If you dont want to read the whole review, Plain and simple this dealership is AWESOME. Go see Frank McGeary, hell be honest, upfront and take care of you. I had been wanting a Toyota Tundra TRD Pro for a while now and so far in the NOVA area, there were maybe 4. I called every Toyota dealer that had a TRD Pro and every price was roughly the same, just a tiny bit below MSRP, which is expected as the TRD Pros are not easy to find. Anyways, I happened on Waldorf Toyotas page and saw a TRD Pro for a stupid low price. I thought it had to be a typo and contacted them for more info. Frank contacted me and the first thing I asked is "whats wrong with this vehicle because it is way too low." Frank assured me that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, that it was brand new and that the price was real. I had to drive an hour just to get to the dealership so I wanted to be sure there were no games with this deal. He said he wasnt there to waste my time. Frank quoted me the price of the truck with tax, tag and title and told me that price was legitimate with no hidden fees and would not change whatsoever as long as I made it there. When he told me the price, I couldnt believe it. I was ready to put a deposit down on the truck to reserve it, but Frank told me it wasnt necessary and talked to his manager to hold the truck in the back for a day. I made it to the dealership and sure enough, everything he said was true. Frank was a true professional; honest, upfront, friendly and ready to help which are traits that you just dont find in car salesmen these days. I respected that about Frank, he wasnt going to BS you to make a sale. Plus, the dealership is under new ownership and management, and these folks seriously want your business; they want to put their name out that Waldorf Toyota is the dealership to do business with. Theyre all about customer service and working with you to get you in that vehicle. Anyways, we took care of all the formalities; test drive, paperwork and they appraised my trade-in vehicle for WAY above what I was hoping. And trust me, I did my research; I was fully expecting for them to give me way less than what it was worth like other dealerships would, but I was seriously surprised that they gave me what it was actually worth. I came to that dealership ready to do battle, but I was so pleasantly surprised at how easy, honest and painless everything was The whole process was just surreal; nothing like other cars ive purchased and other dealerships that Ive dealt with. They really really want your business and are willing to work with you to EARN it. Im so glad that I contacted Waldorf Toyota about my truck purchase. They really WANT your business and wont pull some shady crap like some other dealerships will. Its worth your time and drive (for those of us who live in VA) to go to this dealership. I just cant say enough good things about this dealership.

This review is strictly for the Toyota Collision/Body Center. I was compelled to bring my vehicle here due to a lady hitting my parked car. There were only two authorized repair centers in Waldorf that her insurance company, State Farm would allow, so I chose Toyota. It truly breaks my heart to give a 2 star review when the customer service at the front desk is amazing and my car was repaired like new or better. However this review is dedicated to Joe Davis, the State Farm Adjustor/Rep that works for Toyota. I turned my car in to get repaired on Tuesday, August 30th. The left quarter panel needed cosmetic repairing/painting. Joe Davis called me the next day, Wednesday, August 31st as a follow-up to let me know my car should be ready the following week on Wednesday, September 7th. On the said day, September 7th, I called Joe Davis around 9:30am to check on the status of my vehicle and to see if it was ready for pick up. Since Joe Davis wasnt at his desk I left him a message on his voicemail. Hours passed and I still havent heard from Joe Davis. I called again around the 2pm timeframe and this time he answered. He explained that my car was nearing the completion phase and it would either be ready by the end of the day or the very next morning. But heres where I have an issue. Joe Davis clearly stated, "I will call you before the end of the day to let you know when your car will be ready, either this afternoon or tomorrow morning." I am an individual that relates character with honoring ones word, no matter how minute or minimal. Joe Davis did not call me back. Giving him more benefit of the doubt I waited until 11am the next day to see if hed call me. Nothing. I understand situations arise and people can get busy, so I decided to make Joe Davis job easier and just show up at the center to talk to him in person---since it was obviously too much for him to call me. Once I arrived there were no emergencies or busy atmosphere, so much so that Joe Davis was at lunch, Hahaha. I spoke to another gentleman and I wish, wish WISH I had his name because he was really helpful. All I know is that his office is the first one on the right. (Now he deserves 5 stars). He went out of his way to grab my paperwork off Joe Davis desk and inform me that, "Yes, my car was ready." He looked sheepish, as if my vehicle had been ready for awhile. He apologized and worked quickly to get me in and out. I definitely had high hopes and was actually looking forward to writing a more positive review, but unfortunately that was hindered by minor actions, or lack thereof, of one person.

I went to Toyota of Waldorf because it was near to my home to look at vehicles. When I met the sales person John Link he was rude and spoke down to me. This should have been my cue to leave. He talked me into going on a test drive and of course I like the car. When we first started driving he was on his cell phone for at least 10 minutes before I was able to ask questions. When I did ask questions I was answered with patronizing answers. I am a person who is in sales and his tactics are not appreciated. When we got back to the dealership I was going to leave but the manager Will gave me an offer I could not refuse. My only stipulation was that I would be able to make payments on a biweekly basis making 26 payment a year instead of the 12 monthly. I was reassured I could set up a system like this. I was going to buy a Honda because their customer services was better and they automatically offer this service. With the reassurance of my salesman who should be knowledgeable of this type of payment plan and if it is offered by his company I went forward with the deal. Once I was in the finance office the representative DJ was quite nice and the first thing I asked when I walked into his office was if I could set up the biweekly payments. He reassured me that I can set this up once I set it up monthly when I receive my first statement. I was happy with my decision and went forward with the deal. Today I called Toyota to set up my payments and was told my the gentleman that answered the phone that this is not a service they provide or have ever provided. I feel so angry with the lies and trapped in a deal that was made when I had one stipulation. This has been a terrible experience. I am saddened to know that I have to go to their dealership to get my service done on my car because I do not want to be attached to this company in any way. I do not endorse these liars who are just out to make a dollar.
