Wir gehen sehr gerne in die Restaurants von Cracker Barrel zum Frühstücken, auch hier in Fort Myers waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das beginnt schon wenn man das Restaurants betritt mit dem tollen Shop, in dem man wirklich sehr viele Schöne und Interessante Sachen findet und Kaufen kann. Dann geht es weiter mit der klasse Einrichtung im Restaurant, das vermittelt einem so einen Touch an Nostalgie. Auch die sehr guten Angebote auf der Menuecard zum Frühstück und die tolle Qualität tragen zum Wohlfühlen bei. Zum guten gelingen des ganzen und guten Abschluss muss man natürlich das wirklich gute,freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal loben, ohne die wäre das ganze kein tolles Erlebnis. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch hier im C B.

Ive eaten at Cracker Barrels an abundance of times through my many trips to America. On February 16,2016; I was in in Georgia at the I-75 exit 18. My wife and I were truly disappointed. My fish dinner came to the table and I could smell a terrible strong odour as the waitress delivered it to me. I took one bite and it was under cooked, and I could not eat it. Then I ordered a burger which was under cooked and still bloody;unable to eat it as well.The waiter David was so obliging to us and very very kind and the manager said that he would take the dinner back . But we were unable to eat anything more and I paid for her supper and we left the dinner with a bad taste in our mouths. We are writing this to you for we really have always looked forward to our outings at your Cracker Barrel. After I left that Cracker Barrel I could not eat anything at all for I felt quite uncomfortable. we will never visit that Cracker Barrel again and we were dismayed at the silverware that was wrapped in napkins. They looked so dirty but the manager said that the silver was showing water stains but we couldnt use them.We were quite dismayed with his explanation. We believe that no one should be served " spotty silver" for it is quite a turn -off when you are used to very clean utensils.

Wow I was very surprise on the food and service. Both were great.. I did make the mistake of going on a Sunday morn at 1100 am. It was very loud and crowded. I had to wait 10 minutes for a table. I am not use to waiting. Well thats life. I was seated within that time period. My waitress Kristy was outstanding . Got me my drink took my order. I was VERY surprise that it was delivered in less than 10 minute. Had the Sampler. Ham meatloaf and chicken & dumpling. I could not have done much better. Cole slaw ,nice ,green beans ,wonderful bacon and onion flavor, mash potatoes and gravy good. I was serve with a actual glass of soda no plastic. I do have 2 issues ham a tad bit salty.. Corn muffin it really sucks no flavor the 50 cents package at the store would be much much better. I will definitely put this on my return list.

Beware if your server is a rising star. Although he didnt do it, my food was served to me dripping off the plate ,onto me, when it asked to have it wiped up, I was handed a napkin. This is after the liquid spilled on me and the table. Food was fine, but our rising star need more training. Asked for forks to eat our dessert, but he never bought them. Out if desperation, we had one spoon between the two of us. No manager ever walked through the dining room. We like Cracker Barrel and will go back, but we wish they would provide better training for their young staff.

Very friendly and respected me for me. My waitress is awesome. Thank you Melissa for being a wonderful person and attentive. She needs a fifth star on her apron. The Apple Cider BBQ Chicken was moist and tender. The combination of hot chicken and cold chutney was different, although very good together. The apple cider is lost in the BBQ Sauce. The fries were very crispy on the out side and soft on the inside. Nicely done. The turnip greens have to be the best I have ever had at a Cracker Barrel. No greasy after taste was the highlight of them.

Very nice Cracker Barrel and although they were quite busy we got seated quickly. Would have given five stars except our server seemed to want to be anywhere but there. She didnt smile once and after bringing our food and drinks, she just completely disappeared. Something may have been going on in her life but it would have been nice to have had more to drink or our bill. Since we were in a corner and no other servers were coming by, my husband finally got up and found someone to bring us our bill.

Cracker Barrel has some of the better food of any the restaurants in that type! The Ambiance of the old time flare is gorgeous, second to none. If I had any problems it would be the chairs although good for the period Appeal. Not good for your backside, as they are the hard wood chairs. But the people and food totaly make up for that! You will not be disappointed!

Went there for breakfast this morning. Bad choice!! Wasnt even busy, after waiting 1 hour, we left. Two different tables of people were waited on AND served before us, even though arrived much later than us. Different waitress. When we got up to leave, our waitress (Beth) was standing at the kitchen door, and all we got was "Sorry". Are you kidding me?!? Wont be back.

Many years ago, someone introduced me to Cracker Barrel. I have been eating at any Cracker Barrel since. Their biscuits and muffins are delightful. Breakfast is always a popular option but their lunches and dinners are just as great. Great atmosphere and always great service. A must try for anyone who likes great food options. The server was one of the worst we ever had. He placed all the food in front of my 2year old son. Common sense would be to placed hot items away from babies. But we actually had Hot plates with cold food, what is that? I did not get my refill drink until I finished my food. My expectations were let down. Bad service and cold food for that I stay home.

Just love Crackle Barrel! Inexperienced waitress but very friendly. Busy but did not have to wait long for seating or food. Out of the way but worth the drive. Smaller portions than I remembered my last vist but tasty. Overall a great family friendly place to eat. Sweetl southern country theme with no gory animal carcasses hanging on the wall.

Poor service, okay food. Asked to have salad before dinner ,all the food came at the same time . Drinks not refilled, asked for ketchup for fries, guess they ran out of it. The best was server ran his fingers through his hair while working serving food, gross. Not a good experience at a restaurant we have patronized for eight years.
