I started ordering WP frames around 2000. Since then, there are brick and mortar stores that made me fall in love with them even more! Over the last 2 years, I bought frames from the Knox/Henderson store and got acceptable service; however, the Northpark store is an atrocity! I was intent on getting to Banana Republic one day when, to my surprise, there was my favorite eyeglass frame store! I bypassed B.R. and darted into WP where I was not greeted but rather snickered at (one was a salesman!). I ignored them because I knew about WP way before they even HEARD of it - actually spent enough money there to have paid the the salesmans annual salary. I toured the store TWICE and was avoided by all sales people. How ignorant - you see a customer who is clearly ROCKING your product and you display such a snobbish demeanor? Im getting in touch with WP New York to see what THEY have to say about it!

I only ordered my glasses today so Ill have to update once they get here (Im sure theyll be great, I had about a dozen people recommend them). But I have to comment on the in-store experience! I came in with my chatty 3-year-old and Ashley and Mekea were absolute pros--bouncing back and forth between entertaining him (offering suckers, a Rubiks cube to play with, talking endlessly about race cars), helping me try on a dozen different frames and helping the many other people in the store. They totally made the experience. They have tons of good-looking frames, most at $95, and it was a really quick and easy process. And when there was an issue with my credit card, I got an email to call customer service, a real live person picked up and resolved it in about 2 minutes. It was amazing. High fives all around!!

I was fortunate enough to purchase Warby Parker glasses LONG before they every had brick and mortar stores ANYWHERE. I told EVERYONE I knew at that time. I was also fortunate enough to be able to drive to their main office in Dallas today. The experience was as wonderful as it was when I first discovered them. I did not go to their Northpark location. Their Northpark location is closer to me, but I decided to drive a bit further. I WILL BE CONTACTING THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE during NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS as soon as I possibly can. ANYONE who purchases their glasses from ANY OTHER OPTICAL PLACE, well, that is your business, isnt it? It isnt my business. If I could be in the optical business I would apply for a job at Warby Parker before I applied for a job ANY WHERE ELSE in the METROPLEX. PERIOD!

The store is clean and well organized. The staff from the retail location, in addition to the people that work at corporate when you call are top notch. Still have not received my product so cannot comment on that. However, what keeps this from being 5 stars is the fact that they utilize Newgistics for their shipping consolidation. This is THE WORST shipping service I have ever seen. Its taken over two weeks and my glasses are still not here. Brian from the corporate number issued a reship of my glasses and theyre going to get here before the initial pair. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $30 for them to ship via UPS. I bet they lose many customers from the shipping issues alone.

I had never heard of this place before and I absolutely loved it. The glasses are very affordable and I love their social mission. The staff is kind and very polite/helpful in answering all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this place.

Really great customer service. Popped in for some limited edition frames. I liked that I got updates via email on the status of my order so I knew when to pick my glasses up.
