DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE!!! I can only warn everyone but its up to you to listen! I am being completely honest when I tell you their cars are NO GOOD! ALL of their cars have MAJOR issues! A lot of people go here because they think they cant get approved anywhere else but PLEASE try your luck somewhere else before even considering this dealership! If you dont listen to my advice and not purchase with them then before you sign anything ask for the VIN number then get a car fax or even Google it to see if it has been in any accidents! As soon as you leave the dealership in the car go directly to the dealer (a real dealership that specializes in the car you purchased) and have them do an inspection this way they can tell you ALL the problems the car has! Once you know the problems return the car! By law (Lemon Law) if the car has major problems you can return the car within 14 days without it being placed on your credit! Now they will more than likely keep your deposit but you can always take them to small claims court! Im just trying to help someone so that what happened to me doesnt happen to anyone else. They seem cool & helpful until you tell them something is wrong with the car then they turn into the crooks they are! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE PLEASE! Take my advice Ive been through it with them already! Pablo & the entire team are money hungry crooks!

BeWARE! Do not buy a car here. Really my star should be a negative star. They are either extremely dishonest or their mechanic is a bumbling idiot. WE bought two cars from them. One was an infiniti and the other a BMW. Both cars had the check engine light pop on before we got home. Both cars overheated. We should have known when we saw the mechanic topping off the coolant before we left. Both cars needed radiators, hoses, gaskets etc. Whole new cooling systems. The infiniti needed major repairs of $14,000. The book value of the car was only a little over 10,000, which is what we paid for the car. When we asked to bring it back since it wasnt in the excellent condition they claimed that it was, Pablo refused to take it back. We were stuck. They forgot to get our tags, had us drive 40 minutes down there to get the tags and didnt have them. Finally after begging and bugging them, they produced the tags the day the paper tags expired. WE just had to take the BMW back in to the mechanic today because it is having trouble starting now. There are endless problems with these cars...STAY AWAY from this place. Please warn your friends.

I will say that my experience with C&F Auto Sales is mixed. They sold me a 2005 Toyota Corolla with 102k miles on it in March 2016 for a somewhat decent price. They were very easy to work with and overall Im happy with the car, and I"m very happy with the way the finance people helped me get the financing I needed. HOWEVER... I WAS DECEIVED ABOUT THE HISTORY OF THE CAR!! THE CAR WAS INVOLVED IN TWO PRIOR ACCIDENTS, which makes my insurance go way way up as a result, and Ive been having trouble disputing the prior PIP claims from before I owned the car. Nevertheless, the accidents that the car was involved in do NOT affect the car at all -- it runs very well, and nothing is inherently wrong with the car, except for typical wear and tear general maintenance things to be expected above the 100k mile mark. Id consider buying from them again, BUT PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND DONT TRUST ANYONE THAT SAYS NO ACCIDENTS ON CARFAX!

I would stay away. I read bad reviews and was like well maybe theyll have some okay cars, had low expectations, etc. I should not have wasted my time. Went to look at a G37 convertible that they had advertised for a decent price. Their price is a bait and switch but my real issue is these clowns are advertising a car in bad shape with a nonworking hardtop. I called and asked about this car multiple times. How do you think its not relevant to mention a nonworking hardtop? (Or a $3-$4k markup from the advertised price?) Salesman literally told me "its a little bit misleading" regarding the discrepancy between their internet price and their sales price, which was probably the least shady thing about this place. Also, you should stop spamming craigslist. I dont ordinarily write negative reviews and would not have bothered but the way you guys spam craigslist is seriously in poor taste.

The price quoted online (craigslit or even their own website) is different than the price quoted once you get there, they are in the business of selling loans, not cars. Believe it or not the price of the car will actually go up if you try to pay for it cash. Went in to look at a Kia Optima (online at 10k) tried to pay cash and said it was 14k, it was complete waste of time. On top of everything the sales team has no idea at all of what they are selling, they dont know what the specs or the price is, they have to refer back to the manager or look up the info for you, to be honest I felt I knew more about the car than they did. If you are thinking of going there, do yourself a favor and just go to one of the big dealers, youll end up paying the same price for a better car with better customer service.

Do yourself a favor, save your time and nerves and go with someone more serious. These people are a joke, they havent gotten my paperwork (title, registration) ready within the 30 days, so I had to drive with a second temporary tag for another 30 days which I had to go and pick it up at my inconvenience, now that one expired too and they still havent done anything. State of Florida doesnt even allow a 3rd temporary tag, they had to call the DMV office to get permission for a 3rd one, they promised to deliver the tag tonight since my car been in the accident and is not mobile, of course they havent done that either, so pretty much my car is illegal to drive right now thanks to these guys. Very unprofessional.

If i could give there a negative star i would!! This company had the worse customer service. I was in the process of purchasing a GRAY BMW 335i convertible and they were very dishonest about the car and had me bouncing back and fourth about the date it would be out of the shop because apparently the computer was fried . Mike and Douglas for sure the worst they never got back to me and they also llied about the price over all the worst dealer i have visited. I would be careful with purchasing the bmw i listed above they bad me waiting for weeks. I fell that the car has lots of problems tha. They told me.

Avoid at all costs! I was saving up for my down payment on a car that had been sitting there for months, and they ended up sending it back to auctions at the end of the cars warranty period because of a bad transmission. Im so thankful that happened, however; if I had my full down payment a week earlier, they wouldve sold me a lemon! These guys shouldve sent it back when they first noticed issues with it, not right before they realized they couldnt sell it in time. In my opinion, it seems like they just want a make a buck, even if its going to screw their customers over! Im thanking karma for this one!
