Yo he pagado un plan medico para mi perro de $51.00al mes y resulta q solo cubre vacunas y segun examenes de sangre ,eces y limpieza de dientes y mi perrito recibió servicio de limpieza de dientes el doctor dijo q le tenian q sacar 1 diente y una muela y me cobraba $500 y no lo hice xq no tenia ese dinero y despues de dos semanas se le comenzaron a caer sus dientes ya 4 dientes ha perdido..creo q algo mal hicieron xq no es normal q bote sus dientes asi.. No mas petsmart

Called in for some Anacharis for a school project. The lady who answered the phone was very rude (Karen I believe). I said how its been hard finding it and she said in a smug way thats because people buy it to feed their turtles not for school projects. Before I can say anything else she says well hopefully we still have some when you get here because the reptile people are here so if you want it you better hurry up because it might be gone. At this point I say well if you have it Ill get it if not Ill just get it from somewhere else. No wonder Yelp has a barely 3 star rating for this place!! Rude employees! Thats okay I called another store that was happy to help and Ill be going there!

Historically, weve had a 50/50 chance of having a decent/good experience at this particular location. We just went in today to have our dogs nails trimmed and the groomer not only nipped his quick, but she cut through the center of his quick. Needless to say, he bled everywhere and was very scared while leashed up on their table. We originally had asked to have his nails dremeled, to which she didnt listen. Instead, she went ahead and clipped them, made him bleed, and now were dealing with a sore, limping dog. Still charged us full price though... Well be making the extra trip back to the howell mill location, where theyve always treated our dogs well, and never injured them.

Horrible grooming here . Take your dog to a real groomers and not to these guys. We got a full refund which was warrant after they jacked my dog all up uneven cut and they did not even give her a bath! So lesson learned that these guys dont have a clue what their doing. I arrived 15 minutes early for a appointment but yet a walk in was taken in before me after a already checked in also the staff is rude and you fell as your a inconveniencing them just by being there. If I wanted a dirty dog I would of just paid a 10yr old to do the job. Probably would of been better. The store itself is great and friendly staff but the grooming department should just be closed!

The retail portion of the store is pretty standard. The employees are friendly and helpful. Their reptile care is atrocious. This is the second visit (of 2) in 6 months that theyve had a Ball Python in shed that is unable to shed due to inadequate care, specifically humidity. Its probably lack of knowledge, not lack of care, but they need someone that knows reptiles if theyre going to house them for sale. All it takes is spraying the enclosure with distilled water a couple times a day. Other than the care of their reptiles, specifically the Ball Pythons, I like this place.

The store is well laid out, clean and well stocked. The front cashiers however were too busy socializing with friends and showed little interest in assisting me or greeting me while attempting to purchase my items. I was however offered help by employees working in the doggy training area.

Good prices and customer service. Management is very friendly and accommodating! If there are any issues they strive to rectify them to your satisfaction! No matter if I walk my dogs JUST before we walk in... WithOUT fail... they pee IN the store EVERY time!

My dog has not been the same since he was groomed here earlier this year. He wont even let us brush him which was never a problem before. Im not sure what was done but he developed extreme anxiety after this experience.

Rude customer service and slow checkout. They wouldnt accept my coupons and wouldnt tell me why. I complained to corporate who said that stores dont have to honor coupons. I now do my shopping online or at Petco.

I went over Thursday to buy a pet hamster. I ended up going home with two :) The employees are nice. I noticed that practically everything in the store was dusty though. They seriously could clean the place up.

Ive been going to this store for seven years and love it the groomers are very nice and theyre very good with your animals i recommend you bring your babies to this petsmart and their prices are great
