Just remember when dealing with any dealership to check for the arbitration clause. The decent dealerships usually wont have one or if there is, there is an out (like 30 days to opt out of the arbitration clause. I just bought a car with a dealership with a contract that allowed me to opt out by certified mail within 30 days of the date of the contract) If there is not an out to the clause, dont purchase the car because you wont be able to take them to court and they know that. This goes for phone contracts or any contract that you may sign. Please read your contract thoroughly, especially the arbitration clause before signing. if they wont modify or take it out and say thats its mandatory and they wont sell you a car unless you sign, dont walk but run to the nearest exit. You can read up on this for yourselves, that in some cases, arbitration will not be in your favor because the arbitrator will usually be on the side of the business. The dealer does not have to provide any evidence, so it will be your word against theirs and usually they will win. Another route to go in case you ever get cheated out of money or anything fraudulent happens, is to file a claim against their bond and get your money back that way or file a report on the dealership with the motor vehicle investigation unit. Consider filing with the MVA investigation unit first because normally they can work it out for you, but if not, file a claim on their bond and if that doesnt help, get an attorney and sue them. The claim against their bond ties the dealerships hand because they usually dont want to risk their license being suspended or have issues trying to get bonded again because their current bond company could see them as a risk and drop them. Please read your contract and ask to see the history on the car before you purchase anything with this company or any other company that seems shady or unethical. Again, if they dont or refuse to provide you with a carfax report on the car, run to the nearest exit because they are supposed to provide you with some car history. In the black community, we are really taken for granted and dealerships like these prey on our community and charge us fees that are way more than we can afford because they assume that we are desperate, ignorant, gullible and cant afford to go anywhere else. Even though it can be a tedious job, please do your research because it can really save you a lot of headaches and money down the road. Save that deposit and just get a used vehicle until your situation gets better. I hope this helps someone. Take care and God bless.

I purchased a vehicle from them in September of 2014. they gave me a we owe you promise to repair the day of the purchase for things I found not working or needed repair on that day. The following week I found other things that were not function properly on vehicle. I was told to bring the vehicle back for all of the repairs. I went back to them 5 times the first 30 days I had the vehicle. The last time I was informed that there was never a work order placed on my vehicle. The Sales Manager Rico had been assurring me that the repairs would be done and to take his word. A couple days after this the vehicle stopped in the middle of an intersection and would not move. I dealership would even get it towed back to them. I paid over $35,000 for the vehicle. I finally had it towed to a repair shop and was told that it would cost over $3400.00 to get it repaired. I contacted them and was told to have it towed to them for repairs. After two weeks I called and asked them when it would be ready. They told me I would have to pay them $1000 above the qoute the other companys estimate and they needed $1200 to get the parts to start. I ask for a itemized estimate and they would not give me one. I drove over to dealership only to discover that my vehicle was in the same spot on the same two flat tires as when the tow truck dropped it off two weeks prior. I started the process for the financial institution to reposses the vehicle. This is when I discovered that the GAP insurance that I purchased the day I got the vehicle was never paid for by the dealership. Upon speaking with the company there was no contract number that matched the contract that I had and there was no records ever showing my vehicle VIN#. I am still getting the run around with this issue. Lastly, when my financial istitution went to pick up the vehicle, the dealership charged them over $2500 for repair charges and some kind of other fees that I dont know anything about and never seen. I never recieved hard tags either. I have not gotten a refund for that either. If you go there, take a look at the repair garage and all the cars in and outside of it. *****PLEASE BEWARE************

We bought a Honda Odyssey LEMON from these people in December. It had brake problems, chips in the windsheild (that they agreed to fix and never did), the AC system did NOT work at all, dents and scratches (that they agreed to fix and never did), they told us they were installing a lojack tracking device only to find out that it was a tracking device for THEM in case we were late on payments that beeped loudly for a full minute everytime you started the car when your payment date got close (!), plus an endless supply of other headaches. I must also mention that they refinanced our other vehicles payments and added it into 1 payment with the van, OR SO THEY SAID. After a month, we found out that THEY DIDNT DO IT! We still had 2 car payments! They completely lied! To make matters worse, our van was LITERALLY in the shop from February to July trying to fix the AC and brakes. We finally signed papers to have the dealership buy it back from us in July. They agreed to pay us $1900 for our lost monthly payments between Februaury and July. It is now OCTOBER and they STILL HAVE NOT PAID!! Everytime we call, Joey (the man who is in charge of refunding us), is coincidentally "NOT there", or "just left", or "we just missed him". DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THE EXPERIENCE IS A NIGHTMARE AND YOU ARE SETTING YOURSELF UP FOR FINANCIAL TROUBLE AND STRESS.

Found a CLS63 AMG benz that was advertised as "clean no accidents" Being a finance manager for a large auto group, I knew the car was underpriced so I called to verify the car was "clean no accidents". I had a 2 1/2 hour drive and was assured the car is immaculate and it was a "managers special" why it was priced so cheap. I pulled up and took one look at the place and knew instantly. Not only had the car been wrecked, but the whole front end had been replaced! Dings and scratches all over it. I drove 2 and a half hours for an "apology" and "Im new, didnt know what you meant". Unless your credit challenged and need special financing... Go to A REAL DEALERSHIP!
