My GF (at the time) needed to prepare for a long ride up north to Maryland with me (she was my passenger), and wed looked all over S. FL for a functional and stylish riding jacket for her. Previous stores either didnt have any womens-sized jackets, or they were $600+ (and not worth it). Because we lived up north, Cycle Gear was our last shot of the day. Rolled in there and they had everything she needed with great prices to boot. Theyve got a good inventory of on/off road riding gear, and the staff was helpful without being pushy or judgmental. Well be stopping by soon again to pick up some more gear for the same GF, except now shes my wife!

If I could have left zero stars I would have. This is my second experience at this location with the same employees who have terrible customer service and zero knowledge of anything motorcycles which leads me to believe not one of them rides. One employee promises one thing while another says no and no one is held accountable for their lack of comunication between each other and lack of knowledge of company policies. they over promise on the phone to get you to come in and deny they said any of the things they did during your convo upon arrival. I wont be returning not like anyone cares just thought Id get that out there.

Use a coupon if you can. Prices are not great, but if you need something basic now, but his is your best bet. Basically the harbor freight of motorcycle stores. That said, this location has a great staff. Always up beat, very helpful, no drama. Called in to check stock on something, and they checked immediately, no waiting, no drama. Had them hold it for me and came in the next day. They even remembered my name from the phone call which was less than a minute. Not a huge fan of what they carry like I said, but great staff. Perfect if you need something in a hurry, braaaaaap!

good and energetic crew working here. Knowledgeable in all facets of sport riding gear. Manager had good insight on helmets and had a solid foundation on whats new on the market. Also gave some nuggets on whats coming online for sales and new products that havent arrived at the shop in addition to what the front line innovators are working on. Highly recommend this shop to novice & expert alike.

Disappointed at the brand variety. Store could be called Bilt Gear instead of Cycle Gear. I feel like 90% of the store are Bilt products. Did some online research for a new helmet and went into the store hoping to try a few and purchase it...of course they didnt have any of the 4 I was hoping to buy... they would have to order it online...so theres really no point or advantage going to the store.

cycle gear in my town (Melbourne) closed and I really miss it. they have such great deals on tires, gear, and oil. now I buy tires on amazon and got the irons to do it myself - but I really miss their service and would use it in a flash if they ever came back. Changing tires by hand sucks and requires $30+ in tools. Since Im in town I Will stop by there tonight for a bubble balancer.

Was looking for a rear tire for my bike, and when I got the price, I told the associate they were about $25 (installed) more than a competitor, and if they would match the price I would rather stay shopping with them, but he said they do not match prices, and told me to go to the competitor... which I did. I used to shop here all the time...

Went there recently and the store manager has helped me with finding stuff I needed for servicing my bike. Great choice of all things that are motorcycle related all at excellent prices. Thanks to CycleGear I dont have to go to the local "rip-off" motorcycle shops anymore when I need tools, parts ,chemicals to service my bike.

Good place, Good selection & Good prices. Like others have said, Id stay away from the Built line brand: thats their house brand, unless Ur on a budget, then I think its a good value.... sales people are all generally pretty nice & helpful.

It was my first time buying a helmet. Danny was very helpful in getting the right one for me. I also got some rain gear. He was very polite and patient. Definitely coming back when Im ready to upgrade. Btw the selection is massive!

Pretty good selection. Guy who helped me was cool. Only 1 person working though & he had 3 customers. But still handled us all good. Definitely need more cruiser supplies though. Mainly sport bike stuff.

Pretty decent selection of equipment. Mostly aimed towards sport bikes but some cruiser items to be found. Prices are fair all around and sometimes you run into some awesome deals.
