FIRST AND FOREMOST DONT TRUST THE 5STAR RATINGS!! THEY HOUND YOU TO WRITE A REVIEW BEFORE THEY GIVE YOU YOUR KEYS! THE REVIEWS ARE BOGUS! Look very closely at the 1 star reviews and the business responses...that alone will run you away. Its clear customer service is NOT their strong point! I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in 2014. I received temporary plates and paid for registration. A few weeks later I was called in for my tags to be applied but was NEVER given a paper registration card. Im from NYC and was unaware of the procedures Maryland registration takes. Today I called the dealership to address my concerns and was told by Quintin the manager (also my salesman) and the tag lady that theyre 100% sure they gave me a paper registration but neither of them were involved. Theyre rude, arrogant and disrespectful. Any business you do with them be sure to dot your is and cross your ts because once the bank cuts them a check they dont care about you or anything youre missing because of their error. In addition my cars transmission went on the 9th month. Go to a REAL reputable dealership where things are done by the book. Im so disappointed and frustrated if I could give a -5 star rating I would. Be careful! Ive read the reviews and am appalled at the unprofessional disrespectful undertone of the companies response. The 5 star reviews are given before you drive off the lot trust if they could revise their review youd have the big picture. DONT TRUST THEM PERIOD THEY LIE AND WHEN THERES A PROBLEM WITH THE VEHICLE THEY REFER YOU TO THE FRANCHISE DEALERSHIP....SKIP THEM N JUST BUY FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALERSHIP WHO ANSWER TO THE CAR MANUFACTURER. PURE CRAZINESS. NOTICE IN THE BAD REVIEWS ITS ALWAYS THE CUSTOMERS FAULT....THEY DONT ADMIT FAULT IN ANYTHING. SAD TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE HANGING UP PHONES SO UNPROFESSIONALITS INSANE! DO YASELF A FAVOR Q ALA QUINTIN AND DONT RESPOND WITH A DISRESPECTFUL ANSWER TO MY REVIEW...I WILL BE ALSO MAKING CLMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB, CONSUMER COMPLAINT BOARD AND WRITING YELP REVIEW WITH THIS SAME RATING. Your response is pure stupidity. You know good and damn well I was never given a registration card or I wouldnt be addressing it. Im not pressed for $5 to replace the registration!! I made this review because of the attitude of Quintin and the lady w the heavy accent in the tag department. If you were not physically present you wouldnt know wth went on so to comment like you makes you look like an ass. Ya google reviews are all recent they havent been through anything yet or have no idea how to revise it. Keep your unprofessional ignorant responses to yourself you and I know what happened. I see you didnt have anything to say regarding lights coming on and my transmission dying. Yall are a hott mess but most car dealers are liars. Well I gave them 2 stars because their were two guys that were genuinely nice to me while I was there. Wesley & Que , Wesley took all of my information ,showed me cars and held decent conversation while I waited. Now I know its a waiting game when your credit isnt A1 and you are waiting around for banks to bite. But good customer service requires you to update me periodically and not have me sitting around waiting for a hint of whats going on. (I had to keep asking for updates) Second the guy Que seemed to be the more experienced sales person , which is why I didnt understand why I didnt deal solely and directly with him. My big problem was the lack of knowledge Wesley had when it came to my paperwork.At the last minute he told me I couldnt use what he told me the day before I could use for proof of residency. Then I found out my former car note was subject to change , the whole deal just went sour. I was highly annoyed and felt a little bamboozled. I gave them to stars because in the beginning I think Wesley genuinely meant well. But they need to work keeping clients informed and be absolutely sure of the information provided in the beginning of the application process!

PROBLEM #1 THIS COMPANY DEALS WITH OUTSIDE SALES REPS THAT LIE RIGHT FROM THE BEGINING THEY TELL YOU THE COST OF WHAT THEY HAVE THE YEAR MAKE AND MODEL THEN THE REPS TELL YOU THEY WORK AT THE ACTUAL CAR LOT AND THEY DO NOT. I SPOKE TO A SALES REP NAME JAMAL FOR OVER A MONTH AND HE COMPLETELY LIED I DROVE OVER AN HOUR FOR A 2007 HONDA ACCORD THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE 7K BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE THIS CAR THEY HAD A HONDA ACCORD 2012 FOR 17K . THERE WAS NO CAR EVEN IN THIS AGE RANGE AND I SPECIFICALLY TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED THEY WANT PEOPLE WITH BAD CREDIT TO GET SCREWD THE INTREST RATES ARE OUTRAGOUS FROM WHAT I WAS TOLD BY LOCAL PEOPLE THAT WORK IN THE AREA AND KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE. THIS COMPANY IS NOT BBB ACREDITED. WHEN I GOT THERE A LADY WAS OUTSIDE YELLING ON THE PHONE ABOUT HOW SHE WOULD BE OVER HER MILEAGE AND THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE HER $90 EXTRA A MONTH. I WOULD TELL ANYONE TRYING TO GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP RUN!!! IF THEY LIE FROM THE BEGINING THE LIES WILL CONTINUE AND GET WORSE. I KNOW MANY DEALESHIPS LIE BUT THIS WAS RIDICKULOUS AND IT IS DEFINITELY A SET UP.

When I came to Monster Auto Group I had never owned a nice car. I jumped from junker to junker all through my college days because I couldn’t afford anything better. I got a better job, but it was 45 minutes away from my house. The car I was driving at the time couldn’t handle that much distance there and back every day. I was scared that I would break down somewhere unfamiliar. I figured it was finally time to invest in a quality car. I wanted something safe and reliable. New or gently used, but low miles and durability with good gas mileage. Okay, so maybe I wanted everything, but I was excited. This is my first real, adult car. I didn’t have the best credit so I wasn’t sure how willing people would be to work with me. Monster Auto Group found me a really nice black, Dodge Challenger at a good price. It is perfect (two door, low mileage, and nice tires). Troy didn’t make me feel bad about my credit. He worked hard to get me everything I needed without a lot of hoops to jump through. She is a great car, and I couldn’t be happier! Thanks Monster Auto Group.

I co-signed on a vehicle for a friend through Monster Auto located at 4732 Saint Barnabas Road, Temple Hills, MD 20748. My friend got on ticket on the vehicle the ticket did not come in her name it came in mine. So, today, I called monster auto to rectify the situation and get my name off as the first name on the registration. I notified them that if the person gets a ticket that takes points away on my license I would hold them accountable. So I was transferred to the finance manager, not the department I needed. The sales manager came on the line and when I gave him both buyers names he stated he could not find us in the system. What kind of business cannot find its customers.The manager was very disrespect for to me and very unprofessional. I stated that they needed to rectify the situation with the dmv. He stated to me no you need to get with the other buyer and pay the ticket. I asked for his manager he said he was the manager. I told him I would call headquarters he stated to me you can call Jesus.
