I recently had to file bankruptcy and needed a vehicle for work. I went on the internet to search for used/pre owned vehicles and came across East West Lincoln dealership. I viewed the online stock of vehicles and contacted the dealership to come see a few cars in person. I was pleasantly greeted by Mr Chevist Mitchell and I felt he was professional and eager to help me. He asked me what were MY needs and what type of vehicle, monthly payment and size vehicle I was looking for. Its not often I even hear someone asking me what do I want vs "these are your only options". Even tho I had challenges with coming up with a down payment and getting a loan after bankruptcy, none of these were a challenge for Mr Mitchell! Not only was he able to get me approved quickly, but he was able to get me an extended 2yr service warranty!! The warranty that came with my vehicle had run out. Im extremely happy I decided to go to East West Lincoln. They truly are all about customer service with a smile and they go above and beyond in the sales and service department. I will be recommending them to my friends and family!

East West is a really pleasant dealership to visit. I actually came here to visit Prestige Automotive, which is close by and figured that I would pop my head in and check out the showroom. I was more interested in their used cars, but figured it wouldnt hurt to see what they have on the showroom floor. I was immediately greeted as I walked in and was even offered popcorn, haha. After talking to the guys in the showroom, they thought that I might like the Lincoln MKZ. I wasnt familiar with the car at all prior to visiting the dealership, but boy am I glad that Ive driven one now. The car is an absolute ROCKET! Everyone was very helpful and didnt seem like they were hard-selling or trying to push me into a vehicle at all. Definitely recommended.

I had a great car buying experience. I bought a used toyota and after struggling using another company I saw this company had the same exact car I wanted. After speaking with Emad on the phone they took it off the lot for me, honored the online price and were ready for my purchase when I walked in on Monday morning. Donald was the representative that helped me with the purchase and he was incredibly nice and helpful. He made sure my car was fully gased and clean. The tire pressure light was on when they first pulled it up, but he had them take it back and check so the light went off. It was great experience.

I made my appointment online, which is super convenient. I needed my oil changed and two new tires because I had a nail in one of my tires. Mr. Wayne picked up my car at my work and dropped off a car for me to drive. He was super nice, as he always is. My car was not done until the next day, so I kept the Navigator overnight. It was a nice ride! I was off the next day but the service department called to arrange my car be brought back to my work and they had my car there exactly when they said they would. Overall, I feel I had outstanding service.

We have dealt with this dealership for over 15 years. Our salesman, Gil Caldwell has always provided excellent service. Weve never experienced any pressure in making purchase decisions. Bringing the car to us to see the ease of my disabled husband getting in and out of the car was exceptional. Its the personable service that keeps us continuing our relationship with this dealership. The service department and reps like Mike Turner gets us in and out quickly. Simply outstanding service. Highly recommended dealership.

Quite happy with the service I receive at East West. One of the best Service Departments I have ever visited. Been frequenting here for over two years now and wouldnt think of going to another. My Service Adviser, Luke is very professional and friendly when he greets me and/or my wife when ever we come in or call for service. I love the dependability quotient that they possess. The loaner car service is A+ plus with me. The entire staff was kind and friendly . They showed me a Certified MKX on my first visit. I knew it was a great car at a great price. So I spent the next week online trying to find one better. Looked online from Miami to Milwaukee . Needed less to say I went back and bought the one they had. Met the entire staff. They treated me like family. No , games . just easy to work with. Love my new ride!

She has always worked tirelessly to arrange my reservation vehicle, even though their stocks was limited and JW who is always punctual and on time with delivering my reservation vehicle. I dont like to cause problems (the customer service was outstanding) I drop my 2011 Ford Explorer off on Monday July 25 2011 for a belt replacement and a refrigerant leak . I pick it on Thursday July 28 2011 (whick was my Birthday) and return it on monday August 1 2011. Im not complanining, I just want it fixed.
