Always great customer service when I go to this location. The copy department is so helpful. I document cemeteries, and sometimes I am at a copier for an hour or more, copying old records and journals, and I have never felt rushed or like Im in the way. Im no technological wizard, and make plenty of mistakes, but they are always patient to set me back on track. Am more than happy to give them a 100% satisfaction rating. Ive been going there since the store opened. Im not a huge client, but no matter how small needs, they always treat me as good as their largest company clients. Thank you- always refreshing in todays world where customer service is too often forgotten in most stores.

Ive been printing at Office Max for over a year and LEANNE their copy/print person is crazy good and fast ... NOW it appears she is gone and the service is HORRIBLE ... please get Leanne back. ... I now have to find another printer... I was standing in line with 3 other frustrated customers ... we now have to wait 24 hours for printing??? The whole idea of Office Max printing is quick and while you wait printing. I didnt even know I needed this project yesterday ... Losing customers fast!

Long story short: We ordered an item that we were told would be delivered to us by Christmas. We found out two days before Christmas that the item wasnt going to make it on time. We talked to Danny the store manager and he made it right and then some. This kind of customer service is what will allow companies like Office Max to compete with Amazon, Ebay, Etc. From this experience I will definitely opt to spend a few more dollars at Office Max when compared buying online.

Customer service is terrible. Its never busy and whenever I ask a question they point to the product and tell me where to go, they dont care if you find what youre looking for. Its a bunch of teenagers working there that dont care about their job. All of the prices were wrong on the products I wanted to purchase. I dont know how this location is still open.

These people were extremely helpful... even honored a price discrepency. Went to best buy in maple grove and in rogers also radio shack in elk river... no help at all. You also would be suprised what these guys carry too... large selection of hardware and software... more than just copier paper

This print shop always does a fantastic job with my flyers, certificates, and other print needs. I wish they were slightly faster but the quality is even better than what I receive when I select mail to home. Theyre very accommodating and have great staff.
