Buying a new car is never an easy experience until we went to drive time. My family and I went today 8/3/2015 and walked out with a 2010 Chevy Malibu. We walked into the place and was immediately greeted. We sat down with Kendrick Johnson, He asked us a few questions about what kind of car we wanted. He came back after a couple of minutes with four keys. He basically did all the work for us, no need to walk all around the lot just to find a car we liked. We loved all the cars, They drove great but ultimately we had to only pick one. We loved how they didnt rush us with making a decision like most dealerships do. We went back inside and the manager, Julius Jerideau ran all the numbers. He did a great job. Can you believe we only had to put down $400, no dealership does that. It was so easy to get approved. You could go to 15 dealerships waste all your time and still never get approved. We signed a few papers, they congratulated us and off we went. I will tell everyone I know that drive time is the place to go when buying a new car!!!!

My experience with Drivetime was a dream!!! I have been car shopping for about a month and when I was beginning to lose hope I stumbled across these guys. My sales assosiate was Emeka Atuegbu; he was phenomenal from start to finish. Not only did he come and pick me up from my house so I can bring my daughters car seat but he sat with me and explained every detail very thoroughly even well after the dealership was set to close. I cant express how greatful I am for the tremendous customer service and the willingness to understand my situation and make sure to get me driving again. I strongly reccomend coming here to see Emeka before any neighborhood dealerships give you the run around. He was truly the best customer service person I have ever dealt with and I work in customer service! Thank you for taking the time to listen to my situation and doing your best at finding the right car for me. I couldnt be happier!

It saddens me to make this review but i must address the issues with this sale. The KBB Value of my vehicle was between $9,000 - $10,000. This dealership had the car $4,785 above the value of the vehicle. When i called and spoke to a manager, i was told that this was because the car had to go through a check list vehicle inspection, was detailed, and had sales tax included. Ok, THIS WAS A LIE. I must admit i had new car fever but it shortly worn off once I drove off the lot. The vehicle came out to $20,000 (due to taxes, warranty, gap insurance), vehicle was full of dust and stains, had a broken wheel barring, needed a wheel alignment, engine light came on and oil has not been changed. I applaud them for doing whatever it takes to get me off the lot but they were not truthful about the measures they took for the vehicle to be safe and maintained! The employees were nice and attentive though.

Excellent!!!!! Curtis Wiggins and Vincent Mazanti ROCK!!! They are awesome and treat you like family, They are not vultures out for the kill, they genuinely care . They got me in a LEXUS 350 and I love it.. I have been back twice and I am greeted with hugs and smile just like family. Most dealers when they take your money and seal the deal, they act like they dont know you. Not these two, they are AWESOME!!! I cant stop raving about them nor my Lexus 350 lol, love them and the car!! If anyone needs a dependable, reliable and used vehicle, please go see Curtis Wiggins and Vincent Mazanti. Those two treat you right, they are humble, down to earth, genuine and ladies they are very "easy on the eyes" just saying lol. Anyone need a dependable and reliable vehicle go to Drivetime and ask for Curtis Wiggins and Vincent, they will take good care of you.

I loved this place because they were just absolutely AMAZING. They work with you and make you feel very comfortable. For my first time purchasing a car, it was an amazing experience, I felt like they made it go smooth and easy as possible for me. I didnt have no worries, no complaints, no issues, everything went perfect and Im so happy I chose drive time to purchase my first car. Charles and Curtis were the ones who helped me through it all, and I couldnt appreciate it more. If it wasnt for them, I wouldnt be in the car that I always wished to have. I would recommend drive time to anyone who needs a car or a first time buyer as well. thanks so much for this experience ❤️

Ive been to so many car dealerships where they didnt care for my business or what I wanted and wanted to put me in what they wanted to sale. Drivetime with sales rep daryll Lloyd was wonderful! He tried everything to get me in the car I was looking for and to work with my budget. He called me to check on me which showed he wanted to do business with me, that he wanted me as a customer, he made me feel so comfortable and not pressured at all! He was a very patient person with me because it was so much to choose from and He took his time to make sure I was happy! Thanks again Daryll! Great experience!!!!

Absolutely wonderful. Yes it was that easy. Go see Joshua, the staff VERY helpful, and accommodating. I felt no stress, this was by far the most pleasant experience in car buying I have ever had, and by myself. It started from online, followed by a phone call from a staff member, I was in the next day and drove off few hours later. Thank you Joshua, vincent and Emaka and Julius not to forget the very pleasant young lady that called me after my online inquiry. Will Definitely recommend anyone who dont need the hassle and lies of car buying. Theyve made my life so much easier.

I recently went to drive time & the overall experience was quick compared to most dealerships but my salesperson complained of being tired as if he didnt want to be bothered & then him and his supervisor were giving me different information on what vehicles I could have & what my trade in was worth ..& when he took me outside to look at the vehicles (I told him I needed 3rows) he continued to show me all cars..then went on to tell me that they didnt have any 3row vehicles left & that the vehicles would be in -in two days but he never called back that was a week ago

My engine went on my car and I had nothing. I called Drivetime and spoke to Emeka Atuegbu and he explained everything and had me thinking this is to good to be true. I went into the dealership and spoke with Mr. Atuegbu. He was a very great salesman. His customer service skills were excellent. He explained everything well and he didnt make me feel like I was being taken advantage of due to me need a car very bad. He made everything work out for me and my situation and l left with a new Dodge Caravan that days ago I would have never imagine having.

Me and my boyfriend came into drive time used cars not knowing what to expect. We were pleasantly greeted and sent to sales advisor Curtis wiggins who gave us exceptional customer service! Curtis was attentive to our needs and determined to find us a vehicle to fit our income and everyday needs. Thanks to Curtis and his very skilled team we drove of the lot in an "09" impala.
