Dr. Scott Harris and his staff at Richardson Eye Associates are professional and caring health care providers who are concerned about addressing their patients individual needs, whether its in assisting their patients with precise instructions on how to reach their office, giving useful and informed feedback to questions posed by their patients, or helping to calm their patients during moments of anxiety as these face having to decide between which lens allows them to see clearer. Trust me; this latter issue is especially important to me because my eyes tend to play "tricks" on me when I have to assess between the clarity of one lens versus another! Dr. Harris is amazingly patient with me as he gently allows me to process the differences between lens without making me feel like Im wasting his time. That has not always been my experience in other eye practices before I discovered Richardson Eye Associates. Thank you, Dr. Harris and staff.

All I can say is wow. I am a student at UTD and had limited time to get an eye exam but desperately needed contacts because I was out. They got me in the very next morning after I called. One hour before class, it took about 35 minutes for a very thorough exam that left me more informed than some of the eye exams I have had that take over an hour. The ladies who work the front desk were very pleasant and helpful as well. Great doctor. Great staff.

I had such a great experience at Richardson Eye Associates. The staff was very warm and welcoming, and they were able to get me in as a new patient quickly. My wait time was short, my appointment was easy and quick, but thorough. Dr. Harris was attentive and friendly. He took the time to find the best option for my contacts and I never felt rushed. Im going to send my husband here as well! Such a great find!

It is always a great experience . Veronica is always a joy and very competent. Dr. Krauss offers the best eye care and I always feel confident with his diagnosis. This year there was a new young lady helping me with my eyeglasses. I think it was the best eyeglass choice and measurement I have had . I felt confident my eyes are good to go!!!!!!

Very knowledgeable personnel and thurough eye exams. Im 61 and have never had better. Highly recommend. It will take a few days to get in, however. Dont expect an appointment in a week unless its an emergency.
