I go to Cracker Barrel in my hometown every other week and have never ever had a problem. I just visited the Cracker Barrel in Kissimmee on W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy and it was the absolute worst experience. I am so disappointed and will not go back ever. I usually do not complain or go online and right bad reviews but I am so upset and frustrated, I feel that I have to. It started out by them seating us at a table with a dirty broom and dust pan at it. Are you serious? And the hostess did not even bother to move it, we moved it in order to sit down! Next, we had to wait almost an hour for our food during their "NON" peak time due to the waitress dropping the entire tray/order on the floor. Then, my 5 yr old daughters macaroni and cheese came out and it literally had chunks of black burnt stuff from the pan all over in it so she would not touch it and I cannot blame her as it did look and taste terrible. To add to the irritation, my Aunts soup was cold and during all of this, our waitress never even came back to the table until the very end to bring us the check. By then we just wanted to leave! During our whole visit, never once did we see a manager or anyone that we could have spoke to about our situation. Im sorry but personally I think a manager should have come over to the table and said something, an apology or a percentage off the check, something. When you spend $72.00 on a dinner for a family of five, you expect better and I have had it from the Cracker Barrel where I live in Wisconsin. I truly believe if this would have happened where I live, a manager would have been at our table immediately. I am not happy and would never ever recommend the Kissimmee Cracker Barrel to anyone. I know I will not go back! Very disappointing!

Food was a decent 8/10, meanwhile the service here was terrible. I came here to have a good time and honestly I felt hella unwelcomed. Since BEFORE the moment I stepped in the lady upfront made me feel unwelcomed and exchanged some rude faces at me and my family. I dismissed them hoping the waitress would be better. I was wrong. The waitress was probably worse. Every time we said "thank you" and what she would not exchange the "youre welcome" side of it back. Proper manners are an important thing when waitressing. I even heard her saying "youre very welcome" to the table right next to us. She didnt stop at our table until someone at my table stopped her while waiting other tables because we ran out of drinks and had been waiting way too long for our drinks. Only time I heard anything close to a "youre welcome" was when she said handed us the bill and told us where to leave the tip. Barely a whisper of a "youre welcome". To conclude, I give the service 0/10. Id go lower but some would say thats impossible. Praying for the womans attitude to change. Not planning on coming back ever again.

The service was ok, the poor girl seemed a little scattered, but it was breakfast on a Friday, in Kissimmee FL. and I dont think the greeter dude was helping anyone out, he just seemed to be seating people and not telling anyone. Oh, and some older lady came by and reached across me to grab the sugar dish before my food arrived, and then after my food arrived she came by and reached over my plate to put out the malt vinegar. Maybe Im overreacting, but I just dont like people reaching over my plate when Im eating. The food was ok, I ordered the double meat type breakfast, where I envisioned piles of bacon and sausage being trucked out to the table... 2 silver dollar sized sausage patties and 4 slices of bacon.... and a small pile of eggs, for a 3 egg order. The grits were pretty much tasteless, I told my girlfriend that all grits are that way, and she took exception to that for some reason. Not a great place to eat, but not horrible... so 3 stars from me. MPK

Showedup and was told it was a 30min wait. Being that we love Cracker Barrel we signed in and patiently waited. A party of 9 was called Four times with a generous amount of time given between calls and then a last call was announced. A few minutes later they called our party of nine in which we immediately responded to the first call only to be told," Im sorry the other party just showed up we will however seat you shortly". Last calll ussually means last call but ok Im a patient person so I gave them that one. Then several calls weremade for parties of 6, 7 and even 8 all of which showed after us. I then had to ask why and was told I was next. Next for what? There was another 20 min wait and several calls to parties of 6,7, and 8 people. They finally seated us and 2 hrs later I havent even gotten biscuits. Its now Lunch 11:43 am. I expressed my concern and no management has spoken to us. Im not inpressed. In fact Im upsetatthe customer experience overall.

We just visited and have nothing good to say about this location unfortunately. We waited over 30 minutes just for our waitress, Jennifer, to take our order, and then another 45 minutes for food after the order was finally taken. After 30 minutes and finally getting our drinks, our waitress dropped off the cups but no straws. Another 10 minutes before we saw her again to even ask for them. After that ordeal, we order, wait 45 minutes, get food...and it was terrible. Drinks came with lemons when we said no lemons, potatoes came with brown gravy when asked for white, the list goes on and on. Food was all over cooked, poorly trimmed, and lacked any flavor at all. So very disappointed in this location. We often go to Cracker Barrel on trips because we know it will always be delicious. Or so we thought. Save yourself the frustration, this branch doesnt hold up to the normal standards unfortunately.

The food at this place is ok. It is diner style food. But, the service is horrible the first server came up said hi the turned around and walked away to drop a check at another table , came back no apology nothing. Then they switched servers after our order was taken. The second server dropped our food at our table left refilled my re cause it was empty then came back 15 min later and just left the check. No ask on how food was if we wanted anything else. It a thing, we always tip I used to be a server my partner is a server even if the service is bad we leave a couple bucks. I am very sorry to say we left nothing this time cause we did not get service.

Poor service, slow and the waiter did not listen to the order so one came out wrong...when it was replaced the other three members in the party had finished theirs. The worst part was when the waiter insulted my son!!!! I almost hit the guy but didnt want to ruin the evening. Maybe if he listened rather then eyeing up my teenage daughter he may have got the order right.....come on dont give a 15 year old more attention than the order. Needless to say he got a zero tip. Not what I would expect from a cracker barrel. I love cracker barrel but this was a bad experience. Choose another Cracker Barrel.
