I purchesed a dress from Amercian Rose Bridal and was happy at the time. I loved the dress and decided not to order it in my size and just have it altered. The dress was promised to me 2 weeks later, while getting it sized the seamstress was very rude and making me very angry. When I returned to try the dress on it was completely misshapped and didnt even look like the same dress. I took it to a seamstress somewhere else and all she did was shake her head on how bad it looked. She basically has to remake the entire dress. When I called the Bridal store they shrugged it off like it was nothing, and said basically not our problem talk to the seamstress. I would not recommend this store. The prices seem great but thats because they buy them discounted so they can sell them discounted. There are far better places to go. PLEASE brides dont add more stress to yourself by going here.

I was originally going to go across the water to find a dress but decided to look local first and started with american rose bridal. That was by far the best decision I made for ky wedding. I did jot make an appointment but the girls were so nice and helpful! I told them my price range (400) and the style I wanted and they quickly found me 4 beautiful dresses. They were not in any way pushy about being in the room with you which I liked, instead I had a girlfriend help me. Within a few hours I had found my dream dress, the perfect shoes, a veil, and the tiara, all for under 500 that includes tax. I was so happy with the great prices and the enviroment that I even found my moms dress here and the alteration prices are fantastic and very quick. No 5 week wait! I highly reccomend

We just wanted to let you all know that the Tuxedo we rented from American Rose Bridal was completely wrong. They went for measurements two months ago. But it was NOT ordered until wednesday and came in on friday. The groom did not have time to return it because they would not be open. It was turquoise not royal blue. Of course it did not fit right and it was too late to order another one. The jacket was too tight. The shirt was way too big and we could not use it and the pants were too short. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Go somewhere else because these people do not care anymore

I was in need of the perfect wedding gown and found it American Rose Bridal. I tried on several different dresses in the price range I needed but one of them I had to try on twice because it fit beautifully and was exactly what I wanted!! The ladies at American Rose Bridal were so helpful and sweet...not pushy at all!! They even let me put a small deposit down to hold my dress for a few weeks I cannot wait to wear my dress for my wedding it was absolutely perfect!! Thank you for such a stress free experience!!

Great selection of special occasion dresses and wedding dresses, too! I was shocked by the amount of dresses ranging in all sizes. Its wonderful to have a local, dress shop where the employees care about helping. I felt at ease and was guided in the right direction when looking at gowns for my upcoming events.

I havent had to purchase/rent from them yet, but did have to get some rather odd measurements taken for an out-of-state wedding. The staff was more than willing to help, were incredibly friendly, and Ill definitely be using this location in the future if I have formal wear needs.
