I purchased the car in 2014. They did help me secure fianancing and insurance which I was impressed with. If you buy a car from first class auto, BUY the warranty! I wish i kept up with the payments on the warranty plan. As soon as i drove it off the lot the transmission acted up. Had to use the warranty to get a new transmission. Okay. The car needed inspection so they sent me to their inspection station since they were paying for it. The support bar for the headlights was broke so they had to ziptie one headlight in. When the inspection station they sent me to put the bulb in, it caught my headlight on fire. I had to replace the support bar for the headlights. Since then, its needed a whole new suspension. Front and rear struts, front new tie rods, ball joints locked up on me. They told me they would recharge the AC but that stopped working and the heat is broke. I spent $850 to replace a freeze out plug and some gasket on the block of the engine. The car was overheating while it had no heat. Fixed this but due to the phorophous buildup i was told it was gonna need a new heator core and possibly radiator. Dont know whats even wrong with the AC. The drivers window never rolled up properly. It always falls off the track and I had to spend $200 to fix that. My charger port was broke when I got the car. Also the fuel filter and fuel pump have to be replaced. With an solvent injection, Im looking at $865. The car is an 2004 and they charged $7k. I have put out more than that in repairs in the last 2yrs I have had it. I have spent $3700 in the last 5 months alone on repairs. Then the ususal maintaince repairs, oil changes, brakes, tires, I replaced 3 stock rims that bent on me from the bad PA potholes and having no suspension. Now I understand used cars will have issues and problems. However, do NOT expect them to be forthcoming about the cars problems. Little things like the car charger port not working is one thing but now I see why they only test drive around the mall parking lot. I dont see how they didnt know the car needed a transmission. Yet they still charged 2thousand over blue book value. I tried to trade it in but everyone says they will just junk it. It has no resale value. I should trade it in their. Its in way better condition then they sold it to me in so they probably would take it. My advice: take the cars to be looked at by your mechanic and also buy the warranty so when something does break, and it will, your covered.

The salesman was pushy and uneducated about cars i wanted the truck so i dealt with it. i get the truck home take it to my mechanic and he tells me basically the entire front suspension needs replacing. i call the dealer they tell me it passed pa inspection so my mechanic is wrong. but they do their pa inspection at the dealer which seems fishy of course its going to pass if you do it and want to sell it. less then a year after buying two brake calipers seize one in the rear one in the front so i need brand new everything all the way around after the way i got treated the last time i called the dealer back i decided to not even bother. now its been two years since i bought the truck and i need to junk it because the under body is rusting so bad that my transmission lines are about to blow out my radiator is about to fall out and my frame is going to. how could it have passed inspection less then two years ago like that? oh also less then a year after buying the truck both front wheel bearings went and recently both front hubs. my suggestion dont buy anything from this place they give you half ass looked at vehicles that are far over priced and want nothing to do with you once your off the lot. also they gave me the truck un cleaned and said i could come back to have it detailed anytime. turns out any time is really never every time i called their detailer wasnt in.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! RIP OFF AND ALMOST HAD ME KILLED! So I bought a jeep wrangler from this place for 3,500. Seemed pretty good deal since the car had 200,000 miles but the body looked great and came with nice american racing rims. After buying the car i brought it home and took it to a stereo place to get a new stereo installed and after it was done one of the workers from the stereo place left my jeep in 1st gear. I knew it wouldnt turn on w/o the clutch being pushed down but the safety feature that prevents the jeep from turning on unless in neutral was messed with. Therefore the jeep took off and hit a wall. I brought it to a nearby mechanic and he told me that the jeep had a totally rotted through frame and he was surprise that it didnt rip in half. I am 18 years old and without that jeep hitting the wall we would of never found out about the rotted frame and i could of easiily gotten really hurt if I hit another car. My mechanic was flabbergasted at the fact that this jeep went through inspection. He tracked down the inspector too and the inspector was long gone out of business (who would of guessed). We called 1st class auto and they refused to do anything about it and ignored our calls. Do NOT buy from here the salesmen will do anything for money and rip you off not even caring about threatening lives of people with unsafe cars.

The man was really nice and super friendly. Thats it. I was sold a car that was worth 900-1,000 retailed for 4,000. Having it being a first car I didnt really look into many cars..i was too excited. big mistake. Everyone says hondas will last forever, and are realllly good cars. maybe i got a dud? it can barely make it up a tiny hill, it accelerates violently, it revs like its having a seizure, it makes high pitched eerie noises when i drive it AND WHEN ITS OFF. it had to be fixed like 4-5x in one month. and right when i got it back it broke again or had an alert check engine the next day. I dont travel so its not like i overuse this car. this car scares me and idk why it was sellable when its very unstable. now i just pray i can trade it and get rid of it for SOME money and hopefully get a new car.....i dont understand:( people have the same car with 250,000+ miles and say it runs great... ****** Its probably sadly the .1% of cars that break down coincidentally. Within a few months of buying the car I needed a new battery, starter, alternator, time belt, etc. They also think the cylinder is cracked and all my car coolant is getting sucked into it. I honestly would probably buy a car from here again...I just need to save more money up..

My husband and I have been been going to different Car Dealers for the past week looking for the perfect car for me thats within my budget and requirements our Banker recommended 1st Class and so we went. Tom Z was our salesperson, my husband gave him my long list of requirements and Tom was able to give me at least 6 options to choose from and he was very good at sticking to the list, and whats great about it is was their competitive pricing and how well maintained their cars are. After going around the lot and showing me the cars, he asked me to choose my 2 favorites and to test drive them. I finally decided on Saturn Vue V6 2007. We went in the office to take care of paperwork, There was a bit of a problem on my status on getting a loan, but Tom did not give up on finding a way to get what I needed. I was also impressed at how the owner Bob, went out to greet us and had a good laugh with my Husband, Ms Daryl was also a sweetheart making sure our paperwork was correctly filled. overall both my husband and I had a great customer experience with 1st Class Auto! Would definitely recommend them!
