Wonderful shop! I was visiting from out of state, and I was hoping to find a dress while in Portland for $200 or less since I was having a hard time shopping in my budget at home (smaller town, bad selection for my price). I couldnt believe the selection of dresses that were in my price range! I tried on at least 20 dresses, narrowed it down to 2, and was able to make a final dress decision for $200 WITH A veil! Its so beautiful! I loved that they had sample dressed that still had all of the original length, making them long enough for my 6 tall frame! The ladies working there are super sweet, and I love that they are working for a good cause. Thank you again for making my bridal shopping easy, inexpensive, full of vale, and lots of fun! :)

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They helped me pick out lots of dresses in the styles I liked plus some additional styles. My budget was 200.00 and I found plenty of beautiful dresses within that price range. They also have a rack of dresses that have been around for longer than they like to keep them so they mark them down to 50.00 still beautiful dresses. I bought one of these. I didnt even know it was a fifty dollar dress it was just my favorite. It is so beautiful and I cant wait to wear it on my special day. If you are looking for a dress you should definitely look here. Lots and lots of gorgeous dresses and accessories some have been wore once some are brand new. Give them a try you wont be sorry.

This place is absolutely amazing. From the time I walked through the door, to finding my dress within 30 minutes.This was/is the only dress shop I have been to. I heard about it from some online pop ups. I went on a whim without my bridesmaids or even my mother.The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and super nice. I got my dress for an extremely reasonable price. I didnt have a clue about wedding dresses or anything. But I had the true Bridal moment as soon as I saw my dress in full view. With extremely reasonable prices, a comforting staff ( I was super nervous) and the dress of my dreams in my hands, I would HIGHLY recommend this. At least give it a try. They make dreams come true.

Such a great shop! There are some amazing and beautiful dresses here and the staff was so helpful! I was in an unfortunate situation of having to find a new dress three weeks before my wedding (crazy, right?) and Brides for a Cause was the perfect place to visit. I came in alone and stressed out, and the staff there helped me through a number of different dresses. I found a dress I loved and the day was saved (huzzah!)! There were also a couple of seamstresses there who work with Brides for a Cause regularly and I was able to ask them so many great questions. The dress is with those seamstresses now and I will be ready to go for my wedding in just a few weeks!! Thank you all so much!

I had the best experience at Brides For A Cause! The ladies really made me feel comfortable doing something that I initially found daunting. Anna really made my dress shopping special by easing my anxieties and helping select a variety of different styles and sizes to find my perfect dress...and on top of that the price and the cause is unbelievable! I still cant believe that bought my wedding dress, my veil and 2 brides maid dresses for $220!!! I am so proud to have purchased from and to support a company as amazing as this one. I will DEFINITELY be recommending Brides for a Cause to ALL of my friends!!!

I had a wonderful and fast experience here. No one was trying to pressure me to do anything, which was the best part. I browsed on my own and when I had my selection they helped sort out the train and were just really friendly. They didnt say things like, "You have to buy this!" or "I think this is the one" -- which can be awkward and uncomfortable. All of them women were kind and seemed like they genuinely wanted to help. I found my dress pretty quickly (20 minutes) and was out. Thank you thank you.

This place is the best experience looking for a wedding dress. Friendly staff. You dont feel overwhelmed. Very peaceful here. Its a beautiful place great lighting. And very affordable dresses. Found my dress for $150.00 and absolutely love the dress for my special day. The gals here are very friendly to work with. The best part is they donate to a handful of charities. This experience couldnt have gone any better. I would give this place a 10 star if I could.

I was not expecting to find a dress the weekend I started looking but Brides for a Cause had such beautiful options in the style I was looking for! I was able to find the dress of my dreams- beautiful beaded vintage looking dress for a very reasonable price... and the staff is AMAZING! Everyone I encountered during my visits on both Saturday and Sunday were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Plus the vibe in this shop is laid back and fun. Thank you!

They have an amazing selection of dresses! The perfect place for someone who wants couture, class and style but doesnt have the budget or time to wait 6 months for their dress. I recommend going right when they open on a weekday and having the entire shop to yourself. They limit you to 5 dresses at a time in the dressing room, so you may want to bring a friend to help put dresses back and grab the next 5 :)

I found my wedding dress here after 45 minutes! It was the first and last place I went. My dress was so unique and a designer dress for 1/4 of what it could have been sold for! I was very happy with the staff and how laid back it was. You also dont need an appointment! Makes me feel better that my purchase went towards a good cause (:

Not your typical Wedding Boutique. I was able to find an amazing dress at a great price. It took a little digging but it was well worth it. The sales staff were very friendly and helpful. Having 50% of proceeds going to a worthy cause made me feel a lot better about buying a dress Ill only wear once.

They have a huge selection of dresses most of them in pretty good condition. If youre willing to fix a zipper, pay for some alterations, possibly cleaning, you can have an amazing dress at a really cheap price with proceeds going to really worthy causes.

Excellent selection, fantastic prices. The employees were incredibly helpful without being overbearing or pressuring me to buy. I got a $3000 designer gown for $300, pretty sure its never been worn.
