Theyre acceptable groomers when your dog is very calm, however, if you have a dog that needs a bit of patience and extra love, they are awful. They are too aggressive and rough. My dog is super sweet and never bites or barks, but she doesnt like her ears or nails clipped, so she wiggles. They dislocated her shoulder when all they needed to do was be patient and pet her in between doing each paw. Its really difficult to know that your dog is being passed through an assembly line without the person caring enough to pet it and give her a moment before moving on to the next paw. I also pay for the extra attention and service with the option for 15 minutes of "extra brushing". This is a joke. They are nice enough to the pet owners, but not at all to the pets they groom.

SPARKLEZ 101

I love petsmart. I got three Chinese Dwarf hamsters at petsmart in April, 2015 and two of them had brutally killed each other in a bloody matter in about July 2015. My other hamster however, Is very Healthy and happy. In one point of time, she had stopped eating her food from petco. But we went to petsmart, and got her some treats, toys, chewing blocks, and of course the new "tropical festival fiesta feast for hamsters and gerbils". Petsmart has answered all of our concerns and solved all of our problems. Petsmart is an amazing place. My best friend got two kittens there and she told me that petsmart was an amazing help. Thank you EVERYONE who is/was a part of this amazing company known as, Petsmart. :)

No help to be found wile we waited 20 minutes to get some idems we needed help with. We ask an employee for help that was off the clock she ask two other employees at the checkout. After waiting another 20 minutes, we walked to the checkout with no one in line and ask for help or any other employees could help us only to me laughed at the young man was very rude. No customer service at all. After saying we were going to leave the girl at the checkout came out asking us if she could help us. No thanks we just took our business elsewhere.

We went in at 8:15 p.m. to purchase some fish & some reptiles and no one would help us . One of the employees walked past us so asked for help . She was clocked out . She went up front and asked the two employees at the registers to help us & they said somebody would be with us in a few minutes . We waited 20 minutes and no one showed up . I walked to the register to ask for help and the two employees just laughed at us . We left . Wont go back there . They werent even busy . No one in line .

Be careful at the grooming salon. My dog received a severe cut on his tongue from grooming that required immediate veterinary care requiring anesthesia to stop the bleeding. It was a very deep cut. I had to actually ask for a "refund" for the grooming charges. Assistant store manager not very caring and I am still waiting on a call from the store manager. However, Banfield Pet Hospital was exceptional in quality of care. I recommend Banfield but not the grooming salon.

Completely disagree with Courtney. This location has been nothing but exceptional with my Dane in training and grooming. after a bad experience elsewhere, she was a 100 lb squirrel but they handled it incredibly well to the point she was calmed by the end and they did it with nothing but a smile. The only place Ill go in milford

Bought a tank on black Friday had to go back to pick it up another day thern my dad got sick and passed so I couldnt get back immediately to pick it up but when I did they said they didnt know what I was talking about and didnt have my tank for pick up, they never took care of it and I never got my tank

The staff at the Milford PetsMart are great. When they noticed that my dog, Leo wasnt quite himself last week at doggie daycamp, they called to let me know, and then helped me get him in to to see the vet at the Bansfield Clinic on the same day. Awesome service. Thank you! :)

We love Petsmart. While traveling, I checked my pet in for day camp and was only charged 1/2 price as this was our first visit to this petsmart. I received excellent service and my puppy was so happy and tired when I picked him up.
