I was recently in the market to buy a new Dodge Challenger and was dreading the whole process. While I was excited about getting my new car, dealing with pushy, obnoxious salesmen just sucks the life out of me. After an experience that fell far below my worst expectations in dealing with a car salesman I would up at Arrigo Dodge in Sawgrass. I asked for a salesman who was knowledgable in specifically Dodge Challengers. Please people, ask for someone who knows their products and the specific car you want, otherwise, you will be wasting your time and wind up frustrated with the experience. Elison Jeanlouis immediately introduced himself, got the specifics in what I wanted, and immediately took my wife and I up to the fourth floor to check out the inventory. First off, he did not come across as pushy nor did he engage in idle chit-chat and act as if we were life long buddies. He was focused and showed me exactly what I asked for and allowed me time to make my own decision without pushing features down my throat like the previous salesman. No statements like “This one has the bluetooth” (of course it does), or, “So, you are looking for the Scat Cat?” (doesn’t exist). As I was looking at the cars, he went and got the keys so we can check out the interior. Elison knew the exact model I wanted and again, did not push the more expensive model on me. Elison knew when to joke around and knew when to get down to business. I told him what I wanted for my trade in and what I wanted to pay for the car and after checking with his manager he was able to come acceptably close to my offer. Rob, the finance specialist was awesome as well. While he did offer extended warranty options, he did not push me on the issue after I declined. This is so very appreciated. The deal went quickly and painlessly. Our final encounter was with Mark “After Dark” to go over keys and manuals. This guy was personable and knowledgable. It was clear that he has gone through this a million times, however he managed to personalized the experience for me and really gave us the VIP treatment. I thought I would never say that I would enjoy buying a new car at a dealership but I had a blast buying my Challenger R/T Scat Pack at Arrigo in Sawgrass. Elison should be recognized as a model salesperson. He is not your stereotypical salesman and I cannot recommend him enough. Well done Arrigo of Sawgrass for being incredibly efficient as a team and making the process of purchasing a new car enjoyable!

I rather eat a glass sandwich than go back to this dealer or do business with them ever again. I previously had leased a vehicle from this dealer. The initial transaction was a breeze. I forget the salesman but he was great & it was a big factor on why I returned to lease another vehicle at the end of my lease. 6 months prior to the lease, I came in to see my options on a vehicle. I decided on a vehicle with a reasonable & expected down payment for another lease. This was really no effort on the sales staff as I knew the vehicle I wanted. It was extremely easy for them. Turned in leased vehicle & went home with the new vehicle. As I got home I noticed a dent on the rear gate. This was pretty consistent with the painted over chips on the bumper from when the vehicle was backed into their parking garage prior to my lease & not disclosed to me either. To which I had no problems with actually. I called Mark Stulak my salesman & told him about the dent. He wasnt outgoing in trying to get it fixed, he didnt accuse me of anything but 20 minutes after I left the dealer it was obvious the sale had completed in his eyes. Eventually it was fixed after 2 unnecessary trips back to the dealer, one in which the sales manager needed to see it in person. Considering I was a repeat customer this was now the end of my business relationship with them. This was not a way to do business. So now I am getting phone calls from the previous bank due to non-payment for the previous vehicle. Apparently due to a miscommunication I was supposed to write a check for the remaining balance on the previous vehicle to satisfy the lease. Why would I ever agree to do that? Months later, I get a call from the previous bank for the lease asking if I still had the vehicle. This was 8 months after the actual transaction. I informed them I turned the vehicle in months ago. Arrigo said they didnt have the vehicle in stock. Now they find the vehicle in the lot & want to do the inspection. The inspection bills for me interior damage and a lost key fob. How do you have a vehicle on the lot for 8 months & not notice it. Furthermore try to bill me on things out of my control after I turned the vehicle in. Never again. I will never return to Arrigo, I have no interest in your generic response about how sorry you are for my experience either.

Well about a month ago I purchased 2 cars in one weekend from here. It took me 3 days but I was able to close the deal. I went on a Thursday to buy a fiat for my daughter, they didnt have any that I wanted in stock so I purchased one that I saw online at their palm beach location. Big mistake when I got to the dealer on Friday to pick up the car it was not there. The sales rep when to pick it up in west palm and it took him 4 hours to bring it back then another hour to supposedly detail it. When I got the car there were gold size dents in the hood. So then they offered to take me to west palm again to pick out another car there. I couldnt that Friday so we ended up going Saturday. We drove to west palm got the car then drove back to finalize the paperwork. Our sales rep had no clue what he was doing nor how to turn over a new car to a buyer. It took him almost two hours to get the car detailed, which is wasnt and to top it off it still had stickers with the arrigo website on it. I asked him to remove it and he said the car came like that. I was speechless, well he took the car to get the stickers removed. When we were about to leave we noticed he never put gas or put air on the tires. Smh! That was another hour. We were very disappointed but we just wanted to get out of there. To add insult to injury we go back Sunday because my other daughter wanted a car. We went there because they already had pulled my credit and I didnt want to go thru that again. They gave us the same sales rep which was useless. The only thing good about the whole ordeal was he financial rep patti that new what she was doing. Again after we purchased the car took another hour to wash it , then when we took the car we noticed he didnt put gas again. Ugh! So frustrating.. Now almost a month later and I already have my first payment due and I dont have a tag for the fiat. They were supposed to cut me a check for a be bike I had turned in within 2 to 3 weeks and guess what no check. I have called them for over a week leaving messages for dawn which is in charge of accounting and she has not called me back. I have a very bad taste in my mouth and I will not be back. Be warned hopefully you all get a better outcome with this dealer.
