Horrible Service!!!! Very shifty and suspect. From top to bottom. I just ended my experience with this place. My wife and I needed an extra vehicle for a couple weeks until able to purchase a second vehicle. My called and spoke with sales rep (Chris) he was receptive to her and quoted a reasonable price for two weeks with a deal within , our budget , at the time. We were scheduled to meet with (Chris) that Monday after she spoke with him Friday. I went to the location to meet with him early and on time , he was a no show, no call or nothing and wasnt according to employees answering his phone. Very unprofessional after striking a specific deal with a customer you yourself needs to be present to carry out. So then after this ordeal is taking place I then have the manager (Carlos) and office lady im assuming (Kim) take over , I precede to get specifics in order with Kim and let her know the quoted "deal" or price rather given. They ended up adding fees and deposit which was not told to my wife and myself. I then stated was told to my wife prior my visit. Consequently , I was not able to get a two week rental but rather a one week rental, but was told that to extend to another week would be easier anyways. Taking advise from Kim we go for week. My wife calls back end of week Friday before taking car back Monday coming and spoke with Kim she asked for extension until the end of the following week but explained to her she would be getting paid that Friday. Kim preceded and told her no problem they would add the two weeks and gave her the total and took the request. We planned our next two weeks accordingly only to come to Monday of the first week the original return day them calling asking where is the rented vehicle. Long story short the pre-arranged agreement my wife had with Kim was negated by (Carlos) the manager. We then had to scramble to and find out how to get car there so instead we just made a payment to extend to Wednesday which is today. They charged us for Monday and Tuesday after they were at fault with telling my wife she could have the extension. But heres the continuing good part not only was no calls made to remedy this situation prior , I get there today to return the vehicle that they most have need back so badly!! And no one was there on time. Sign on door says Mon-Fri 7:30a open.... I arrived at 8a no one there I wait and wait. No comes after calling and calling until about 9:30. After being on phone with Carlos after going through the unprofessionalism this whole time. Im now irritated and just want to drop the car off and get my $50 deposit back. LOL , but then im told the deposit is returned with in 3 business to make sure no tickets on the vehicle. This also was not told to me or my wife prior to any process. So as you see this place has a bunch of clowns in operation. After expressing distress and dissappointed now Mr. Carlos the only authorized deal maker tries to negotiate the two weeks my wife already had in place after talking with Kim, but apparently Kim isnt allowed to make those deals...... We ended service with them now Ill see how long it takes for my $50 check to be mailed. P.S. We rented a small Toyota corolla , and it was dirty as hell , on E , and the check engine light was on...... Try ya hand with this place if you want to !!! Awesome Auto Sales is place 03/30/2016

DO NOT BUY HERE, their rating with the Better Business Bureau is an F for a reason...I ended up buying a 2008 Subaru Forester 2.5 X from Auto Market. They came right out and said this vehicle had been in an accident, and showed me the picture of it. After a test drive I figured the alignment was fine. I was enjoying my new car until I brought it in to my mechanic in VA. He showed me two bent frames in the rear suspension, as well as how the side of my tire was chewed up BAD from only 150 miles of driving. Now Im not saying this dealer did this on purpose. George was a good dude and I have nothing against him. I am saying that the quality of restoration work performed on these vehicles is lacking. Once I called and mentioned the issue, I was sent Steves way. Steve was the manager and the epitome of poor customer service. He said there was no way anything was wrong with that car, and that maybe I had done something like hit a curb. Great listener.....He offered me: 1. A buyback with a fee of $1500!!!!! (He said that would be the amount in fees he would have to pay to get the car back on the lot) or 2. Have his people look at it and he would fix what they found wrong. I decided to try to let them look at it, so I had the car towed to them so my tire wouldnt get chewed any worse. Steve recommended I drive it there for the record. So I get there and Steve isnt there yet, and George offers to take my car over to the service bay. I said that was fine and Ill come with to show the guy where the bends in the frame are. He said no one is allowed in their service area. I said Id be more comfortable if I could point out potential issues so we were all on the same page. So I waited for Steve to get back and showed him the car, to which he replied that everything was fine. He said nothing was dragging on my tire. I honestly agree, I dont know what was touching my tire just by looking at it, just that it was happening while I was driving. Instead of also acknowledging that something weird was happening he put all this burden of proof on me. After seeing the car he agreed to buy it back for the price minus $500, and said he had had situations where people had abused cars and tried to bring them back, and thats why he had said $1500. Since I was getting what I wanted, which was to be free of this headache, I didnt point out how he had said before that the $1500 was for "fees". While I was waiting for my ride I saw another person with temporary tags coming in and trying to settle a dispute. All around terrible experience and a reminder that if a price sounds too good to be true, there might be a good reason for it. Had to wait for my refund check to clear before I could spread the word.

GEORGE GEORGIEV and GOLD AND SILVER AUTO SALES LLC or AUTO MARKET at 13400 Baltimore Ave #A1 LAUREL, MD sold a 20 year old college kid who is paying his way through school by working P/T at Walmart on the weekends and P/T during the week as a substitute teacher in his county a SALVAGED car with a an engine in need of repair. They used UNETHICAL SELLING TACTICS such as not verbally disclosing that the car was salvaged. The young man visited the car lot twice. Once to test drive the car and get pricing information to take to the credit union for financing. Perfect opportunity for a salesperson with dignity and morals to disclose this information. During the closing of the sale when the paperwork was being signed as the forms were being explained, Im confident that the verbiage salvaged was supposed to be interjected into the conversation here somewhere (legally). Upon asking the owner of the dealership SOTIR P. GALABOV (Steve) I was told no. Its not required. Consumers have to read the contracts. He also told me this young man was the only person who never read the contract. All his other customers have always read their contracts,100% of them. This has crippled this young mans daily activities. He has not been to work but will have a car not due in a few weeks. GOLD AND SILVER AUTO SALES LLC or AUTO MARKET OVERCHARGED him for a salvaged car he never wouldve purchased had he known and needs to help him get it repaired. He has had the car less than 70 days. Not once on the online ad does it mention salvaged it also mentions a history report which the dealer could not provide. The dealer did however provide 1 photo and explained that the bumper was damaged at one point, a damaged bumper and a salvaged car hardly sound the same. Gone are the days of customer service and businesses wanting customer loyalty. The power of greed. In my short time surfing the net Ive met other people that agreed about the shady business practices, to common of a theme to be a coincidence. This company is pretty good in trying to CYA. They have mastered the art of selling you junk and getting away with it. Every dog has its day. No fair I cant give 0 stars - 1 it is.
