Lasik surgery !!I have had a great service experience with Key Whitman. Initial appointment for the assessment was at the north Arlington place 04/11/2017! Everyone was very nice and I was attended as soon as I got there even though I was early! Decided to go ahead with the Lasik! Dr. Barke was great! He has a very calm demeanor that made me feel less anxiety about going through with the operation! The operation was actually in the Dallas location 04/28/2017. Again they have there time on point. I went in when I was scheduled! Even though I was there around 50 minutes I would say the actual operation was about 15 minutes for both eyes! Again Dr Barke was very calm and made me feel at ease! This is something I was hoping for because it took me 8 years to become brave enough to do it! Already have had 2 follow up appointments since then and it hasnt even been a week! I am seeing pretty good right now! No need for glasses! Other than little headaches and dry eyes that need constant drops for the next few weeks I have had no issues! Yay

I love everyone at the Key-Whitman Eye Center. The counselors, technicians and dcotors have been treating my vision needs since Dr. Whitman performed my LASIK surgery in 2008. LASIK was the best decision I ever made and Im thrilled to say my vision has remained at 20/20 since my surgery 5 years ago. Although I had my surgery at the Dallas location, I see the doctors at the Plano location on a regular basis since its closer to my home and office. I would recommend all of them which is why I have no preference on physician choice, Ive seen each physician at least once over the years and had a great experience each time. If you are unhappy with your current eye doctor or they dont offer the advanced services Key-Whitman does, I would highly recommend making an appointment.

Dr. Whitman is the best. He performed my surgery & I am forever grateful for him & his whole team. The consultation was about 2 1/2 to 3 hrs but is worth the time for the end results & is very detailed. The consult is $150 but is deducted if you plan your surgery within 90 days after the consult. Also, the staff & doctors are all nice, polite, & courteous. The day of the procedure was super fast. It was about 5 minutes. I out of the office in 35 min. I followed the doctors instructions to the T. The next day at the follow up I could read the 20/20 eye chart line. I cant stress enough follow the doctors orders & you will be fine. Choose Key-Whitman & you wont regret it!

Wow what a great experience! Dr. Whitman actually performed my LASIK surgery and he and his team were absolutely wonderful! I was incredibly nervous and Dr. Whitman kept me informed every step of the way with what was happening in my procedure. His bedside manner was incredible, and I felt very thankful to have him there performing the surgery. The staff was friendly and helpful, the team of doctors at this location were all friendly and informative and seemed like they actually genuinely cared about me as a patient. I got THE BEST service and am seeing better than I have in 14 years. Thank you to everybody that helped me at Key Whitman!!!

I have been having problems with my eyes itching, and I had not had a thorough eye exam in several years. My appointment was set for 12:40 I arrived early to a very clean and inviting office. At 12;40 Robert escorted me to a examination room. Again very clean and inviting. Robert performed my initial examination taking less than an hour. I then met with the doctor who answered all my questions and went through my results. I was very impressed with my experience and consider Key-Whitman my go to eye center. I will recommend them to my friends.

I had an appointment with Key-Whitman Eye Center at 12:15 today for cataract surgery on my left eye. I was taken to the surgery area promptly at 12:15 and prep for the surgery. Every procedure was thoroughly explained and I was on my way home within the two hour window. For me, there was absolutely no pain associated with the procedure. I now look forward to having the same procedure for my right eye in a few weeks. I highly recommend Dr. Kimberly Warren and Key-Whitman Eye Center.

The staff, from the first person who greeted me to the doctor who performed my cataract surgery, were professional at the highest level. I almost felt like Norm going into Cheers and being "where everybody knows my name." I have utmost appreciation for how my time is respected. Key- Whitman is the only place I will consider for the health of my eyes. Sometimes I see the Opthalmoligists at Key-Whitman in Arlington near my home, but the new Dallas location is also wonderful.

Key-Whitman is a great place to go to ensure the health of your eyes. Parking is easy, they even have a valet service. I was greeted at the door by the woman who has been there as long as Ive been a patient. You will find long term happy staff there. Sign in was easy. Everyone was friendly. All of my questions were answered during the exam. I was out before the end of the hour on time. I trust the doctors and medical staff at Key-Whitman.

Dr. Whitman performed cataract surgery on both eyes. He is fantastic. The results have been very good. Dr. Agnew has done the follow-up work. He too is great. The entire staff at Key-Whitman is professional, pleasant, and thorough. I would not think of going anywhere else for serious eye treatments. Oh, did I mention it. I live in central Texas and travel nearly 400 miles to get to and from Key-Whitman. I would travel 2,000 miles if necessary.

I had surgery on my eye for Crystal lens. I would never do that again!!! Too many horror storyies to even mention. $4,000.00 and the operation did not work. They did not care. Even though the operation did not work, their goal was to work on the next eye before fixing the first eye. I sat in the waiting room and found the same thing happened to others. I had to use one STAR - They would not let me use no stars. There should be Negative Stars!

I cant believe that were rating the same doctor and staff. Dr. Whitman did cataract surgery for me, both eyes, and I couldnt be happier. I went from being almost legally blind to having slightly better than 20/20 vision. Throughout my surgery, from the procedures themselves to follow-up exams, both he and his staff were prompt, courteous, and professional. Id recommend without hesitation Key-Whitman to anyone needing cataract surgery.

Key-Whitman Eye Center has been a very pleasant experience from the time I walked into the door. (The young lady at on the 1sr floor is always very nice.) The doctors and staff are helpful and knowledgeable . My cataract surgery and crystal lens implant were a success . Facility is very clean with state of the art equipment,, an easy and pleasant experience.. I look forward to having the second catarac removed. Betty.

For a few years now I have wanted to have Lassik completed to help correct my eye sight, but honestly was a little apprehensive. Wow, how silly I was to be!! Just had surgery three days ago and I couldnt be happier. I wore either bifocal contacts, with readers, or my bifocal glasses and now I see perfectly!!! YAY!! So thankful to Dr Whitman and his staff for the care I recieved and their professionalism. Wonderful place!!
