We had a horrible experience at this location. I set up the purchase of a Spyder from them and worked on the deal for a week. We live over 3 hours away so when everything was lined up, they knew we were riding there. First off, they refused to honor a published price from an ad they ran 2 weeks prior which was the reason why I called them in the first place. Then, when we got there, the bike was not ready and they would not allow us to test ride it until after we completed all the paperwork in finance. Then, they proceeded to insult our intelligence on what our bikes were worth. Then during the paperwork signing, the sales guy/online finance manager come to us to say the bike had a bad throttle body, they were not going to let us take it, and it would be a week before we could get the thing. They offered to deliver it, but seriously??? They wanted us to complete paperwork on a bike that was not ready to sell and leave my title and my bike!! I said no flat out They conceded to allow me to ride mine back home but "no where else to keep the mileage low". But they still would not let us test ride the bike and stated when it was delivered, we could take it out for a mile or two in the area and determine if we wanted it then or not, but the paperwork would have still be signed and past the 3 day decision law. Really??? Why was the throttle body issue not discovered during the week they had me jumping through all the financing hoops??? They did not have the bike prepared for delivery and never picked up the phone to let us know even though they were aware we were coming from a distance. Finally, when my husband asked to speak with the GM or acting manager, he had no interest in speaking to us questioning the finance guy (Ray who was the only bright spot in this whole ordeal) as to what we wanted to talk to him about. Customer service and overall experience was atrocious. Then to top it off, an ad we have for one of our bikes received a very disturbing response and is currently under investigation. Uncalled for, unprofessional and unnecessary drama is what that dealership is. They do not treat their customers fairly, with respect, or with any level of professionalism. BUYER BEWARE! The entire situation felt like a scam.

I have to say. I was very skeptical of pricing my can am spyders because some of the dealerships where kinda mean when I am pricing and not buying right away. I want to make sure I have the right bike for me. Jacque from broward motorsports was amazing. She took her time with me and made sure I knew all the facts about all the bikes. Even knowing Im not purchasing this moment. She has restored my faith in dealerships. I will def be coming to her in my mths time to purchase my spyder. I mean she knew every bike on her lot down to the slingshot. Yea. I cant say enough about her. Please guys if your looking for an awesome place to purchase go here. I came down from downtown Orlando bc a friend told me about them. Im so glad I did. So Jacque. If you see this thank you for all the time you spent with me. Making sure I knew everything down to the feel and fuel injected throttle. 5 stars is not enough. I could see the love and passion she has. Not just about making a buck.

A couple months ago I went in to look at a motorcycle preparing to purchase. First they made me sign something right away which was a total joke, then I was told before I can even talk to them about pricing they needed to see my title and registration on my current bike which big surprise I dont ride around with everyday. Was told by the manager talking about the price of their new bike would "be a waste of his time" if he didnt know for sure that I didnt own my bike that I rode their. Then months after I emailed them for a price quote on a bike: Thank you for emailing us we will be sending you the quote shortly was the reply about a month ago. Not sure how this place is still open but hope they learn some customer service and clean up their act. Would hate to see how the rest of the purchasing experience played out. Hey BMS: Please not the large number of 1 star reviews... But dont worry, I wont be wasting any of your time any time soon.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I BROUGHT MY YAMAHA R6 FOR THE FRONT SPROKET NUT AND LOCK WASHER THAT HAD A RECALL THEY CLAIMED THAT THE PARTS WOULD TAKE OVER A MONTH TO GET. AFTER 3 WEEKS OF THEM HAVING MY BIKE THEIR I DECIDED TO CALL BROWARD MOTORSPORT OF FT.LAUDERDALE COME TO FIND OUT THEY HAD 5 NUTS AND 5 LOCK WASHERS IN STOCK THE WHOLE TIME. I ENDED UP BUYING THE PARTS MYSELF OUT OF POCKET. WENT BACK TO THE DAVIE DEALER AND PICKED UP MY BIKE AND DID THE JOB MYSELF TOOK ME 30MIN MY BIKE WAS BACK ON THE ROAD. WHEN I SHOWED THEM THE PARTS THEY ALL HAD A LOOK IN THEIR FACES LIKE THEY SEEN A GHOST. I JUST GOT A BUNCH OF EXCUSES. I COULD JUST IMAGINE THE TYPE OF WORK THEY DO ON CUSTOMER VEHICLES. DONT TRUST THEM REMEMBER YOUR LIFES ARE IN THEIR HANDS. VERY SHADY PEOPLE. THEY SHOULD BE MORE CONSIDERATE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMIES. !!!!

Ive dealt with many other dealers and the experience was never all so great. After doing business at Broward Motorsports of Davie I will never go to another dealer again. Broward Motorsports has been by far the best experience. Shane in sales has took care of me on every purchase (5 purchases in total separate occasions) from the moment I walked in I was treated like family, offered water like nobody does any more these days and was informed on the machine from top to bottom. After closing the deal Ive received numouros follow up calls too see how I was enjoying the units. When it came time for service Brent was amazing at getting me in and out without charging me a fortune. Without a doubt I highly recommend Broward Motorsports and Shane is the Sales guy for you! Thanks again to Shane/Brent and Josh the mechanic for the outstanding service!

I stopped at the Davie location and it seemed I was bothering them...a salesman was on his cel phone, looked at me and went back to it... the sales manager had to call his desk phone to get his attention. It was kinda funny because we were all within 20 feet of each other. I was looking for a Honda ATV and was sent to the Ft Lauderdale location. I drove to the Ft Lauderdale location and spoke to a salesman that took 3 phone calls while working with me as we looked at and talked about a particular ATV. I took his card and said I would call him. A few days and some research later I called the salesman to ask for an out the door cash price. 2 phone calls went unanswered and 4 texts went unanswered. I recieved a text after about 4 hours "I will call you soon sir". never got back to me. very sad customer service.
