I had high hopes for my visit to BHLDN. I met up with my family in Seattle to go dress shopping, and BHLDN was a big part of why we chose Seattle specifically. I scheduled my BHLDN appointment first, hoping that I would find my dress there. I had selected six dresses to try on - for a one hour appointment, this seemed reasonable. My stylist assured me when I arrived that we would have abundant time. However, after starting the appointment about ten minutes late (not our fault - we were there about 20 minutes early, but the appointment before mine ran late), we only had time to try on four. After those four, we were told that we were out of time - too bad. I was given my measurements, told that I was "probably a size 2," and then we were somewhat hurried out of the dressing area and my stylist disappeared. Maybe her shift was ending? My stylist was friendly, but all business. I expected the experience to be more fun. I was also told before my appointment that they would have sizes 4 and 10 available to try on. Being a size 2 or 4, this seemed pretty perfect. However, with one exception, the size 4 of every style I wanted to try on was "out for cleaning" so only the 10s were available. BHLDNs dresses are beautiful and timeless - no doubt about that. But my experience was less than stellar. Hopefully others have better luck. I ended up finding my dress at I Do Bridal Too - another wedding shop in Seattle that I would highly recommend.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress here recently because they didnt have my size in store. They shipped me the wrong size. I called the store and the rep gave me the wrong information, telling me that they would send me a return label. But after a week, they still hadnt. So I called again and another rep said that I had to call the manufacturer for the return label, ship it back, then they would reorder me the size I needed. Did all of that and after 3 weeks still hadnt received the dress. I even got charged for the return label, which I had to complain about because it was their mistake not mine. I finally sent another email asking about the order update and they replied that during the processing, the dress became unavailable and was sorry for the inconvenience... I am the maid of honor for my best friends wedding! This is the worst experience Ive ever had with an online order. Not only is it inconvenient that I had to do all of this, it is extremely frustrating and am very disappointed in the level of service. Especially for a store/brand that values quality and service. I am also preparing for my own wedding and was considering Bhldn/Anthropology dresses, but with this experience I will not come back.

My first time visiting BHLDN was my first time trying on any wedding dresses. I had the first appointment on a Sunday( 11am the time the store opens) and had Katie as my stylist. I found Katie to be prepared and helpful with trying dresses on. However, I would not recommend making the first appointment the store opens. I thought one hour would be plenty of time, and it was not. With my mom, and two best friends in town from out of state I felt I didn;t have enough time to make such a huge decision. Luckily, my friend called back shortly after we left and requested a 90 minute appointment the next day with champagne. GAME CHANGER!! Not only was the champagne a nice touch, but 90 minutes made all the difference! I was put with the lead stylist Yuna, and she is the lead for a reason- amazing! She had great suggestions, beautiful energy, and she even put my hair up with a beautiful hair clip for the full effect! I choose my dress, and I am very happy. Would highly recommend! Thank you to both Katie and Yuna!

I am thoroughly disappointed at BHLDN. My daughter came out from North Carolina specifically to find the wedding attire she wanted which she did at BHLDN. She was measured for the skirt part of the wedding gown. I purchased it several days later. She went back to North Carolina and received the 2pc wedding dress in the mail and found that the skirt was too small. When contacting BHLDN she was told she could send the skirt back for the next size up if that particular skirt was still available (even tho they have it on stock now they will not hold it). They did offered a 10% off next size up but what good is that when it might not be available. They will not hold the skirt even tho they had made the mistake in the measurements. I am very unhappy with this company and the experience and will return the total outfit and take our business elsewhere.

My mom and I went into BHLDN without an apointment just to try on some of the white dresses for fun (you can try on any non gowns without an appointment). We pulled around 6 different dresses in various sizes and I fell in love with the second one and knew immediately that it was my wedding dress. The associates were very accommodating and even without an appointment showed the different details of the dress and helped style it. The dress is technically a reception dress but its pure ivory and so long that you can definitely wear it as a dress for the ceremony. Since its not technically a gown it is also a complete steal on the price! We were so happy with our experience and the ladies at BHLDN even gave us a nice hanger and dry cleaner bag for the dress since typically only the gowns come with them.

i recently ordered a few things online to Australia for my wedding and was super excited to get the dress and shoes ( i ordered two sizes of the shoes because im usually a half size so i wasnt sure where i fit into their sizing) When i received them i chose the shoes that fit and was sad to see that the dress didnt fit me properly. So i sent one pair of shoes and the dress back (within the time limit) almost a month later i got a refund for the shoes but not the dress. Ive sent the multiple emails about this and they have basically told me that the warehouse lost it and they wont be able to refund me unless it turns up which is ridiculous as it was a 280$ US dress!! so disappointing, I really love their products but sadly will never spend my money here again.

I absolutely love this company, and this specific BHLDN/Anthropologie location, in Seattle WA. The employees that work there are knowledgeable and kind, INCREDIBLY helpful and I always feel like Im being catered to! This doesnt happen in retail. It happens in restaurants lol. So, I thank you all, and you have a lifelong customer in me. Id especially like to give a shout out to Crystal (or maybe Krystal) not sure on spelling. She, and many others have helped me through this wedding process, bridesmaids included, like you wouldnt believe!!!! Above and beyond what the job description most likely states. Thank you!

I ordered shoes for my daughters wedding. I have received 3 or 4 notices that the shoes are backordered... again. They were "in stock" when I ordered. When I called they said it was the vendors fault. EXCEPT that two other items (earrings and lights) I ordered around the same time had repeated delays and backorder notices also. Cant be the same vendor. SO If you dont mind having to wait a month or two go ahead and try to order from BHLDN. Imagine ordering one of their beautiful wedding dresses and having that be on backorder......
