Terrible! I went in after I had a car accident because my frames got damaged, they werent able to fix them but offered to replace them at half the cost. Great! However they didnt write down on my chart which frame it was, so we had to select a whole new frame. That was December 2015. April 2016, I have the 3rd new frame and lens and still cant see properly! I was told my Kami the Manager that they have done all they will do and no refund. SO I have a pair of glasses that I cant see in properly. She told me well we will just have to agree to disagree and we are not helping you any further! Well thank you Eyemart!

needed to find a new eye doctor as my previous eye doctor moved. I located Vogue Vision on Ingersoll as it is close to work. I wish I would have found this place when I first moved to Des Moines, in 2000. Dr. Haag Is thoughough, knowledgable, and dedicated. Also, Vogue Vision on Ingersoll takes several types of Eye care insurance. The billing was very easy, I have reffered several people to THis establishment.
