April 14th , 2017 Went to look at a white BMW 530i , now the car most definitely needed a wash it was dirty lights were fogged and filthy . Now if your going to sell a car you usually make it look presentable and appealing , maybe a little tire shine something to make it look eye "catchy " nope nothing not even a little squirt of Windex on a window lol . So I know its a 2007 a 10 year old car but even so if its listed as in excellent condition typically means that the previous "owner" took care of maintenance or I should say OWNERS .Took it for a test drive and it struggled before I even drove it off the lot car sounded like a grizZly bear waking up after hibernation just to push start on the ignition .Now on start up not only that rough start , service engine soon light was on lol no thats not alarming thats a real seller I mean a real sold sign lol. Tire pressure light was on , oil light came up 4 mins down the road . The car had a death rattle , transmission slipped like a lot .So I put it in manual go to m1 and try driving it like stick , it was like driving a go cart with the turtle engaged and this is not fabricated or just bad mouthing Im simply voicing my experience to maybe help the next person because places think others dont look up reviews on Google Maps think companies need to start getting hip and maybe improve their business by reading some and understand why sales are dropping dramatically . Now I said the kbb value was for 5,000 they had it listed for a few dollars under 7,000 I asked why so HIGH , the salesman said nobody uses kbb anymore and thats more for selling on Craigslist lol OK pal .He then goes on to say every dealership uses this naba for values ,Even so that website has it valued at $4,300 for ROUGH because thats what it was ctfu no lie so hey I learned a new car value website but what a bunch of dummies "be a car dealer salesman for dummies " book kind of dummies lol. I swear man non of this is inaccurate or fabricated this is a real experience Anyway the man didnt know anything about the vehicle I hit him with a few questions your typical questions Were their any accidents "dont know "How many owners were their "dont know "How longs it been on the lot "not sure"That right there was a deal breaker and red flag ctfu Now if you know a person is coming knowing we set up a appointment and your going to sell a car 1. Make it presentable "give the dam thing a bath not just for me for eye appeal for passer Byers just to be on the lot in case a person walks in shesh not asking much lol .2. Brush up on your knowledge of the car dont keep saying "I dont know " lol 3. Dont say theres nothing you can do as far as price " you never tell a customer you cant drop the price at all especially when the car is clearly over priced " 3.This is well known for dealers to do they disable the check engine , oil lights , service engine , tire pressure etc and rig it so the sale is final then shoot 1 day 2 days a week hell maybe a month your dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree full of COAL under it lol , so test drive the vehicle for at least 15-20 minutes then a thorough Engine bay inspection for leaks , or spills a lot of cars have drip pans so there for youll look under the car where the engine is and see nothing and if you go Im not getting on the ground Ill just back up , again you wont see anything lol " But back to number 3 the manager says "tell him the sale is final the price is final and theres nothing wrong with the transmission hes the only one who complained about it nobody else has" lol like he was in a office with the door closed like I couldnt hear him whisper to Dave the salesman like he forgot to shut the door bro theres 4 salesman with desk next to each other and a receptionist parked in front of all three yall and yall in one little room ctfu And I ask do you have the other key because people them keyless keys are hell of expensive so make sure you ask for both keys dont think so google it its like 300-400 for a spare key .

Okay. So I purchased my newest vehicle (EX35) from Royal Auto Group. The car is fine and so far Im happy with my purchase and its been a little over a month. First I was told that my car would be fully detailed and filled with gas when I drive it off the lot (the detail didnt happen and I had to tell the seller that the gas tank wasnt full)....Granted he took care of the Fuel (not the detail) but I was ok with that and didnt feel the need to make a hissy fit. A couple weeks later I did have to put it in their shop to get my signals switched and my brakes redid. Overall they are ok people and its a grand car...but heres my problem.... I bought my car on January 3rd 2017. The evening I finalized the purchase I was told there was a second key to the car however the key was still at the maintenance shop. I was given the option to have the extra key to the vehicle mailed to my home. Needless to say it NEVER happened. Ive called and called the dealership almost 10 times getting the same information "Ms. Brown the key is right here and we will mail it out to you. You should have it within the next two days". After several "two days" it has now been almost a month n a half and I still havent gotten my extra key. Last time I called a young man told me I could come and pick it up ! Actually I cant because I reside in Philadelphia and their shop is in NJ. Dont tell me I could come and pick it up when it was an option by YOUR reps to mail it to me. Dont inconvenience a customer that way!!! Pissing me off. Im having a huge issue with their customer service. Mail me my damn key out !!!! Do what you say youre gonna do!!! Today February 16th 2017 and Im still waiting.... Ill be calling them back tomorrow to request my key again or I will be finding a higher chain in command to go to.

I havent even begun with them yet! My son is dealing with them, but it seems that they like to give everyone the runaround. They sold a car with the front passenger window unable to go down, not to mention an airbag issue, a headlight out, both fog lights out, and many more defects that they dont repair nor disclose! The disgusting thing is that the warning lights dont come on until youve made the purchase and its off of their lot....such perfect timing, for them anyway. They really dont want me going there to handle these issues with them because Ill have them shut down at the first word that doesnt satisfy me. Its guys like Bill that give "used car salesmen" a bad name. Heres a newsflash fellas....you are supposed to do right by the customer, who is paying for your services/product as its these people that help pay your salaries, taxes, put food on your tables, etc. I ran a business for 28 years and it was standing room only....youre supposed to go the extra mile for your customers....they keep you working!!! Im just waiting to have my chance to speak to them and its almost a month and they havent ordered the tags yet, so any tickets will be paid by Royal Auto. **they must buy less than desirable cars because either their not educated in their field or theyre just shady and care only about the money. Whichever it is, Im going to give them an education in ETHICS in business and the proper way to treat a customer.
