I will never buy anything else from NATURAL FOOD PATCH!!!!! AT 221 WEST 9 MILE ROAD IN DOWNTOWN FERNDALE!!!!! I bought a product that should have had a safety seal on it. It didnt! so I called the store with my concerns, and they told me to call the manufacturer, because they arent going to refund me my money. I bought this MESS yesterday, Im totally pised!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was once accused of stealing from this place a few years ago, despite purchasing my items, which resulted in me & my guest being searched outside by the police on the busy street. Of course l, I returned my purchases because I was falsely accused. However, they have a great selection of natural items and food. Ive only recently gone back.

Great selection, and knowledgable staff. However, there is a particular dreadlocked(?) gentleman that seems to make every encounter more difficult than it should be—very difficult to read/talk to. So much so that Ive often left with unanswered questions just to avoid him.
