Travis/Swamp City Motorcycles is a BIG rip off. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE THERE. You will sorely regret it. Travis doesnt stand behind his work. He lied and mislead me and ripped me off out of a lot of money. He is dishonest/a big liar. I REGRET taking my bike there. After his mechanic so called finished working on my bike, now it is back firing and smoking like crazy, He knew it wasnt right when he called me to pick up. He refused to resolve the issue, told me it "may be something else" other than the work he did on the carburetors and fuel line. Even is so, he diagnosed the issues with my bike from the beginning and he told exactly what needed to be done. He never mentioned or contacted me later about any additional problems or work that needed to done. Now, I have to spend more money at another mechanic to figure out and resolve what he did to cause it to start backfiring and smoking like crazy. Even though it now backfires and smokes, he said it is running "good/great" in his opinion. What a joke of a mechanic he is. Also, he did not return my fuel/gas tank after he had me to buy another one. He probably sold mine on Ebay or somewhere else. I probably didnt even need to replace my tank in the first place. DO NOT TRUST A WORD HE SAYS.

Under the new ownership they tried to charge me an $80 diagnostic fee when I took my bike in to change a headlight and get an oil change. I didnt get the work done there went home ordered a bulb online for $8 and then looked up a youtube video and changed the bulb in 20 mins. That was supposed to cost $80 plus $50 for the oil change (which is the right price for an oil change). He tried to sell me some BS about it could be any number of reasons why the headlight doesnt work and he might have to take the whole bike apart to figure it out. No common sense. "umm why dont you just try switching the light bulb first." Well they lost a customer for life. Wont trust them now.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKES HERE. My husband took his bike in. After alot of phone calls checking up on the bike is finally done. Its been a month. My husband goes in, and its not fixed. He has to leave it. The other day they call him. .."uumm are you going to get your bike? Its done. " this is the first time they have called. So now its been 2 months and an arm and a leg later. NEVER NEVER TAKE YOUR BIKES THERE. SWAMP CITY IS THE WORSE. YOU WILL REGRET TAKING YOUR STUFF THERE!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE!!! Travis is very unprofessional, did not fix the problem we brought the bike in for and even caused new problems. Charged $200 for NOTHING! When we called to let him know that they did not fix the problem, he started screaming at my husband over the phone then hung up on him! Total waste of time and money. Horrible experience!!!!

Poor people skills, went there to ask a question about carbs. They made me wait while they wandered around the bldg. Then when they did ask me why i was there theybsaid they would not help me or answer any questions that i would have to pay for there time. I sibce tell everyone stay clear of this place.

Had my BMW R1100RT serviced. They really made me feel comfortable and had a lot of knowledge about my bike. I had them mount and balance both new tires, replace my battery, and change my oil and rear differential fluid. Great customer service and prices! I will definitely go back again and again.
