Edit: Just a note, this is a Warby Parker store; it is just classroom themed. The staff is actually helpful here, and seemed genuinely happy doing their jobs. If it were not for a suggestion by their rep my wife would have never tried some frames that look amazing on her. They had a great selection, and one rep was willing to check more styles from the back when I asked about an older frame type. What’s not to LOVE??!!! This place is the greatest place for Glasses/ Sunglasses. Customer Service is the main reason I will be back! I mean when you walk in and youre greeted by someone who gives you the low down, and they are several smiling faces to help you pick out the perfect pair or pairs. Then the checkout was flawless and incredibly easy. I got several shipping updates and knew just when they were arriving. I went back to get them fitted and the same outstanding customer service was there. The frames are amazing quality- or at least seem amazing. The lenses are just as great, i can see at least and you really can’t beat the price and the philanthropy. Cheers, keep being awesome WP!

Great service and the prices are awesome. The process to buying a new pair of glasses were really nice. I had a specific need and they were very helpful to give me great advices and recommendations. They were never pushy about making the sale or rushing me, just attentive and kind. You will get your new glasses in about a week. I purposely shipped mine to the store to get it adjusted right after it arrived. After I made the purchase, I changed my mind. They were very nice about changing out the pair to another pair without a question. It was really a good experience to buy from Warby.

Extremely positive experience with Warby Parker. The first time I went they were friendly and approachable, not pushy at all. When they could see i was torn between two frames, they gave their professional opinion based on my face shape and expressions (which i loved). From there, pickup was smooth but there was an error with how my prescription was entered. When I came back because I still couldnt see clearly, they did an even exchange, plus covered the expedited shipping so that i would get them quickly. Cannot recommend them enough :)

This location is wonderful! I felt like everyone at this store wanted to be my best friend; they were super welcoming and talkative. Hannah spent almost an entire hour patiently and enthusiastically helping me decide between about five different frames, even suggesting a few from that back, (that I ended up picking) because I was having a hard time choosing. I will definitely be back here in the future!

Very bad experience. I paid to have a pair of glasses expedited for my daughters trip to Europe. 10 days later I still do not have the glasses. They said the store entered the prescription wrong. They attempted to over night them to me for a weekend delivery and even messed that up by not checking the appropriate box to deliver on a Saturday.
