I walked in and when I told them I had insurance the incompetent girl working the desk told me "I dont think we take that do you want to try somewhere else ?" Im a brand new customer and you obviously didnt want my business at all. This is the second time I have been here. The first, they were closed during business hours. They need some kind of customer service training. Ill take my money else where.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had United Health Care insurance card with me, which covers length and frame. and they CANNOT recognize it! They had me paid full amount for a pair of glasses. DO NOT GO ever if you have vision insurance, because you will end up paying everything and argue with insurance company!
