First time here. I was very disappointed. My lady and I went out of our way to come to this place and I am astonished at the racism here. My lady and I were placed on the far side of the diner behind a divider. We were the only ones there on that side. We watched as they served and greeted others before us. They sat down other people (non African Americans) in the main diner. I was disturbed by what I witnessed here and will never return. I am sitting here with my lady watching the place fill with people and watching them get great service and smiles from our seat on the other side of the wall. I will never go to a Cracker Barrel ever again in my life.

ehhh. I dont think I have ever been in a cracker barrel that doesnt smell like an old folks home. This one does not differ. I have been here a dozen times and the food is never that great. Bacon is obviously been sitting, hashbrowns are never hot. They seem to be too worried about pushing orders out quickly instead of focusing on any kind of quiality. Update: came again because my kid wanted to go. Once again dry hash brown casserole, had to send back. Toast burnt. I got 2 eggs, bacon, toast and hash Browns. My kid got a pancake with bacon. $18! I think that was the last time.

The food is delicious, but the food has taken a long time in the past visits, especially in non peak times. The servers can be polar -- either great or with lack of knowledge of menu or restaurant service. Example: when ordering a fish fry with catfish we were asked if we wanted the fish fried (isnt that why it is called a fish fry?). The managers did not "touch the tables" (check on their guests), and no visibility on the part of the manager just made us more disappointed.

It can be hard to find a parking spot. Was seated with in a few minutes of arriving at the host stand. Waitress took are order without writing anything down. When are food came out either the order was totally wrong or missing items. When the food came out it was great. I have been to this location a couple of time and the food is always good just the service can be hit or miss.

Our choices for last nights dinner -- roast beef with mashed potatoes in brown gravy, pinto beans, corn, and grilled lemon pepper trout, with broccoli and a salad. Everything was wonderful. There is a home cooking feeling/taste to everything we have had at Cracker Barrel. Homestyle fried chicken is a special treat for us on Sundays. Great food at a very resonable price.

Janet (from Liverpool) was extremely polite and prompt. we were seated right away and she took us within a minute ince we sat. she has a great personality and compared to past times which are usually good. this was the best of those times. she deffinately made the experience for us. If we had more like Janet in this industry things would be a lot more pleasent.

While the food was great the hostess was a nightmare! She was not capable of knowing the difference between empty tables and clean ready to seat tables. After we complained and were moved she sat others at the same table without having thetavlr cleaned. We had to warn the customer so she didnt end up sticky gross. We witnessed this time and again.

Great food and service as always! Also, after we ate I purchased 2 beanie boos for my kids. The lady at the cash register literally ran after me in the parking lot to let me know that she accidentally over charged me, as the beanie boos were on sale BOGO 50% OFF. Not many places would do that but it is very much appreciated!

The lady up front was very polite in seating us. But the waitress was extremely rude when we kept asking for things that they forgot to bring in the first place. We waited for 10 minutes for drinks to be refilled. The waiter who brought us our food also had an attitude about bringing us more biscuits.

Great place, but breakfast can be very crowded over the weekends. The good thing is that you can sit outside in the rocking chairs and wait or you can go shopping inside. They have a lot of great stuff, dont forget to look in the corner with the reduced prices. Sometimes they have 75 pct off!

Sorry but this is the third time and the food prep is poor. The service has been fair to good. It seams it has taken a drop in the years since it opened. Dropping the check when the food is delivered leave you to feel its time to finish and move on. the term used is Turn and Burn.

Never believe what they tell you about wait times. Management is so focused on maxing out their seating they say anything to get you to stay. 15 minute quoted wait time was over an hour. I would rather drive to eat in next town than deal with the attitudes in that location.

First time to a Cracker Barrel in years. Came for breakfast with the family. It was honestly fantastic. Lots of good food for insane cheap. It was packed but they did a great job keeping up with the rush. Our food was fantastic and we will definitely be back.

There was hair in our food the manager or lead came over said she was going to find out where the hair came from but everyone in the back was wearing their protective gear. What is she going to do a DNA sample no legitimate apology no discount wont be back.

Service was excellent we were on a time crunch and the restaurant made that adjustment for us. Our server F Carlos was outstanding and our food was delicious and fresh. We will definitely come back when service is like this and F CARLOS IS WORKING

The lady up front was very nice and seated us immediately. However 10 minutes later. No one even stopped to ask us for our drink order. We left. We are currently eating in Panda Express. Case of a service industry that didnt want to serve!

Im a sucker for their fries. I like that I could basically eat anything on the menu and be satisfied. The raspberry sweet tea is also a great drink that not many seem to know about. The cashiers here are also very polite and courteous.

The food was alright, not great not bad. Service was slow and the kicker was the server told me this place charges for refills unlike any other restaurant. I was surprised even McDonalds has free refills, for sure not going back ever.

My fish came out with ketchup already on it that someone else had already eaten from. How scary is that with Orlando being one of the largest tourist areas in the U.S. and with Ebola being out there?

Country style breakfast, lunch and dinner. New weekdays lunch specials for $5.99. Also has shopping store with interesting products. Rocky chairs ouside. Clean restrooms and friendly staff.

Always clean and nice. The staff is always friendly with a smile (even though my mother can be a handful) Good food. Clean bathrooms. Good prices. Thats all that matters.

Service was a little slow to start but our server did a great job once we were waited on. Food was hot and very good. Overall it was a good experience. Will be back.
