I have to say that I am a little sadden that I have to write this review. I went to Enterprise Car Sales New Carrollton on April 19, 2016 and purchased a car using financing through NFCU. I actually received excellent customer service, particularly from the sales girl Mia. Something that is unique and cool is that ECS has this policy where you can return the car in 7 days without hassle and receive a refund. I returned the car on April 22, 2016 because I found a car that was more advanced and less expensive at a Nissan dealership. Although, I was returning this car, I was surely going to recommend the business to people I encountered. After I returned the car and paid the $200 fee, the manager told me that they had already cashed the check but assured me that they would contact my bank to refund them the money. Fast forward to exactly two weeks later, May 6, 2016, and the loan is showing up on my NFCU account NFCU said ECS have not contacted them since they cashed that check. I called ECS New Carrollton today at 2:55pm EST and I was told that the manager would call me back when he got a moment and I politely told them that I would call back at 4:00pm to follow up. I got the same response but from a different salesperson. Fast forward to 7:38pm EST, 22 minutes before closing, the manager, Sheldon, picks up. The manager tells me that he was sending an email to the Accounting department but he believes they may be closed. Well if that is not convenient. I called twice during a time period that I am sure the accounting department should have been open. The manager(s) knew that I called and why I called because when I called back, the second salesperson knew who I was and why I was calling but gave me the same "hell call you back when he gets a moment." I expressed my displeasure and he gave me some unacceptable excuse of "I had 30 people on the floor that had to be taken care of and there are only two managers here." Managers are supposed to be handling the unique and dire situations. I have a hard time believing that there were 30 customers on the floor, let alone 30 customers with situations that were as dire as mine that could not be addressed by the salespeople on the floor. If the manager(s) knew that the accounting department closes at a specific time and my issue would require their consult, they should have made addressing my situation a priority. The management team made a bad judgement call on this one. I dont want this to seem like I am not squawking over $50 to $200.00 either, this is over $14,000 that we are talking about. ECS New Carrollton has some explaining to do and I have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to get some kind of response. Hopefully this will get addressed soon.

If you are in the used car market, Enterprise Car Sales of Lanham, Md. is the place to purchase your next vehicle. As an exerienced car buyer and someone who has worked in the industry, from inception to completion, my experience was without parallel. Eldren, Sheldon and Stehenie, respectively provided a high level of service and efficiency that far surpassed my last purchase at a BMW dealer. I returned the first vehicle I purchased after a couple of days without any questions asked and purchased a vehicle with a more suitable color. In addition, they replaced the entire audii and heating/ac unit because of minor cosmetic damage (who does that) most dealerships would have tried to remove the scratches considering it was a used vehcle. The implicit warranty included with the vehicle is impressive as well as the extended warranty which was priced much cheaper than other dealers (approx. 45% cheaper). The financing and salesmanship was superlative and the general manager, Stephanie made sure that all my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Based on the service I received, you would have thought I was purchasing a $80,000 vehicle not a $13,000 Nissan Altima. Finally, an enjoyable car purchase that meets and exceeds even that of high line dealerships.

There is only so much I can say without sounding like a paid advertiser. For starters, this is my second vehicle purchased from Lacy Nichols with Enterprise. I found Lacy to be not only upfront with me from the beginning but downright straight foreword in every aspect. His complete honesty allows me to be relaxed and comfortable. I feel far more able to focus on a certain vehicle in question. In my 49 years of buying cars, never have I been met with such a non-pressure experience. Even after each sale the transition continued to be flawless and straight forward. As long as Enterprise continues to pamper me as they have, I cannot imagine the thought of ever going anywhere else when the need arises. Lacy, You got me for life brother because of who you are., Ron C.

The great service started when the prince frederick enterptise location sent dwayne parker to pick me up all the way in hughesville. The manager trainee (kevin, I think?) at the Prince frederick rental location suggested I contact the car sales division when i told him I was renting a car because my old one died. I called, and Jennifer helped me. I told her what I wanted and needed as a visiting nurse, that i dont like to shop, and that my credit might not be too good. She had me fill out a credit application online which took maybe 5 minutes. I was approved and I drove to lanham and bought my 2015 Hyundai Accent, which I love. The whole car buying process took less than 2 hours. Thank you! Now I can safely visit my patients in style!

This place is horrible I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy a car from here they give you a 7 day warranty where the car would seem fine and right after that 7 days things start to go wrong and they become rude and dismissive! And majority of the cars are out of factory warranty due to them being over 30,000 miles it becomes an out of pocket expense. I brought a 2015 Dodge Dart on January 21 its now February 17th and my heat partially works I took it back to enterprise to have it checked they told me there (in house mechanic) checked it and found nothing wrong and pretty much said we cant help you take it to dodge. Theyre very helpful until your 7 days are up!!! BE WARNED

This was a great experience but I do feel bad for the employees and the data entry. Enterprise has the capability to reserved cars online but when I arrived, my employer, my job title and 3 emergency contacts were needed to complete the transaction. I was a little uncomfortable shouting it out but the employee allowed me to write it down (thanks for "reading" my face!). To expedite the process for the customers that reserved online, that information should be entered at the time of reservation. If necessary, the confirmation email with the printed information can be presented to the counter along with the license and method of payment.

I heard about Enterprise Car Sales from a friend. We decided to visit this location and was greeted with good customer service since the moment we made the phone call. Jennifer was very warm, welcoming, and professional over the phone. She was very patient in understanding my needs and provided many options that matched what I was looking for. The overall experience was great- one of the best experiences I have had with car sales. Felisha was also very helpful in this process. These two ladies made the decision easy for me and facilitated a smooth transition into my new car! Thank you Enterprise!
