A year ago I wrote a review with a secondary review 6 months after explaining my troubles with frictions zone Motorsport, recap. bought a Odes utv from Janet and it had mechanical issues from the first day, took it back to get it repaired and here I am one year and 3 months later and still dont have my odes utv, we come to find out that she over charge the warranty and they denied to pay what she was charging them, so the next best idea for Janet to do was to charge the customer on for a warranty issue. I refuse to pay for the over charged labor and parts over $4k do that the vehicle was not even assembled to see if it was fixed. She never finished fixing my odes, instead she put a lean on my title and sent it to auction to recover her money... THIS IS NOT BEING FABRICATED. As you can see every review I have posted she not responded, like she does to everyone else. Its really sad that she sells these units and scams people from there hard earned money and gets away with it, on top of that she sold us the odes UTV as a FULLY STREET LEGAL VEHICLE (False advertisement) and even charged us for tag and title just like you do to a car, she says and I quote. I Have Buddy that work in the tag agency in Hialeah Ill get it done, NO PROBLEM well the state has revoked all the plates she has issued, due that these vehicle as NOT STREET LEGAL. She sold us an odes a year ago and we got nothing be headache from Janet, at the end of the day all these bad reviews are true and she is a scam artist she thinks shes smarter then her customers cause she has the law on her side sense her partner is a police officer. Now she owe me 13k and i will fight till the end to get it back. Shes ripping people off and she should pay the price with some jail time. This is my opinion and my experience with Janet and frictionzone motorsports. People read read read theres a reasons why reviews are here. Ill be glad to back up all of my reviews with real facts and paper work that I have. Even too Google............

Would not recommend their mechanic services. I have a 2000-Ducati-Monster (m900) and have it well taken care of and maintained. I work nearby and have taken my bike 3 visits for the below reasons: 1st visit - Ordered and installed new set of tires, everything well, no complaints. (I wish I knew the name of the older mechanic that swapped my tires, he was very helpful) 2nd visit - New fuel filter installed (they are found inside the tank for this model) The mechanic "Roger" returned the bike with the gas cap coming out halfway, I expressed that this was done wrong and they had to fix this. 3 days later... Roger advised the bike was fixed, the returned the bike with DAMAGES to the area surrounding the gas cap, he forcefully used a hammer or mallet to force the gas cap on. I escalated this to Millie and they agreed to repair and repaint the motorcycle. 20 days later, received the bike, poorly repainted, clear coat was not applied right, and there was a fuel leak caused from the crack to make the paint peel off, escalated this again and they agreed to fix this. another 30 days later.... received the bike fixed, again with a poor paint job, clear coat dripping on the bottom side of the tank, at this point I did not want to leave my bike with them no longer. I was without my bike for 50 days, none of the staff took this situation serious. 3rd visit - Decided to give them another chance ... $25.00 charge to install a rear LED tail light, Roger was the mechanic once again, the bikes brighter (stop) light was not working, he said the front brakes sensorwere bad.... did not argue with him. I checked the fuses... the fuse was blown, replaced fuse and tail light has been working fine. *** 45 days after the 2nd fix... fuel leak near gas cap returned, paint near the gas cap is bubbling once again and worse than before. I would not recommend the services Friction Zone to any motorcycle enthusiast, take your time, do some research and find another shop or dealer to visit. -Rogelio

I WISH GOOGLE WOULD OFFER NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!!! I BOUGHT 2 ODES UTV IN DECEMBER 2015 FROM "JANET AS SHE PRESENTED HERSELF AS THE OWNER WISH REQUESTED I PAY HER IN CASH, BUT I DIDNT. WHEN I GAVE HER A CHECK FOR THE UNITS SHE WROTE HER NAME ON IT AND CASHED IT NICE WAY TO MAKE AN EASY 20+K TAX FREE....(SCAM ARTIST) ANYWAYS ONE OF THE UTVS HAD A PROBLEM RIGHT OF THE BAT, SO I TOOK IT BACK TO FRICTION ZONE AS IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME TOO LET ME KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, TIME WENT BY AND MONTHS WENT BY AND STILL NOTHING EVERY TIME I WENT THERE THEY TOLD ME THE SAME B.S THE WARRANTY DOESNT WANNA PAY THEY ARE LOW ON MECHANICS THEY ARE SHORT IN PARTS, THERE ALMOST DONE, B.S AFTER B.S. 6 MONTHS LATER IM STILL WAITING FOR MY UNIT TO BE PUT BACK TOGETHER, NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY A $2,500 BILL CAUSE THEY CLAIM THE WARRANTY DONT WANNA PAY THERE FULL AMOUNT FOR LABOR COST . I SPOKE DIRECTLY TO THE WARRANTY AND THEY ALREADY PAID FRICTION ZONE FOR THE "CORRECT" AMOUNT OF LABOR COST. BUT FRICTION ZONE WANTS TO OVER CHARGE FOR THE WORK SENSE THEY CLAIM TOOK LONGER THEN EXPECTED. SO NOW I HAVE TO PAY BECAUSE YOU HAVE UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY IDIOTS WORKING FOR YOU. IM STILL FIGHTING WITH THEM TO GET MY UNIT BACK AND WHEN I GO THERE TO TALK TO THEM THEY LITERALLY LAUGH AT YOUR FACE. JANET AND THERE STAFF OF LIARS ARE ALL A BUNCH OF JOKES , FRICTION ZONE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND CLOSED DOWN. SADLY IM STILL DEALING WITH THEM BUT I WILL TAKE THIS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW SENSE WE ARE COMING UP ON (CIVIL THEFT) NOW.

I went to this place to fix the signal light and a minor oil leak on my motorcycle initially over the phone they gave me a price of $185 to check all four signal lights plus whatever the oil leak check up would be. When I came back to pick up my bike not only had they not check the oil leak but the front signal lamps where still not working. When I spoke with the mechanic regarding this he told me there was no oil leak and to check and fix the front signal lamps was an additional $110. Now I know this is my word against theirs but consumer beware of this place. My mistake was not checking the receipt and see what they wrote because over the phone they had told me a price (and a description of the job to be done) and when I got there was another. Im not one to write anything negative about a place because we are all human and we make mistakes but misrepresenting your word is a totally different thing. I finally took my bike to another place and they did take care of the oil leak fixed the front signal lamps and check and re-did the work they had done. My job here is done again consumer beware with this place get everything tell over the phone in writting when you get there or bettter yet dont take your bike there at all.
