Sunday May 20, 2012 I just wanted to write you and let you know that you have lost a die-hard Harley Davidson fan. The service that I recieved in your service department today was and is horrid. I came in with a new tire (already on the rim) that needed nothing more than air in it. I was told by the woman at the service counter that the charge would be approx 1/4 hour. So I gave the service tech the tire and went and stood in the corner to patiently wait for my tire. 30 minutes later the woman at the service counter told me that they "were having a hard time with the tire." At 45 minutes she began to lecture about buying a "chinese" tire and that I may have saved some money on the tire but I was gonna end up paying more in service charges. This brings to reflect on two major points: 1.) Most (if not all) of the parts that are used to build a brand new Harley Davidson motorcycle are from places like China, Taiwan, Indonesia, etc; Refering to a part as inferior simply based on its country of origin is akin to admiting that Harley Davidson produces an inferior product and that Hot Metal Harley SELLS inferior products. 2.) She made it very clear in her language that because I prefered to do work on my Harley myself and that I had to bring a part in that was not purchased through your company that I was going to be price gouged and forced to pay more than if I had just brought the bike to you. This is dishonest, disgusting, and disgraceful to what I believe your moto "Your Dream. Our Passion" represents. And here I am half of the day later, and without a back tire for my Harley, with a full hour of service charges (plus tax) and the tire is STILL not filled with air. When I worked for Midas if it would have taken me an hour to fill a tire with air I would have been fired on the spot. If you have techs working in the back that are unable to do something so rudimentary as fill a tire with air quickly enough that it will seal then perhaps it is time to find new mechanics. If low quality places such as NTB, Pep Boys, etc can manage to change a tire then there is no reason why a Harley Davidson mechainc cannot. Ill be by in the morning to pick up my tire (sans air) and pay my rape fee of $71.00 plus tax and I will never be back. I will also be sure that everyone else I know that rides a Harley never returns as well. Thank you and have a blessed day I have never had a problem with the parts counter guys, they know what they are talking about and are always curteous. The problem I have with them is the service department. So if you buy a bike from here TAKE IT SOMEPLACE ELSE FOR SERVICE!

I had the best experience at Hot Metal Harley Davidson that I have ever had at a Harley Davidson dealership. From the first phone call to Todd the Sales Manager, to Carrie from Motorcycle Sales, to the minute I signed my purchase contract with Megan the Manager of Finance & Insurance. The staff at Hot Metal HD are always, and I mean always, top notch! I have purchased many items from Hot Metal’s well-stocked clothing department which is always on top of current HD Motor clothes and fashion thanks to David, Manager Moto Clothes. And I would like to give a special thanks to amazing owner of Hot Metal Harley Davidson, Toby. I received a phone call today from Toby thanking me for my business this year and how meaningful it was to him. I have purchased Harley’s before as well as numerous automobiles and I have never received a thank you call from an owner…WOW! I was blown away. Toby, you will always have my business. Thank you, Hot Metal Harley Davidson for my wonderful bike and for everything that you do!

Husband went to get Harley fixed, they screwed up the headlight light bulb when we told them we were having trouble with voltage regulator they didnt test anything until they put light bulb in they tested afterwards. Then took all day to fix, front desk person was not doing his job, didnt help and his attitude was negative when my husband would ask questions on his bike. Manager gave us no discounts for a bad experience or taking so long to fix. The mechanic himself was great though. Never again we will go there and think twice before taking your harley there. Labor charges is really high and charge shop supply fee so you get charged labor and for then using there own tools. I feel they dont give a damn on what customers think of them. This gives Harley a bad name. I thought harley treated there customers like gold i was wrong and probably will never buy a harley again. I will stick to our harley shop in ohio way nicer in customer service and management is helpful.

I don’t normally email comments to companies, but I have to now. I bought my first used Harley last year and became introduced to your store. I have been to several Harley Dealerships and NONE and I mean NONE come close to comparing to yours! I recently had my bike in for repairs and I have to say that your service department is AWESOME! They go above and beyond to help you. You don’t get service like that anywhere! Eric was the Tech that worked on my bike and he made sure I understood everything that they did. There was an issue that came up when I picked up the bike and Jason in parts was right there to help me out. Eric didn’t hesitate to say that they would put the needed part on the bike for me without an appointment. Thank you so much for hiring the BEST staff and employees around. Everyone there always makes you feel welcome, invited and at home! I recommend you guys to everyone (even my brother how recently bought his bike there).

I cant really say enough about my experience purchasing my new bike. I have made purchases at Hot Metal quite a few times but this was my first bike. It started with Todd, he found the bike I wanted and made the trade to get it to the dealership. Chad went over everything about the bike with me and he kept me up to date on when it would arrive, even going as far as to make arrangements to get it there a day sooner than I expected. Megan in financing was great, super nice and very efficient and her and Chad explained all the ESP info and financing details. I then went to parts to buy a few things to make the bike more me, since its a 2016 CVO there really isnt much I needed to add but since I am a huge Willie G fan I needed to add some skulls. Jason and Sam were all over it, ordering things, making sure it would all be in order for when the bike gets delivered. Toby and Lori really have assembled the perfect group of people!

I would encourage you greatly to visit Hot Metal Harley Davidson before any purchase of your new or used Harley..I just bought a 2015 Road Glide and found this purchase to be the most honest, knowledgeable, and fun experience Ive had in a long time. Brian, Carrie, Jason, and Rocky and the entire staff made me feel like a part of the family, and made sure all my questions were answered. While being professional, it was a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Hot Metal Harley wrote the book on how to meet, treat, and sell a customer..No glitz or glamor,,,just a great time and I made friends while I was there....A huge stock of parts, aftermarket add ons, clothing and accessories made the trip to Hot Metal worthwhile....I made friends, learned more about Harley Davidson, and was treated so well, it was almost embarrassing...but I loved every minute of my time there....WAY TO GO HOT METAL HARLEY DAVIDSON!!!!!
