Lets just say that I definitely had find the dress stress when I walked into Touch of Class Bridal, on a Friday morning, a little over a month until my wedding date. I was not only in a time crunch but on a very strict budget. Previous shopping had led me to almost give up on getting an actual wedding gown, but I was pleasantly surprised by Judys welcoming demeanor. Besides making me feel totally comfortable about my schedule and budget, she gave me lots of options! Judy carries unique dress styles and also has an alterations price list available. I tried on 8 or so dresses, narrowed it down to 4, and even though I felt like I already knew which one I was going to pick, scheduled an appointment for the next day to come back for the final decision....with my fiance(he was my only option)!! When I told Judy and her staff (worked closest with Christina, who was AMAZING!) of my intention, they didnt make me feel bad about it but supported me instead. Actually the whole experience (with a little encouragement from my friends back home) gave me the confidence to just leave him at home! Judy is very knowledgeable and kind. She really helped make my big day very special. While I wouldnt recommend waiting until the last minute to find your dress, I definitely recommend going to Touch of Class Bridal for your big day!!

The staff at A Touch of Class Bridal make bridal dreams come true!! I found A Touch of Class Bridal when I inquired about a bridesmaid dress I liked that was not available anywhere else. The drive from my house to the salon is an 1 1/2 hour, and it was so worth the trip. I felt a connection and warmth from the Owner and Staff from the moment I walked in. I am so grateful to Judy, Fran and their staff for their expertise and guidance they gave me during the whole selection process. They could not have been more kind to me, my friends and bridal party. I found my bridesmaid dresses there , and my wedding dress at this shop( very affordable). They went above and beyond to make my requests a reality. The staff at A Touch of Class Bridal feel like family and I will be forever grateful for all they did to make me feel like the most beautiful bride ever... I could not be happier and more satisfied with their service, care and support I was given during my selection process. I had a vision and with their expertise and knowledge made it come true beyond my wildest dreams. My Maid of Honor loved the them so much she purchased her Mothers of the Bride dress from A Touch of Class Bridal for her daughters wedding . Give them a call right now you wont regret it.

The shop isnt fancy but I thought the friendliness of a small shop more than made up for it when I came in to buy the dress. Unfortunately, after this there was quite a lot of disorganization in the ordering and delivery of the dress. The dress is late, without a delivery timeframe, with two weeks to the wedding date. Things happen, and a kind and straightforward communication style can give you confidence that at least whatever can be done is being done. Unfortunately, they have just been condescending and brushed off my questions about where we stand. The reason I wrote this review is to warn anyone in a similar time crunch that this isnt the right shop. I did have a rush order, so Im definitely more worried about timing than most ladies. Overall, if you dont need your shop to be very organized in a short time frame and dont need to communicate with them beyond ordering and picking up your dress, this place would be just fine. PS know your measurements before going in and insist on choosing your size based on the manufacturers guide.

I got my dress here today and I LOVED my experience. Christina worked with me and did an amazing job with everything. She was patient with us (My sister, my 7 year old nephew, and three of my wonderful friends) while picking out dresses to try on, with the trying on process and rolled with the jokes and strong opinions. She was attentive to me and encouraging every step of the way. She was knowledgeable and FUN! Dress shopping can be stressful, especially for me right now ( I am a plus size bride who is losing weight each week), she knew what style would look best and how to help me shimmy into them. She had no problem being honest and encouraging! I highly recommend going here and working with Christina (though each of the women there were kind, funny and knowledgeable) to get your wedding dress!

Judy and her crew are amazing! A Touch of Class Bridal did an exceptional job with my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses. I had quite a few out of town bridesmaids that Judy and her seamstress totally took care of. I couldnt have had a more professional team help me with my large wedding party. My husband and his groomsmen were also taken very good care of by The Tuxedo Gallery, which is in the same building. Definitely a place to consider if you live in Sonoma County. I found this "mom and pop" local business to cater to my needs much more than some of the larger, more corporate bridal shops in town and in the Bay Area.

Wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. It is the absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They called me fat multiple times, saying they were afraid I was going to "bust" the zipper. Im a size 6 - hardly zipper busting worthy. I ordered it one day and they didnt bother placing it until 5 days later, resulting in my dress arriving 5 days later than I was promised. The dress is absolutely nothing like I was promised. I left the store in tears and strongly recommend you stay away from this place. Starlet may be rude, but Id rather deal with them than these people any day.

We went to Starlet and encountered awful service. This is the place to go for a great experience. Every sales person we encountered was exceptionally nice and helpful. My daughter needed plus sizes . She walked out feeling like a million bucks. They are wonderful people and deserve their company name.Dont go to Starlet. They are rude( especially to large sizes and low budgets). We were treated like we were spending a million dollars at touch of class. We will always go here when we need formal attire.

Judy and her team are amazing to work with! With 2 weddings in the same summer, we got all our dresses here and the staff are helpful and informative all the way! We had varying budgets for everyone, and they never treated us like budgets mattered for even a second. Judy is really knowledgeable about what works on on all different types, about the different designers - and we benefitted a lot from her knowledge. Plus basic alterations were included which made it easy 1-stop shopping! Thank you!!

Go here! Judy is very sweet, as is all her staff. As a bride and bridesmaid this year I have literally been to everyshop in Santa Rosa and beyond, I got the best service here. The staff is attentive and comforting. I really love going into a place that is small, low key, and has unique dresses. I will miss Judy (and the staff) after this summer- shes like a mom to me now!
