I purchased a vera bradley bag just yesterday from the website and found it cheaper at the disney store so I called just now to cancel my order. She then informed me I have to pay a 25% cancellation fee! Thats 25 dollars I have to give them for nothing. I was shocked and the the lady then had the nerve to actually get upset with me! I told her I never had to pay a cancellation fee ever and I have shoped online many times with many stores. I told her how unaware I was she said you checked on the terms and agreement when purchasing and agreed to these terms. I told her no where did I see this and a fee such as this should be in bold. I feel tricked. Buyers beware! There is also a return fee. I will not shop here again.

Worst online buying experience iv ever had. Bought a picture which was listed as in stock, waited 3 weeks and heard nothing. I sent an email enquiring how they were doing with my order, never got a reply. Sent another email a week later, never got a reply. Sent a 3rd email and finally got a reply saying they didnt have the item in stock and didnt know when they would be able to get it. They suggested I cancelled the order which I did a few days later, but I never received my money back. A few days later I submitted a claim with Pay Pal and got my money back. I have since ordered the item direct from Disney over the phone with no problems. WDW store need to work on their customer service.

I had a great shopping experience with my purchase. We were unsure of the size of a pair of earrings, I asked for a photo to be sent with a coin in the shot to be compared to. They didnt have the earrings in stock, but they ordered them and sent me the pic (no money collected from me). The size looked great and I placed the order. They just arrived, my daughter is going to love them! Fast shipping, well packed. And they tossed in a Happy Birthday pin and a keychain for my daughter! I will purchase from them again

These guys buy items from Disney and other theme parks and jack up the prices so people could get ripped off of already expensive items. I was recently at a Disney park store and at Universal Studios and several of the items I saw on the website were much cheaper at the actual Disneyland and Universal Studios store. If you return, youll also have to pay a cancellation fee. Go buy at the actual theme park stores. They are cheaper.

They took 5 days to ship my "in stock" item and it didnt actually leave their facility until the day after they told me it shipped. Still waiting for it to arrive but at this point, its too late for my daughters birthday.

Overpriced and unwilling to negotiate on Ann item threat clearly no one wants to buy (has been listed more than 6 months). All 5 star reviews are friends or family if owners. Buyer beware!
