From the salesman (Chuck) to the finance manager (Chris) to the general manager (Tony), the services were an absolute disaster. My wife and I went into the dealership to purchase one car, with a trade in, but three weeks later, the dealership recalls the vehicle back, saying Ford will not extend credit. That may not sound so bad, but listen to how the story begins to get really good. My credit wasnt the problem (772 credit score), says the finance manager at the Ford dealership. He says my identity was the main concern for being denied. Can you believe it. What am I, an illegal? My wife and I were told that I was not the person they say I was. What it came down to is the bank would not lend to me based on misinformation from the dealership. Whatever the dealership representatives stated to Ford credit bank, seemed to have destroyed any chances to finance a vehicle from now or ever. And it gets better; My wife and I used our savings for a $3000 down payment, and also detailed the car for $433, of which, I have been informed I will not get back. I have requested this money back several times, and in the same manner, “you’re not getting that money back for I have been told that it cost the dealership $900 to service and detail my trade-in. How can my wife and family be responsible for their mishaps. We were told because of that $900 service charge on the trade-in, we were not getting any money back. Its very clear to our family and friends that this dealership has stolen from my family. They have also damaged our car (trade-in), that will cost my family more money to repair (approximately $2500). Money we do not have!!! How can a dealership get away with taking a persons hard working earn cash, and walk away like nothing ever happened. It seems they do not care. We need to live, put food on our table, a roof over our head, clothe our new baby. And yes, we just had a baby less than a month ago, and can barely hold it together. A Ford dealership that sells hundreds of thousands of dollars every month will not give our $3433 back. What a disgrace! It’s absolutely terrible and ironic that this dealership says, "Where honesty and respect are just as important as the price you pay.” Are you kidding me. The dealership price to pay for honesty and respect seems to add up to $3433, and no longer welcomed to Lawrenceville Ford. They don’t care! How can my wife and I drive around for three weeks in a car that we were told was ours, tell our family and friends, and then be destroyed by, "bring the car back." There was NO please, there was NO offer to help, there was Nothing provided. The last message my wife and I received was, "youre not welcomed at Lawrenceville Ford Lincoln. (PERIOD). And so, we cannot recommend Ford due to the lack of respect, integrity, and professionalism.

I had been hearing a lot of good things about Lawrenceville Ford Lincolns service department from neighbors and friends (which only half of them owned Fords or Lincolns) When I stated to a couple of them that they did not own that brand of car they simply told me they will service it, and trust me and they are Good! So I decided to take my Audi Q7 in for service. I felt weird at first bringing in my Audi to Ford but was willing to give them a try and see what all the hype my neighbors told me about. Went in to get regular service and asked them to add coolant since I had been having to add frequently. The advisor asked me did I want it checked out so I told him that I recently had it at Audi and they could not find a leak (but it had to be going somewhere). He then said well let us at least give it a look at, so I agreed. By simply walking around the car I noticed him touching & feeling my tires once he was done he took down the miles and vehicle number and tells me that I do need tires. He showed me 2 tires that actually had wires coming out of them. He then open the hood and checked my battery right then and there with me watching. Open book! It passed. After a minute of giving my info and him writing up the paperwork he guided me to the waiting area and said he will get back to me in a few minutes. As we both walked out the door A mechanic was already taken the car. Wow! No more than 15 minutes later he comes and tell me they found the coolant leak and he had prices for tires for me. (No way) He took me to the car and said a little show and tell and showed me it was leaking from the bottle that holds the coolant. (All the while Audi could not find a leak) 15 minutes! He stated they will not charge me the diagnostics for that and told me they could have the part in that same day, ohhhh! He gave me the price on the part, oil change and the tires, and wouldnt you believe it, the total price for everything was less than what Audi wanted to charge me for just the tires. I said Yes go for it! He offered me a ride home and told me it would be done by the end of the day. Great! I received a call around 4pm and was told the car was done. When I arrived he went over everything with me on the paperwork, asked if I had any questions and said I will bring the car right up front for you. I paid, went out front and He was there with my car waiting for me. He said have a great day and I will see you your next visit. Amazing Service! As i sat there letting the ac kick in I read my receipt and noticed he had given an additional discount that he didnt even mention. I went back in to make sure it wasnt a mistake and he just tells me it was for the additional purchase of the tires. All around amazed! Thank You Jun you have earned yourself a loyal customer!!!

I think half of the reviews here are written by the owners and staff that work here. Sales is horrible. They could not obtain my tags for a month and I had to drive on expired temporary tags! When I told them about it they did not care. They only care up to selling you the car, after is game over. Service is even worse. I had problems with my transmission on my Ford, and when I took it in (still under warranty) the service supervisor Jun was telling me that I do not know how this cars transmission runs. How it is "different" than any other car out there. I advised him that I drove many different makes and models including fords, and never had my car shift gears at 4-4.5l rpm, shake while going 50+ mpg and other such problems. He just kept on going about how I do not understand a car I was driving for the past 30,000 miles without any issues until now, meanwhile holding a sarcastic smirk on his face the whole time. I got a loaner while they look at my ford, and it was a nice 2015 or 2016 Lincoln MKX, that is until that car started malfunctioning. It was as if the gas was disengaged and I could not drive forward. You had to stop the car and let it sit for 5 minutes and start it back up. This is on a car that had 6,000 miles! This happened to me 3 times in the 3 days I had the car, 2 times one right after the other in traffic on a highway. I could have had an accident!. When I advised them about this they told me to bring the car in, and at this time I asked them about an update regarding my car, they told me that the transmission needed to be rebuilt. I told them that I was not happy that I did not hear any updates in regards to this, but they seems not to care. I would like to also note that they provided me with a lower end base model of a Lincoln MKC with no nav or features that I had in my ford. So I got downgraded because their MKX was having issues. At no point in time did I hear a "sorry" or anything of that sort. Now it has been over a week, and I still did not hear anything regarding my car. When I called in they told me that they can see that parts have been ordered but they are not there yet. HORRIBLE, I will never come back there again, and I urge you to do the same!!!!
