This is a discount grocery store, so it is not a store you should expect full service or short lines. I shop here a lot for certain things, but more times than not, you will have to wait in a very long line, sometimes with only one lane open, they seem to not really care to call another checker until people start complaining, by that time the line is half way through the store. It is very irritating and why would they wait for so long every time I am shopping makes me think this is a standard thing. Some of the clerks here are awesome and I have got to know them, some have attitudes and should be cleaning toilets or something, not spreading bad energy to all the customers. I experienced damage to my car from fly away grocery carts and the store offered to pay half the damage even though they had a faulty cart corral. I have seen many fly away carts, so watch out. One more thing of many things i can say, the plastic bags are so thin , you have to double bag everything, but dont let them catch you.. the paper bags have no handles, I suspect that is to keep the cost and use of them down. The cheapos here dont care about their customers time, money , except they want it, and dont care about your car. They offered nothing after helping apprehend a shoplifter, not even a thank you. They actually didnt seem to even care too much, which seemed to be a bad attitude towards the way they are treated by upper management. The fish rots from the head down and let me tell you it really stinks...So maximize your shopping power and voice by shopping somewhere unless you have no choice.

I have been going to this place ever since it was Jumbos. That was 20 years ago. I live close. I have always liked it but lately, whats up with not having anything in stock? Half the shelves say "temporarily out of stock". And they will give you coupons for a product with your receipt and you go back to get it and......out of stock. REALLY? Bad business. Have they changed management or is the person who is in charge of ordering for this store on leave? I will ask to speak to the manager next time I go there and if it gets better Ill continue to shop there. Otherwise itll be Walmart and Sprouts exclusively. Too bad too because I love the $ Tree next door and live just across the street.

Great selections on everything especially the meats. The prices are good also. Parking lot can get busy but I never have trouble finding a spot. Only thing I dont like is it can be so busy and a long line and only one checker. Sometimes they will get 2 to help speed things up but for how busy this place is there should always be 2 or more. Not the best place to come in to grab something real fast you will be in line for awhile. I prefer to come here over Walmart when it comes to groceries.

Well the prices seem decent, though in my one experience the savings was not worth the wait. The store isnt terribly dirty, but i wouldnt call it clean either. I dont particularly mind that though. My biggest problem was that on a friday after getting off work to go home i spent over a half hour in the store to get one item. Maybe its not usual but the line to check out was ridiculous. Everyone seemed a little irritated. otherwise selection seemed decent

I love that they open early and close late. Very helpful when you are working around unconventional hours. They have pretty good prices but the only thing is that it takes forever to get through a line.

this was a horrible food maxx it is so small and they didnt even have a deli/meat person in the department and there was smashed fruit on the floor through out the store. worst experience ever.

Started coming due to the convince since they are so close to home. Now I have found they are who I prefer if I cant make it to WinCo. I constantly save $$ coming here vs anywhere else.

Consistently good produce and good prices but there is always a 3 or 4 people on the floor facing the shelves while a big line of customers is waited on by the only checker.

Close to home, so its convenient for me. Prices and selection are good. Dont go if you are in a hurry though, cause lines are long. Not enough cashiers I guess.
