This store is very untrustworthy. I had a lot of life changes that made my fiance and me to decide to get rid of a ferret we just bought from a friend. I worked 12 hours a day and had a baby on the way. I called the store and asked them if they co-sell animals and they informed me they did. I sent my fiance up there shortly after I talked to them on the phone for him to get more information. He spoke with a lady and stated he can fill out and sign the paperwork when he brings the ferret up to the store. When he did that (including the $150 cage and all of her belongings), he stated there was not much paperwork to sign and that everything was set. A few weeks past and I had not heard anything so I told my fiance to go up there and see if they had sold the ferret. They had and upon asking where our percentage is, they informed us that we will not get anything. So now I am in a situation where I am out hundreds of dollars for putting my trust in a hole in the wall store. I have never been lied to and cheated the way this store has cheated me. The only way it seems I am going to get any justice is taking them to small claims court.

I really love this place. Every time i come in the employees are always super knowledgeable about the animals they care for. I have been considering switching to a saltwater tank and the girl inside was super helpful explaining the process to me. Their bunnies and hamsters are always fat and healthy in appearance, the few rescued animals they have are treated like little family members. Even their feeder mice and rats are fat and happy. I really do enjoy this place and plan to continue purchasing my bunny food from them as they carry quality pet food and not that cheep KayTee Brand garbage that places like PetCo push on people. That stuff makes animals sick. I love Fish bowl because they are animal caretakers wanting to help people add a new member to their family. Places like PetCo are nothing but salesmen with no care or love for the animals they sell. Its just a job to them.

My family has purchased many different kinds of pets from Fish Bowl and we have always been greeted by helpful, knowledgeable employees who are eager and willing to assist. All of the pets we have purchased have been healthy and well kept. Our questions have been met with clear and concise answers. The new fish tanks are great additions to the atmosphere of the store. We have purchased pets from other well known national stores (from fish to Guinea pigs) and they have never lasted more than a week, some even came down with wet tail within hours of bringing them home! We have learned from these experiences and now we only purchase our pets from Fish Bowl. In my opinion, it is refreshing to come across a business that is willing to go the extra mile for their customers and offer excellent service.

My experience was a joke, found the store online, looked great on the Internet but was terrible in person. I made the trip from fayetteville to stock a 125 gal tank with malawai cichlids and to place a order to stock my new 240gal tank as well. The fish in the store were basically knocking oh heavens door, Ive never seen such neglected tanks and suffering livestock in one place. The girl working there was rude and would not move off her ass to try and help customers. That being said I took my businesses 20 miles away, purchased $450 worth of stock, ordered another $1200 of stock for my other tank.

I have just changed my tank from a fresh water to a salt water tank as of March 16,2016. I had an appointment for Saturday March 20th but I was so excited that I could not wait so they was able to change the appointment at the last minute. I thanked them so much. The gentleman came out was very nice and helped me with everything. He explained everything. Going to send hubby and kids to go get some fish today. Thank you Fish Bowl all of you are such a great help. Loving people. Great customer service skills.

The one time I visited this store it was FILTHY! There was a dead fish in a net that had dryed and stuck on one of the tanks. There was no one behind the counter or in the store for a good 5 minutes after my daughter and I entered. The fish tanks were also disgusting. I would most definitely not buy fish from there. The birds and one dog looked healthy. But the puppy was kept in a very tiny cage, which was also filthy.

This pet shop has nice customer service, and helped us order pinhead crickets and newts, and had a discontinued bedding for reptiles and amphibians. The downside is that they mix species in their tanks, and all but two fire-bellied toads were dead, the pac-man frog enclosure was bone dry with no water in the water dish, and had a calcium deficient veiled chameleon for 100 dollars.

Great staff...I stop by every week or so to see the different fish that came in..every week theres something different ! Its nice to have found a place so close to home , and avoid the hassales of ordering online ...the only , Im not going to say complaint, the only 1 thing I would change is for the store to be open on Sunday(cause I want to go now lol)

I went in this store today to purchase some fish........These ppl was to busy texting on his phone. He made no attempt to sell me anything when i asked him if they could order me some fish. He replied yes but he didnt bother to ask me if he could assist me with anything. He was to busy texting. So i left and will never return

They had dead Fish in many of there aquariums. Tanks we not very well maintained and had cyanobacteria in MANY of their saltwater tanks which could spread to your own reef tanks... Skinny and unhealthy fish... One of the worst fish stores Ive ever been too...

I absolutely love the people who work here. They are always friendly and willing to help you. I felt I had all my questioned answered, as well as all my concerns were put at ease. It was well stocked with a wide variety of interesting and unique animals.

disgusting. entire store smelled so bad I could barely stand it, all their fish tanks were dirty and many of their fish and reptiles looked sick. literally ALL of their bettas were dead. no employees seemed to care about any of this.

The conditions were absolutely appalling. The entire place was filthy. I do not know how they have not been shut down yet. I feel so sorry for those animals, they should not have to live in those terrible conditions.

I recently purchased a young ball python from this store and I found all the necessities for her. I had excellent customer service and would recommend this store to anyone who has a reptile/amphibian as a pet.

I have been going to this store for years, and most of the time they have great prices and selections. All of thier pets live a lot longer the the ones from petsmart. Over all its a great store.
