I was taken very good care of when visiting the mesquite location! I will recommend them to my friends and family, as they were very thorough and made sure I was happy with my glasses purchase. Dena made sure my glasses fit properly when I was picking them up, and I could tell she cares a lot about customer satisfaction and service. The exam was very smooth as well, and everyone was very accommodating of my large stature (most equipment is too small for me, as I am rather tall, but they made sure I was comfortable every step of the way!). A++

I love my contacts, and I especially love my glasses! I had great service from the hardworking women at Key Whitman. Dena Perez made me feel at home and helped me with anything I needed, and the doctor that did my eye exam helped me find the perfect vision. Being able to see things clearly is very important to me, growing playing sports and always on the go. Not coming here again, always have to wait an hour or longer to be seen even with an appt... They keep trying to sell you different brands of contacts even though the ones you have work perfectly fine (maybe because they have some deal with the company that makes them). And they schedule follow ups for no reason... Just to waste time and make things more difficult.. There are plenty of other ODs in the mesquite area that are quick and more organized than this place.. Theres a reason why this place is downsizing..

I had a wonderful time with Dr. Kathy McCain and her staff on 03/11/2017. I got fitted for my contact lens and the difference was clear from all other treatments I have been receiving, she was very warm attentive and nice to work with, they made me feel at home, you will never have guessed that I was a new patient visiting for the first time. Dr. McCain was actually a referral from a friend who has been with her for a very long time. I surely will recommend her and her team for great service

Great selection of frames and Dena made sure I was seeing clearly by the time I left for my trip. I had to post because I have had many experiences in getting new glasses as my eyes seem to be difficult however she made the experience pleasant and the glasses were made and fit perfectly the first time. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Dena and the entire staff at Key Whitman, patient for life!!

The people at Key Whitman Mesquite are great!! Great personal service! They made me feel like a special customer. I had a very thorough exam and the results/evaluation were explained so that even a lay person could understand. I had a lot of help choosing my glasses, fitting and adjustments. I love my glasses! Went for Lasik but didnt qualify due to irregular eye shapes. However, they were able to get me set up with contacts. They taught me how to get the contacts in and out. Even allowed me to come back and teach me again. Dr. McCain and her Staff was Amazing. The assistant at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. So glad I chose this eye care facility. Im happy.

I used Kathy Mccain to examine my eyes, and she is grea! Very thorough.. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also purchased my glasses there after another place failed to make my glasses properly. When I got my glasses back from Key Whitman, they were perfect! Dena took the time to make sure my glasses fit perfectly. So I highly recommend this establishment.

Kathy has always been an outstanding optometrist. About 5 years ago we found her and even though she has moved 2 times we will always be loyal and drive to where ever she moves. Claudia at the front desk was wonderful! Todays visit was for medical reasons verses my annual checkup. Dr.Fish took care of my worries even though I regularly visit with Dr. Kathy McCain which she is very great herself. I would recommend this team to anyone needing eye care.
