Mucho cuidado con ellos me vendieron un carro chocado y no me lo informaron cuando mire aver si podia cambiarlo y me salio q estaba chocado y no me podian dar lo q costaba y manager general nunca me contestó las llamada y no dieron solución q podian beneficiarme por la mentira q me pegaro muchoooo cuidado

the absolute worst service i have ever experienced. they had my car for four months. they gave me a rental for ten days and agreed to pay for it. few months later i received a letter from hertz saying the invoice hadnt been paid for . i called gus machado several times and they assured me the invoice had been paid for. few months later my card was charged for the rental charges. they are horrible at customer service. absolute worst. i would rather ride the bus forever then ever purchase a car from here ever again.
