I truly cant even imagine buying a car from anyone but Nick P at Carsense after my fantastic experience with him! While my short story below includes a bit of a bump in the road - sometimes it is not until you deal with a company in the face of some adversity that you realize just what great people, policies, guaranties, and support a company encompasses. I highly recommend buying from Nick at Carsense - ask for him by name! So here is why... Went to a ton of dealers searching for a very very very specific car before talking to Nick P at Carsense - spoke to him at 10am and by 3pm he had driven 2hrs from the Carsense lot to my house to show me the car. It was a beauty (and Nick saved me 4 hours of driving on a beautiful summer day)! Couple days later I drove down to see Nick at Carsense - he addressed every concern I had about the car PERSONALLY and after the fastest, most free flowing, easy going car purchase process I have every experienced, I was off with my new car. Nick even secured financing for me that was significantly lower than what I was able to secure .... after doing a lot of searching. Car buying at its best! With the lower finance rate and getting MORE money for my trade than what they estimated over the phone (with pictures / vin etc...) my final monthly payment was less than I went in ready to spend. Who ever heard of that? Pay less than expected? No hidden costs!!! I drive 2 hrs home with my car... thrilled! The next day, unfortunately, I had a pretty significant mechanical issue with the car. Although I was obviously upset - I did have the Carsense 5 day money-back promise so I had some piece of mind - BUT EVEN MORE IMPORTANT, Nick, George, and even the general manager of Carsense (Adam) all stayed in touch with me while the car was at a local Chrysler dealer getting the repair (under warranty). It was obvious they were very concerned and really cared! They answered their cell phones each and every time I called!!! They agreed to every concession (and restitution) I requested. I am writing this review a few weeks after my purchase - car is now perfect - the process was perfect - and probably most importantly, the support and back-me-up attitude I encountered when there was an issue with the car was too... perfect! In the end - Nick "made good" on all the Carsense promises you can find on their webage... All of my cars will come from Nick moving forward! Everything to gain and as my experience proves - nothing to lose. Thanks guys!

My husband and I just bought a 2011 Honda CR-V from Carsense. We had done our research and knew the car we wanted (we own a 2000 CR-V that still runs amazingly well), so we found two cars that we wanted to see: the first at a local Honda dealer and the second at Carsense. Our first appointment was awful. The salesmen walked away from me while I was asking a question, and they didnt even remember our setting up an appointment with them. I didnt appreciate that they kept addressing my husband first without proper manners towards me, and the kept beating around the bush when I tried to pin them to a trade in price. When we first arrived at Carsense, we asked for Joey (with whom we had an appointment), and he immediately extended his hand first to me and then to my husband. He even said hello to our 2 month old daughter. From start to finish, Joey was professional and polite as were the other agents (who made sure to make a big fuss over our little girl and to offer any help should Joey be unavailable). We felt right at ease and were not pressured to purchase a car or even to purchase any extended warranties, although all options were presented to us. When we had some trouble with getting an electronic payment through our credit union, Joey immediately got us an incredible rate through his local financing option. Carsense also gave us a fair offer for our trade-in vehicle and made the entire process painfree and simple! The last time I purchased a used car, the minute I drove it off the lot, I had trouble with the fuse for the clock. The dealer wouldnt even look at it. We are incredibly grateful for the peace of mind afforded by the 6 month/6,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty that Carsense offers. We were told to have our mechanic take a look and if there was anything needing to be repaired to call Carsense and let them know. Our mechanic told us we made a good buy! Afterwards, my husband called the Honda dealer and told them they lost a sale over the way they treated his wife. Im quite confident that next time we need a car, well head right back over to Carsense. Of course, our Honda just may last forever....

I brought my first car here, and it was a amazing experience. First the hours are great since I work full time its hard to get to most places during normal business hours so the extended hours that Car Sense offered are really convenient. I saw a car on their website and had a few questions about it. I emailed them and somebody got back to me with 12 hours. We scheduled a test drive for that evening. When we went the dealership was clean, well light, and the staff were friendly. George my salesman was really considerate. It was cold that night so he had the car brought inside, so we could take a look at it under the lights, and in the warmth. He was honest in acknowledging some of the minor cosmetic flaws the car had. He assured me they would be fixed before it would be sold. When we test drove the car, he was honest in telling that he couldnt answer all my questions about the car because it was a hybrid, but he said he would do some research and get back to me ASAP with the answers, and he did. It took a few days to get the car ready to sell, but George called everyday just to give me an update on the status, and to answer any questions I had. When we went to sign the paperwork George was very patient, and throughly explained everything. This was my first car purchase so I was very new to the whole process. I really like that Car Sense works with so many lenders to get me the best rate. I did my homework and went to my credit union, and banks to shop around for the best loan, but Car Sense had the best deal. Even after they sold me the car they kept in contact to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I really love how Car Sense is willing to stand behind their cars with the lifetime engine guarantee, 5 day return policy, and 6 month bumper-to-bumper warranty. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for to buy a car!

Not Terrible. They are fair on trade ins in terms of what they give. That is where the good experience kind of stops for me. Be aware, Budget cars, You have to buy a warranty at the table as the deal is closing, about $1900 for the 08 Accord I bought from them last year. I was told by the Sales Manager that I couldnt buy the warranty after the fact. I was never told this while making the deal. I told the sales guy that the car needed a front tag bracket because Jersey requires a front license plate, the car was transferred from Their PA store. I was told they would put one on. Never got it. The Sales Manager- whos family Ive know for sum 20 years said he would get me one. I got tired of waiting and went to Honda and got one myself. Less than a week after buying the car, the drivers door lock actuator stuck in the locked position with the door open. I had to drive the car home - 5 miles holding the drivers door closed to unstick the actuator. I managed to make it to work 3 minutes later and I would have been late. I dropped it off at carsense after work. The service department replaced both door lock actuators. I made my salesman aware of what happened and reminded him that I was a repeat customer(Purchased a Chrysler 300c in 2014) and Sales didnt offer a dime of assistance for the $400+ repair bill. Come on, I know it was a budget car, but Ive purchased other cars as is from other places and at least got a 30 day warranty. I would have been Happy if they had met me in the middle since I was a repeat customer and both my deals were cash deals. This was just my experience. Maybe yours will be better. Give them a try. Your car needs may be different then mine. But if you must buy a budget car, buy the warranty on the spot at the table. If your car was a transfer from their PA store and doesnt have a front tag bracket, do not leave the lot with out it.
