I read some of the reviews and didnt really pay any attention to the bad ones, but boy, were they right. I got a call on Wednesday, June 8th, about the online inquiry I made for a car. I asked if I would be able to come on Friday, June 10th. I was told yes and that it would be ready. I call the next day to verify that it would be ready by Friday, get told itll be ready by then. I go in today and ask about the car, only to be told that its at their other location. The salesman gets the manager, and they somehow both thought I was coming in on Saturday, June 11th. I sit there dumbfounded on how they would think that when I talked to them twice, and each time told them I would be coming in on Friday. Anyways, the manager assures me that theyll get someone to bring it down. I wait 2.5 hours, because its an 1.5 hour drive. I ask again after waiting only to be told that it wont be ready by today. I look at the salesman in disappointment, and explain my frustration. The look on his face expressed that he didnt care. I get told one thing, drive an hour to get there, to be told another, wait two and a half hours, just to be told its not coming. Some of the reviews are positive, some are negative. This place is honestly a gamble. If you like to gamble, this dealership is the place for you.

On two different occasions we have contacted this "dealership" to enquire about cars. The first experience they claimed the car was sold the night before, or that morning and wanted us to hear about the other similar cars on the lot. I let it slide thinking it is possible. It is now over a week later and they are still advertising this car on their website. The second occurrence I spoke with a "sales manager", James, who said "we are unlike any other dealership, brother". To that I say he is exactly right. James said the 2nd car we were interested in was on another lot and that he would have it shipped to the lot in Waldorf the next day by a 5pm appointment. My wife and I arrived sharply at 5pm, James was no where in sight and no one knew where the vehicle was. Then they said another customer was viewing the vehicle on another lot and they didnt want to interrupt the other customer. They offered to drive the car to us over the weekend, which is very unorthodox. My wife and I had a terrible gut feeling, so we walked away. If you look at the reviews for their other "dealerships" they arent much better and sound like they pull the same tactics. If I were a consumer looking for vehicles, I would stay away from this "dealership".

Horrible Place. First off, when walking into this establishment I hear cussing among each other loudly across the showroom. These were not customers but 2 employees speaking among themselves. Unprofessional environment talking about the deals they are going through. When i arrived the car wasnt at the this location!! Even though I spoke with 2 different individuals the same day and day before about this car, and they setup an appointment with me - IT WASNT THERE. I had to wait 3 hours for them to deliver the car! So I negotiate the sale price but because I am from VA they have a line item called "Fees" which was an $1840 fee. The salesman advised me he has no control over this fee and it is a state fee - although this includes their $300 processing fee. This was not Sales Tax/registration fee. Another customer from VA there was having the same issue as I overheard them. I walked outside for a phone call while the other customer walked out and verified with them they were having the same "Fee" come up as well. Beware of this - they use sneaky tactics!

Very poor customer service. The gentlemen with whom I spoke was very lazy, didnt listen and was not very helpful. The gentlemen with whom I spoke, spoke very casually, and did not enunciate any of his words, and as a native-born American Citizen, I had a hard time understanding his street-talk. I am not from Maryland, but was calling about a car I had seen on several car websites. I wanted to ask questions about the condition of the car that I cannot see online. (Cleanliness, smell, general condition, how the car runs, etc) before I made the 7 hour trip to look at, and potentially buy the car. He pointed me to the website so that he wouldnt have to walk out to the car. After convincing him that I had seen the car on the website, he finally attempted to go out and locate the car. He could not find the car on his lot that I was calling about. He said that it had to be at one of their other locations, and hed call me back after finding it. He eventually called me back to tell me, it had sold over a week ago...

The salesman was on us before we had the car doors open. We asked to see two cars. The first was hail damaged and filthy on the inside. It smelled of cigarettes and had stains and burn marks throughout. The salesman said they hadnt had a chance to detail it, but it had the paper and plastic floor mats inside. We told him that without reducing yhe price of the obviously rode hard car, we wouldnt consider it. Some knucklehead sitting right at the front door sat there shaking his head as if the discussion was unreasonable. Really? You advertise a car and havent made it presentable and when confronted with that set of facts, you dont understand? The second car had no air conditioning. We had no more interest in buying from this place. Two cars with significant issues that the salesman claimed complete ignorance of....what other issues were lurking? Time to move on. Worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer of any sort.

If I could give a 0, I would. We drove an hour and a half with my 6 month old to look at a vehicle. My husband called two days prior and was told by "Sean" to come up on Monday and let him know when we were on our way so he could have the car ready for us to look at. Well, we texted before we left and came and "Sean" made himself scarce while another gentleman told us that the car wasnt there and "must have been sold". "Sean" did not even have the decency to come tell us this himself. I am extremely disappointed. The gentlemen speaking to us immediately moved into a sales pitch for another type of car, assuring us we wouldnt be able to even get the type of car we had come to look at in our price range. Extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and downright terrible customer service.

TERRIBLE dealership. On the phone they told me they had a Nissan Versa hatchback, 15000 miles on it and under a 100000 mile warranty for a better deal than we were offered at another dealership. When I got there (driving from Woodbridge) they made me wait for 30 minutes before pawning me off to anither salesman and they suddenly told us they had just sold it yesterday but not to worry because they had many others that were similar. This was a lie. They brought us a sedan version of the versa that was not under warranty and did not have any hatchbacks period. This is just a bait and switch dealership. Take your business to somewhere that respects you as a person.
