Called over 2 weeks ago inquiring about the Jasper store bringing in a 1500 or 2000 gallon above ground water storage tank for my farm (black in color). After a couple of days and no response whatsoever I called store manager, Cassie (who has always been great). She told me she was leaving TSC but that she had called home office and spoken to their buyer about my request and was awaiting a response. After 3 more days I spoke to another store employee who said he was on the case now that Cassie has gone and he would call me back. After 4 more days I called for the new store mgr, Eddie, and was told he was too busy to talk but that he was waiting for an answer from Hqts for my request. Stopped by today at 4pm but Eddie had left for the day and the other staff member I had spoken with also not around. I give up...Ive been buying from this store since it opened a few years ago and have lived through several managers generally with pleasant outcomes......TSC seems to be slipping now.....such a shame.

Absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable service!!! I was fortunate to meet Peter, an associate of Tractor Supply. He even carried my purchase to the car for me. Love it when I walk in a store and any employee knows exactly what I need!!

I love my new 5x8 mesh trailer that I purchased today. Peter made this purchase a breeze & helped so much because I needed a 1 3/4" ball & not the 2" that I had from a larger trailer long ago. Great product at a great place!
