Their knowledge on their pets are ridiculously limited. All they seem to know how to do is check out at the counter. They dont know gender their pets are, how its properly taken care of, etc. I was once told not to clean a Bettas tank for 6-8 weeks. When in actuality, the ammonia levels from their waste and food will make it difficult for them to breathe. As well as the unclean water will cause fin rotting. Water should be filtered at least once a week to keep a Betta happy.

I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. There are quite a few dog people there and we spent a few minutes chatting about best toys for strong chewers and how to keep my dog from chewing things that are not hers. Extremely friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Love working here. Animals are well-cared for, (despite the people that come towards the end of the night before the cages are cleaned and say its filthy,) theyre happy and in good health. Great managent, meh pay, but I like it here a lot. Very informative.
