i will start by saying for the most part i have gotten very good food at all cracker barrel rest that i have visited for one exception it seems that very few of your breakfast cooks know how to prepare scrabled eggs light but this is what my wife orders always and she will not send them back it fear of retaliation from the cooks but this particular day of march 10 -14 we ate at the rest #489 in clermont fl around noon we both ordered our usual breakfast hers being scrambled eggs light {hard as usual} i ordered the uncle herschell eggs over light biscuit and gravy biscuits were so crunchy that even soaking in gravy could not revive them eggs were cooked medium well so no help there i could not get a refill on my coffee until the waitress picked up the dirty dishes and asked if there was anything else we needed as she laid the bill down i must say this was a very unusual visit for cracker barrell would like to know how to tell my wife how to order her eggs since i in my past trained breakfast cooks and i have told her to order them light - and extra light even as far as to tell them to make sure they are a little runny but to never be able to get the way you want them is inexusable needed to let someone know about this experience thank you

The best part of this cracker barrel is that we can get a large group in without waiting a long time. But thats because the service is awful and the food ranges from mediocre to inedible; never order the fresh veggies I dont know what they do to it but it no longer tastes fresh or like a vegetable. My parents like to go here with their friends from church, as their driver I end up here by default. This week our server Pamela bordered on incompetent. She obviously split the ticket sending it to the kitchen so half the table got their food 15 minutes after the first half. I keep hoping that each progressively worse experience will deter them from going but I guess old people need things like this to complain about.

I ordered a ribeye and sides, my friend ordered an opened face roast beef sandwich, his son ordered a cheeseburger and corn. It took us about 45 minutes to get our food and they forgot I even ordered a side salad so I didnt receive until after they brought my dinner. I didnt even eat half of my steak because it was too tough to chew. The manager came over and asked me if I wanted another steak, I told her it would probably also be tough, she asked if I wanted to order something else but by that time I had already eaten all of my sides. She said ok thank you and walked away, then she charged me full price for a steak I didnt even eat half of.

Cracker Barrel is the ultimate American Comfort Food restaurant! The staff and service is always great, the food is served hot and in generous portions and the Sweet Tea is the best in town! The store usually costs me more than the meal. My wife always seems to find something or another that we need. I love the values that they embrace. They have old school charm, support our military, support family values and its just a cool place to go have a nice easy meal.

My wife and I go here at least a couple of times a month on sunday after church. They have great breakfasts, good service ( it would be great but for the sheer volumn of diners) But all said it is worth the wait usually 20 minutes or so before you get your food. Coffee is extremely weak... Tea also. If they would offer folgers and or lipton then we would order a beverage while we were waiting for our food..Staff seems to be constantly ever changing....

Tiffany went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my choices even though I placed the wrong order for myself. I learned I love the hashbrowns, they were cooked to perfection. I do not usually order them because I find not many places prepare them correctly. Our food was fast, hot and delicious.I appreciate the great service of Tiffany and all the other friendly staff members. Lots of team work and happy staff. Nice to see.

If you have been to a cracker barrel before, you have been to this one. Same menu, same store and knicknacks, same atmosphere. They make country style food, and their breakfasts are the better part of their menu. They make pretty good pancakes and their biscuits and gravy is solid. This location is pretty new and is very clean and tidy, so if you gotta go to Cracker Barrel, this is a good one to go to.

Logan L. was our waiter this morning. He was very professional and prompt when needed. Weve been here a few times and this is the first time my family and I have been thoroughly impressed the whole time. I understand that I am writing about an waiter. However, people with personalities like that arent common and I didnt want that to go unnoticed. Ill start asking for him here on out. Thanks again man.

Its a Cracker Barrel. If you have been to one, youve been to all. If you have never been, this one is as good as any of them. Good servers. Full plates and tasty food. Coffee still lacks any zest, but the chicken and dumplings are my favorites. Now if you can get through their gift shop without busting the budget, you have it made.

Ive been to many cracker barrels in Florida and other states, but the service at this one is among the best. The server was awesome he gave us extra gravy, grits, biscuits even though I didnt order that many. Also as soon as we started eating the manager was there to make sure everything was correct. Will definitely return.

Great place for breakfast with guests and family. I always order the youghurt parfait and split the pancakes with somebody around the table. The service and the coffee is great. I also like to go and check out the offers at the shop. They have a corner with reduced prices, 40, 50 and 70 pct. off.

Not the greatest today. Messed up our order and the waitress made it seem like it was our fault that our eggs came out under cooked. And when we had questions about the menu she seemed like we were bothering her. I understand its Sunday morning and busy but we are still paying customers.

The 5 stars is rating it against other Cracker Barrels Ive been to, not culinary delights in general. Its good, country cooking that hits the spot. This location has ample parking, great service from pleasant people and the food always comes out hot. Friday night fish fry is the best.

Couldnt order the plate of food that Ive always ordered. I only eat the same thing each time. Yes the meal was offered, just wouldnt allow me to give up 2 sides for 1 salad. Ive eaten the same meal all over the USA, and never had this problem. Just went elsewhere.

Talk about service!!! We went there for early dinner, after visiting relatives. The associate that served us was on the spot, very attentive to us and our needs. Food was exelent, no question about it, but the associate is the winner to our accolades!!!
