Rick Case Powerhouses service quality goes way beyond anything Ive experienced and Ive been riding motorcycles for nearly 50 years. I felt compelled to re-post this as I posted this earlier but didnt see it on line. My sons bike had just been repaired by Rick Case for an electrical fault and I decided to gas it up, put air in the tires and take a ride. As I attempted to leave the service station, the bike failed to start and seemed to exhibit the same exact failure that had originally caused us to bring it in for service. Stranded, I called Rick Case at the very end of their business day and was extremely vociferous in making my complaint. I asked to speak to the General Manager of the dealership and demanded that someone come to my location, get the bike started or otherwise transport it back to them. Incredibly, the General Manager, himself, came out to my location, loaded and trailered the bike back to the dealership. Ultimately, it was proven that there was an additional defect that subsequently trashed the battery and that this defect was not due to anything Rick Case had caused or failed to prevent The General Manager then proceeded to fix the bike in less than 40 min, while I waited. He also included a significant upgrade, and (valuable) VIP tickets for the "Toys in the Sun" motorcycle taking place the following day. ...at no charge! Ive rarely if ever been treated better particularly given how aggressive Id been when I first called. Just an amazing example of outstanding service quality. I highly recommend Rick Case Honda Powerhouse

Not very impressed! I called on a Friday to inquire about 2 tires for my bike, was told that they had them in stock and would put them aside for me, and to come in first thing Saturday morning and service would put them right on. Arrive at 9am when they opened, and true to their word the tires were waiting. Gave service my info, and they asked if I would be waiting, I said yes, after 1 1/2 hours bike was still sitting in the parking lot, after complaining about this they rolled it inside, still not working on it, just out of my view. They told me that they were shorthanded which I understand happens, however they should have informed me of this when I gave them the keys, I would have had someone pick me up. Tires finally installed at 1pm, 4 hours later now, told me they wanted to wash the bike before giving it back to me, ok fine, 20 minutes later they returned with my bike, we settled up and I left, while pulling away I noticed my rear brake was making a horrible grinding noise that it had not been making when I gave it to them, I turned around in the parking lot and returned, and was told oh yeah I heard that when I brought it around to you, so they knew there was a problem and still released the bike to me, Im guessing they hoped that I wouldnt notice. Rear caliper installed incorrectly. Finally corrected at 2:15 over 5 hours now for what should have been a simple tire installation. Will not be going back, thats for sure, nor would I consider any Rick Case dealership.

This morning I went to the Honda Power House in Weston because a friend told me that they had the Scala Rider G9 communication sets on sale. I entered the showroom and was positively surprised how they had organized the motorcycle exhibition, well aligned and with more space to see and access the bikes. Not so good was the impression left by the store team. One of the salesman was sitting in the customer waiting area and greeted me from there without even standing up. Then the parts clerk behind the counter had no problem in selling me the comm set with a missing charger. Even though I insisted (I was prepared because the same happened to my friend) he made no effort in finding out if the box was complete. I opened another box and showed him that the set came with two chargers. He was numb, nor excuse nor affirmation! I did not get any advice about how to use the product and was send to the cashier with the box. The personnel at this store did not provide any added value in the purchase process. No wonder that retail is dying and Amazon is able to purchase Wholefoods!

I had bought an atv from them a little over a year ago. Im very happy with my product. Honda makes a great machine . But the customer service was enough to make me not want to deal with them again. I had spoke to the man who made the sale and the mechanic that assembled the machine. It was about some screws coming loose on my plastics after 2 hours of rideing. After losing them i went through the machine and made sure the frame was tight and nothing would come loose. All i asked for was if they would send me some stock parts since they did the assembly. Since i didnt get a reply i went ahead and replaced them myself. Maybe i just lucked out or they got busy. But it never really sat right with being blown off. 3 dollars worth of nuts and bolts and they would have had a glowing review.

I have been coming to this location for years. When I needed service for my CBR600f4i and for my recent purchase of a ST-1300a. Everyone I have dealt with in service sales parts etc. were always professional. Brandon and Justin took great care of me and got me a fantastic deal on my new bike. When I noticed the windshield had a minor scratch, without hesitation Brandon immediately told the parts dept to order me a new one. They installed it and all was well. Scott from part sales has always been super helpful in helping me find the right parts for bike, and Matt and Carlos in service always provided great service when needed. From standard services like Oil changes to a warranty repair. These guys are top notch, and I highly recommend them and would never EVER go anywhere else.

I was advised to replace both knock sensors and they swear the problem with my Motorcycles would be solved. After two weeks, they called me informing the bike was done and the problem gone. Needless to say that, after spending over $435, 00 the problem still. Then the same unskilled customer service advised me to replace the ECM unit, there is another $1,000.00 plus services, plus tax. Considering my first experience, I was concerned that later on I would have to replace the wire harness and probably I would end replacing a whole Motorcycle so, I decided to decline his suggestion. Make sure to get in writing some sort of guarantee for “suggested” and "unsure" services provided. It was my first visit and surely the last.....
