Looked at what was a beautiful car. I called ahead and asked if it was serviced and was insured that it is as beautiful as it was in the photos and was fully up to maintence as well as fully serviced and ready to go. I took an hour drive after work and came to see Ryan the sales person. Ryan was great, he worked with me and showed me the car. Ryan gets 6 of 5 stars. The dealership however gets 1. The vehicle while the exterior was meeting my expectations, the interior had way more wear than described. On top of that, the vehicle never saw a mechanic, the air bag light was on, the engine was shaking (but no check engine light), the TPMS sensors were non operational, and the key had a dead battery. After talking about some numbers I agreed to come back in a day or two and they would fix the issues. After a week, Ryan calls and says the vehicle is ready. I spend another hour after work to come, only for him to call me and tell me the vehicle is in need of tires. On the test drive I found a strong pull to the right and the tires had awful uneven wear. To my surprise, the roof was also ripped. Ryan was very upset at this and as was I, when Ryan went to the manager... the manager said oh well we are not making any money so we will sell it to you or someone else. So I had to walk at that point because a new convertible roof is in the neiborhood of 1700 dollars. Not a retail condition vehicle however asking retail price and wont budge at all. Notice to buyers, CAREFULLY CHECK THE VEHICLES! Bring a mechanic or OBD tool, do not buy without seeing. Deal with Ryan the sales guy, hes a great guy!

I made contact with Esteban (car salesman) on Wednesday November 23, 2016 in reference to the 2014 Audi A4 listed at $22,588 on website. Esteban told me the car was available and at this time. I told him that both my son (currently serving in USMC) and myself (Marine veteran) was gonna drive down from Tallahassee which is approximately 460 miles away. We both did our research on the car and we drove down with car fax report and promissory note from USAA which list Haims Motors as a recommended dealership for active and inactive duty military persons. We arrived at Haims motors on November 25 and met with Estaban, he went to lot to retrieve car. To our surprise the car would not start and after mechanic looked at car we were told the car had multiple issues with the steering system and the alternator was bad. I was told since the car was still under original manufacturers warranty that we could still get it fixed to no cost. ARE YOU SERIOUS is what I asked. Esteban lied to me saying he had personally cranked car up before we arrived. A gentleman working as a lot personal told me " that car has been working since it arrive 3-4 weeks ago". I asked to speak to a to a manager to explain why didnt Esteban or someone else tell us that car was a piece of junk and a no not have us drive 6.5 hours. The manager stated " I must have been a little miscommunication so now you just wanna vent" PLEASE PLEASE ANY MILITARY PERSON OR GENERAL PUBLIC BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. I have notified USAA, AND TRUE CAR about our experience.

As a previous auto technician there, I can tell you that this place is one of the most crooked used car dealers Ive ever worked at. Heres a list of things I was instructed to do and was let go for not doing as I was told. 1. Hiding airbag lights there were on for faulty airbags 2. Installed braking modules that were sitting in junkyards exposed to moisture and rust. 3. The have a body shop in house, so they would fix cars that had been in accidents and were not reported to car fax. 4. Cleaning off oil leaks instead of repairing them. Than charging you to repair them after your 90 day warranty is up. 5. Grinding down luxury brand cars brakes when the manufacture explicitly instructs you not to for safety reasons. 6. None of their mechanics are trained or certified for luxury brand vehicles. 7. They put non-full synthetic in all their vehicles, BMW, audi, Mercedes etc. anything that requires full synthetic. 8. They purchase used tires with brand names scratched off. Ive know of 5 clients that had blow outs on the road. 9. They brake parts when you come in for repairs and tell you that it came in like that. Theres so much more I can inform you of but I hope thats enough for you to stay away from this dealer if you value your safety and the safety of your loved ones. DONT PURCHASE A vehicle from this company no matter how much the price looks appealing. If you do, please bring a specialized technician in whatever brand vehicle you choose. Good luck.

I went in to purchase a vehicle i found online and had a terrible experience.. I dealt with Miguel and he was not helpful or honest. - Miguel did not tell me the vehicle had a previous accident and i would have to pay to view the report, which I did. - when I brought my mechanic, they initially said i could use the car lift then refused to let us use it - My mechanic found $1000 worth of repairs and issues with the car - Miguel claimed the internet price was only for cash purchases, even though he told me three separate times that the internet price was fanciable. When i brought that up to him he said he could not remember since he dealt with so many people everyday. They eventually financed the internet price smh - When the financing process started, Miguel brought us some highly inflated monthly payments and could not tell us the interest rate. when we went to speak with the young finance person he was very offensive and that is when we decided to leave. The interest rate was so high it was laughable. He asked what interest rate we would like and he calculated it for us. After doing our math that is when we realized the amount of hidden dealer fees. I recommend everyone go somewhere else if you are looking for a transparent, customer-service orientated purchase. Haims is looking to rip people off. Please be smart when purchasing a used vehicle and do your research and calculate your own numbers.

I do not recommend this place. First, they do not update the website. They advertise cars that are not available... Second, my experience was horrible. I came in Saturday morning to see particular car. The sales person met me at the front doors and told to let him know if I want to see any of the cars. I looked through the parking lot and found 2 cars I liked. I went to the sales person who was smoking at the front door. I told him that I would like to see both cars. He told me to wait ( not to get the keys or info but to finish his cigarete). I patiently waited till he slowly finished his cigarete... Then it took him 3 attempts to get partial info and keys for both cars. Finally I picked a car and he brought me to his office and tried to push cheaper car that I clearly stated I did not want, repeatedly wanted to get my full info and run my credit score. I gave very reasonable price offer ( only $800 lower than his suggested price). He stood up and said that this was not a place to play negotiating games and said if I have no money to pay for car he cant help me. In fact I came with my 15 yr old car but I had more than enough money to buy 3 of his cars. Please dont judge people by the car they come in... After I went to legitimate dealer and got a newer car with less miles, no accidents for $1500 less... AVOID THIS PLACE...
