These people are cons. I bought a 2008 BMW 328xi and ever since, I got it I have been having trouble. They promised they would fix certain things but never did. Never got a tank of gas, they said the oil was change before I picked it up. But when I went to the BMW dealership they SHOWED me how black and slimmy it was. Also 7 light bulbs I change myself when I took delivery. (Yes i paid for the bulbs my self), and the passenger side front turn signal housing burnt the headlight housing. I replaced it costing me $650. I asked if this car was ever wrecked or has been in an accident, they told me the carfax said no. But I pulled it up myself and the carfax said it has been in 2 accidents. Water leaks everytime it rains due to the accidents its been in. Cant do anything about this because I need to order two doors that arent messed up. Also when I got the oil change at the BMW dealership, they told me I had two oil leaks. One was the valve cover gasket as well as the oil filter housing gasket. That repair costed me for the two gaskets was $1500. Also there is a bent rim so the steering is always terrible. If anyone buys a car from these a holes please do your homework but in all do honesty save your money and go somewhere else... As for me Im stuck with a P.O.S BMW that I am paying off asap so I can get another car.

Tengan cuidado ya que los carros se ven bonitos por fuera pero no es seguro que duren mucho.te dicen una cosa y la realidad es otra te lo venden un 2008 como uno del 2015 con el tanque de gas bacio y con muchos detalles pendientes para areglar.sin contar que te lo financian con bank que no se conocen en ninguna parte y las tasas de intereses son de asta el 28%como me paso a mi.y lean bien lo que dice el contrato ya que ellos te dicen una cosa y el contrato dice otra.son los perfectos mentirosos.no le recomiendo a nadie que compren en este lugar al no ser que quieran ser estafados.

Please I repeat DO NOT SHOP HERE! I reached out and have contacted my attorney and we are ready to file law suit for the same thing many people have been caught in the bait and switch the car I purchased is listed as 10995.00. At the time of signing off the price was changed I was told the finance company charge an extra 2222.00 dollars which was not true after speaking with them also I was told I would not be financed unless I got Gap insurance 600 dollars which finance also advised was not true. They charged a dealership fee 695 dollars and another 700 for preparation fees. They are crooks and will be handled in court! When I asked for a break down here made me sign and said it was on the next page which was nm other true. To top it off 24 hours after getting the car I got a transmission failure message which there Mechanic said it was because I added door speakers lol really? I will continue my to try to resolve this thru the court system no more dealings with Mike the crook!

If I could give this place and these people less than 1 star, I would have. They are the most corrupt, lying, typical "used-car-salesman" I have ever dealt with. We bought a 2007 Audi Q7 in April & drove it for TWO days before it died. They had said "Oh, dont worry, have it towed to our mechanic & we will take care of it". Well, that was the BIGGEST crock of S*&*! They refused to even contribute a dime towards the over $2,000 it cost to repair! Before we bought the vehicle, they told us that they "stand behind all their cars". Yes, they do.....as they are waiving you out of the dealership. It ends there! Even their website said they do a "17 point inspection; an oil change and entire vehicle is put through testing". Their mechanic told us they still owe him over $4,000! We were so stupid to trust them & I am so mad at myself for believing that they were stand-up guys. PLEASE...DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! BUYER BEWARE!

DO Not Shop Here!!! This place will steal your money. The cars are sold as is and most if not all have problems. The BMW Sam was trying to sell me had a BAD oil leak and the Audi had transmission problems. MIKE is a crook.>>!!!! They break so many laws its not even Funny, look it up Florida Statute 501.976. They took my deposit and changed the price of the car on me last minute. This is a bait and switch origination and everyone is a liar. I am now sewing for all of the money they stole from me. No one will tell you who the owner really is and they will give you the run around. So it is more difficult to get your money back. Again please dont shop here.

Imperial Capital Cars are very EASY to work with. There was no extensive, ridiculous process to file for financing like I am used to. They expedite a lot of time consuming procedures that other car companies abide by. I was able to get approved for a Nissan Rogue within a 2-3 hours of applying. Their customer service is top notch and they always replied to me within an hour of sending an inquiry. So far, so good. I will continue to use their services now and in the future. I recommend giving them a try because you might be surprised what youre eligible for. Thanks Imperial Capital Car team.

These guys are all around awesome! I found a car that I liked on Craigslist, and the salesman Angel told me to come down and look, and he would guarantee to get me financed. I had terrible credit and little hope, but sure enough, they were able to get me financed with a GREAT payment on the car I wanted. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a quality car at a great price. I cant thank them enough and would definitely do business with them again! Great group of people here!

We found Imperial Capital Cars in a car book and thought this experience would be like any other car buying experience but it wasnt. We knew what we car wanted, our down and what we wanted our monthly payment to be and they made it happen. The staff was very good at making sure we were happy with our purchase before we left. The only down fall was having a gps placed in the car that requires a pin number every month in order for the car to start but overall a very good experience.

Wow my experience with Imperial Capital Cars has been outstanding. I have been looking for my i325 for soooooo long at a price that fit me but couldnt find a good deal. Luckily i found this dealer they found my car and got me financed!!!!! my credit sucks too but this will help me get back on my feet. guys trust me when i say they will help you. i usually never leave reviews but i had to because they were very helpful and i love my car!!! great place!
