This place is horrible , the people there are rude and bad service . My gals and I walked in there , we were looking for prom dresses . We saw a dress we really liked and wanted to try it on and if she can get it off the Display when we asked we were told quote " who is it for " I then pointed to one of my gals , she then replied " its a size xs , so it wont fit ." That was the most rudest thing that anyone can say by just looking at someone . After waiting to see if she would get the dress she didnt so we got it , and she then said " you cant take dressed off , I told you its not Going to fit her " basically calling her fat .. by then we were so upset my friend tried on the dress on and it fit ! But Needless to say we will never buy any dress there, WE refuse to even if we loved the dress .

I love this place best dress shop all these negative comments are spam they come greet you at the door they took my size and let me choose the dress that I wanted they gave me suggestions on how to keep the dress clean and neat throughout my quincenera I was super impressed by the customer service I highly recommend you come here if you need a dress for any occasion

HIGHLY suggest everyone NOT to go here. They are rude, unprofessional, and expensive. Honestly the dresses might be nice but the customer service is terrible and I dont tend to leave bad reviews unless its serious. Please, dont support a business that puts people down and doesnt offer their best service.

Got here before they opened, the girl came and opened the door, let herself in, locked it behind her, all while on her cell phone. It is now 15 minutes past when theyre supposed to be open, Anna Im standing out on the street, still waiting to be let in. Not a good first impression at all.

Horrible service and really rude people! Calling their clients fat and that they need to run 5 miles every day when supposedly their obligations is to make the quinseañera/bride feel beautiful on their special day!! So unprofessional.
